Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to make a purchase through XXXX using my Wells Fargo credit card. I received an email stating that the purchase had been declined. XXXX then charged a different card which went through. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, my second Wells Fargo card was declined for a purchase through XXXX for monthly membership. I have not received any information from the bank, regarding the reasons that my cards would be suddenly declined. On XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to pay the bill for the active cash card which was approximately {$340.00}. I saw a message in the app stating that I still had a past due amount of {$150.00}. I thought that was a little odd since the late fee, and the terms and conditions that I had received stated that a late fee was {$30.00}. I have not been late With my payments, since in the terms and conditions, it states that I have 30 days from the due date in which to make a payment before it is considered late.. I went into the rewards section of the app to see how many rewards I had accumulated. I noticed that XXXX of the rewards IDs said unavailable. This rewards amount shouldve been approximately {$180.00}. The bank has also negatively affected my credit report, all three. I have lost over XXXX points in the past couple of months due to their in accurate reporting of my account. I also attempted to pay this unjust late fee, however, I received a message saying that I had exceeded the daily, or monthly payment limit for my account from a non-Wells Fargo account, and that I needed to use a Wells Fargo account to pay, or call them directly.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Home Loan # XXXX I have respectfully submitted all the Home Loan documents to Wells Fargo XXXX numerous times since XX/XX/XXXX to the current. I recently received another letter dated XX/XX/XXXX requesting for the same documents to be sent again. This is a delay tactic being done by Wells Fargo XXXX since I have filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and sent letters to President Joe Biden and Members of Congress and the Senate. I will continue to send letters to the White House regarding Wells Fargo 's Retaliation and Discrimination against me and my family. My family and I have been a victim of home foreclosure in XXXX by Wells Fargo Bank and XXXX. Very painful and traumatic experience. We hope and pray that my family will not have to go through Home Foreclosure again. My son is XXXX and all this stress is not helping my family members. Wells Fargo XXXX continues to ask the same questions and are now asking more questions that really does not have really have anything to do with the actual Home Loan Modification process. New questions are about LegalShield membership that I utilize for XXXX XXXX letters to protect my Civil Rights under the Constitution of the United States. XXXX payments periodically I send funds to my XXXX XXXX named XXXX XXXX and has no job or income and currently a student. XXXX XXXX is a graphic designer that my friend and sent payment for some flyers and artistic designs. This is not a recurring. I purchased the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX because it is important to drive a safe reliable vehicle as a rideshare driver who does a lot of driving for a living. I put XXXX DOWNPAYMENT for this vehicle. I returned the XXXX XXXX XXXX vehicle to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The XXXX XXXX already had about XXXX miles upon surrendering it. The vehicle would not be deemed safe with such high mileage. IMPORTANT NOTICE : California Mortgage XXXX has sent Wells Fargo Bank around {$13000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. Both Wells Fargo Bank and California Mortgage XXXX XXXX to send the Evidence of this payment and acknowledge the SOURCE. I keep sending numerous requests for this information but they still will not honor this truthfully. I am respectfully requesting for a letter stating that this occurred. My greatest concern is to save our family home from FORECLOSURE and respectfully requesting Wells Fargo Bank and XXXX modify the mortgage to be a fixed rate with affordable monthly payments with no derogatory remarks on my credit score. I am not being represented by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. Looking forward to the conclusion of this long awaited Home Loan Modification request. Long live the American Dream of Family and Home.

Time lines of my demise : Summer of XXXX I received an email from Wells Fargo stating someone used my card information in XXXX TN, at a XXXX XXXX XXXXThe recent incident occurred XX/XX/XXXX. A perp used my name on a loan application at a Wells Fargo Branch, in XXXX NY. No email, phone call from Wells Fargo. They did squeeze out a letter XX/XX/XXXX. Nobody still didn't contact me and say anything. Today I'm still fighting identity theft, fraud. On XX/XX/XXXX I finally made the conscious decision to transition from Wells Fargo. My non- Wells Fargo account was confirmed on XX/XX/XXXX. On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX I tried to transfer funds to my new non-Wells Fargo account. I was met with resistance. A page pops up telling me I needed to identity myself, to call Wells Fargo.This is a joke, considering the fact they wasn't concerned about my identity on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Both cases were thrown under the bus. Both checking and savings account will be closed this month. But why do I need permission to do business on my own account? It's as if they're holding my money hostage, to try to keep me from closing account. These people are crazy, this word is an understatement to describe the folk. There business practices are a definite negative. They wouldn't have put a white woman through this tactic.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I had several insurances that were due, I informed my insurance company I could pay one now and the other on payday. They told me that would be okay. I paid the homeowners insurance as stated on payday. Weeks later I received a letter from my mortgage company telling me my insurance lapsed ( one week ) and they needed proof from my insurance company or they would provide home insurance. I responded to the letter by contacting the mortgage company informing them I had already paid my insurance. Also my insurance company sent them the information as requested. A month later I receive a letter again, I contacted the mortgage company and was told to ignore the letter because everything was okay. Three months later ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I receive two letters that seem very threatening, telling me I owe them {$100.00} and if I don't paid they are going to add this to my mortgage. In my XXXX years I have never heard of anything so ridiculous as this.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I made two purchases worth {$1000.00} each. One of these purchases was credited to the balance from the previous month 's statement. Although I received the {$1000.00} credit, I am confused as to why Wells Fargo applied a non-existent {$1000.00} to my XXXX statement balance. The purchase and credit amounts should be settled within the same month. Applying a credit issued in XXXX to a previous statement balance is strange and unusual because the credit does not represent an actual payment received by Wells Fargo from my bank. The {$1000.00} is merely a numerical transaction affecting the total amount owed for a specific month. The {$1000.00} credit can not be applied anywhere until the {$1000.00} transaction is paid, so it is unclear how an unpaid credit ( strange to even describe it ) can be used to pay an actual statement balance. Although technically this practice may help the credit card user, because it delays paying the amount owed, the practice is simply strange and confusing for a consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I deposited a check and on the receipt was written that the deposit would be avaiable the next morning. I ordered an expensive construction system to be installed and found the a hold was placed on the depost for 12 days. I relied on their written statement as to when it was to be made avaiable and now will not have the funds to pay my obligations. I have been told by the person who wrote the check that it was removed from their account already and the bank will not release the hold. I could understand a hold on a check but all they had to do was not put in writing that it would clear the next day and then not clear it. It is for a large amount of {$500000.00}, but it is not uncommon for large checks such as that to be deposited in the account. I put checks in for over a XXXX and this has never happened. they claim that I exceeded my daily balance of {$5000.00} was the reason for the hold. that limititation has never been on my account before and I usually deposit far more than that over the years. I have also been informed that the check was paid by the back on which it was written. Wells Fargo is holding money that has already been paid by the other bank and refusing to release it. This will destroy my companies credit rating and I have no recourse.

They advised I go ahead and pay for it and it would be refunded later once the I.D . theft had resolved. They then went and reported me as 30 days late after telling me they would wait for the resolution. By the way, the theives also bought something from XXXX on one of my other cards and the card refunded the money to me immediately. Wells Fargo has had many complaints about their business practices and now I see why. I just want the 30 days late removed.

Consumer Complaint: I discovered my money my deposit from social security was being taken away I'm thinking it was an individual not realizing it was Wells Fargo embezzling my money I go into the XXXX XXXX and what's so funny is and well in Wells Fargo Bank in XXXX when I walked in the representative the XXXX representative I was telling him about it he didn't even ask him about my ID no my bank account and it printed me a statement that was unusual anyways all my deposits in my bank account was disappearing and when I complain about it they will put it back in there but this time overdrawn my account with hundreds of dollars and I wasn't able to pay my creditors and did they prodded social security direct deposit not only did they traumatize me steal my money from my benefit from social security they had no remorse I'm the one that asked them to close my account and they wouldn't close it they kept saying make an appointment I keep making that appointment it's in there I even talked to the manager and I said if you don't close my account I will sue you I said who are you because he's a manager of Wells Fargo in XXXX and I said how could other people after there's a lot on my account that they're still able to withdraw when I can't even withdraw the last money I had it was {$56.00} or something like that they just kept taking all the money even from my creditors like XXXX from everywhere leaving me with no money but overdrawn they traumatized me they made my health really bad I couldn't sleep at night I'm XXXX and now I'm not going to get paid back well I'm not the only one that was defrauded embezzled from they did more than that they made my health bad behind this cuz I was traumatized because I only ate natickory chicken that I had to scrounge up change out of my car just to eat for 4 days that same chicken I want my money back and some if I could see them individually I will sue them because that representative and I was subpoena that record the eye in the sky that representative when I went in there I asked for my statement did not ask me for my account number no my ID how did he do that they singled out other people who was going into that bank knowing their innocent behind what they are doing I want to be put in that class actions to and if I have to I will put another claim it might might be the same claim but I will put that claim they need to pay back my money right is right wrong is wrong my civil right has as a Ada on a disability act been violated every violation they could make on a XXXX and the XXXX they have done and the Justice should be done and lessons should be done and I don't think they will ever learn their lesson I close my account on my own self dating close with my account because they wanted to they want to because they kept wanting to overdrawn my bank account and I didn't have nobody to turn to not even the police cuz I'll try to report it so many times they wouldn't take no report on the XXXX Wells Fargo I want my money back and interest because I did not do anything wrong they did the Richer get richer in a pool gets poor and I'm XXXX and I'm an XXXX I want my money back or I'm going to let this close and I'm going to put my own lawsuit against them it might not be the same thing as investment but I could get them for something else because why my civil rights has been violated in every which way why does right wrong is wrong I'm going to do something for what they done to me I'm still traumatized behind it. I was led to believe that via a soft credit inquiry, Wells Fargo would show guaranteed loan options and once I accepted a loan option, 1. ) approval was guaranteed, and 2. ) a hard credit inquiry would be placed on my credit. Notably, a hard credit inquiry was placed on my XXXX credit report, however Wells Fargo denied the application.
