Consumer Complaint: I PURCHASED A LEASED VEHICLE FROM XXXX XXXX XXXX BACK IN XXXX.FAST FORWARD TO XXXX, I WENT INTO THE SAME DEALERSHIP FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND WAS ADVISED THAT THEY HAD A BUY BACK PROGRAM WHERE THEY WERE BUYING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR LEASES. SO I ENDED UP WALKING OUT THE SAME DEALERSHIP WITH A NEW XXXX XXXX XXXX. WHEN TALKING TO THE SALESPERSON WE TALKED ALL ABOUT GAP INSURANCE AND THE PAYMENTS & I THOUGHT I WAS SET. XX/XX/XXXXI WAS REAR ENDED & MY CAR WAS DEEMED A TOTAL LOSS. THE OTHER DRIVERS INSURACNE PAID $ XXXX ON THE BALANCE & THE REST SHOULD HAVE BEEN SETTLED WITH GAP INSURANCE. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE FINANCE MANAGER AT THE DELAERSHIP AS WELL TRIED TO REACH OUT TO SANTANDER ADVISING THE ACCOUNT SHOULD BE CLOSED AS IT WAS A TOTAL LOSS.

Consumer Complaint: Santander doesnt mind reporting if your loan is late or anything negative on a report. However, they are reporting my balance incorrectly on my credit report for over 6 months. They refuse to update the correct remaining balance on my account. I also made a payment at XXXX XXXX last month and western union didnt receive the correct transfer so they reported me late. XXXX XXXX called Santander and told them it was in error on their end and they told me to put in a dispute but, when I spoke with someone else they said they would correct the error and send it to correct the credit report. This has not been done. Im requesting for the correct balance on the account to be reported correctly and to remove the 30day late off as a courtesy or error, They keep reporting like I owe {$3800.00}. when I owe them under {$2200.00}

Consumer Complaint: We purchased a yacht in XXXX with a loan of {$150000.00} with a total purchase price of {$210000.00} The loan originated through XXXX and was serviced for many years then became XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX Santander Consumer Lending became the new loan service company. It was a 20 year loan that would be paid off in XXXX We paid the loan off early in XX/XX/XXXX in Full Santander shows on two of my credit reports showing the loan paid in full and a charge off. On the XXXX report they have two reporting, one report shows the payment that paid it off on XX/XX/XXXX The second Separate reporting shows the loan had payments made during the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXXand showing it as a charge off account in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX told me that they would delete the account that shows the payments and leave the reporting that shows the account as a Charge off. Consumer Complaint: Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc ( SC.N ), an affiliate of the XXXX XXXX XXXX, allowed borrowers to make interest-only monthly payments without explaining that doing so would increase the total cost of the loan. I have been harassed by this company they offered interest only payments. I was told I could refinance but XXXX in 6 months here I am 6 years total balance has hardly decreased. Ive begged if pleaded to help they dont want to help. Long wait times that end no where. I have been paying {$420.00} for 5+Years and the balance doesnt go down. I see there are many lawsuits I need help.

Consumer Complaint: I have not received confirmation not certified testimony that your offices complied with the FCRA and all its mandated rules when it comes to reporting accurately. Therefore, you are to present to me with a certificate in testimony that the fraudulent inquiries presents in Exhibit C are in fact compliant and not subterfuge? ( Copied from AFFIDAVIT** ) All items listed in Exhibit B are fraudulent, invalid, inaccurate, not timely, and carry no documented evidence of their existence.To the least they have not be authenticated as per my requirements as you are damaging my character, creditworthiness and well-being by falsely stating those fraudulent non-compliant unverifiable inquiries on my report. Consumer Complaint: My car was totaled in 2016, there was a settlement offer made of approximately XXXX, at that time they said they would update my account and my credit report to show the amount they lowered the balance to. This did not happen, I never received the paper work in the mail, nor an email with paper work from them. So, 6 weeks later I call them back and ask whats going on, they told me the settlement offer was voided, and offered me a new one, for XXXX told me to make payments and theyd update my credit account, this never happen, never received anything from them. It now shows up as a repossessed vehicle on my credit when its looked at by other car dealerships and has limited the amount of anything I get financed for, not only that but my interest rates through the roof. This needs to be removed from my credit account. They dont want to hold up their end of the deal stating it would show, and update. This is now going on 4 years!

Consumer Complaint: Gateway One Lending One and Finance is the current servicer of my Auto loan since XXXX of 2016. In XXXX, I received a notice from some other company saying they are the servicers of my auto account. I did not receive a 15 day notice from GateWay One Lending and Finance Nor was the notice from Santander USA in the 15 days either. As a consumer, I have been violated and was not provided sufficient time and evidence. Also the reporting on balances are inaccurate. Gateway One lending and financed closed my account according to my credit report, but then opened said account back up. They are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report and false information. At this point, as a consumer I am not sure who the real servicer of this account is and my real account balance and account should be closed. If not properly managed, i will have to seek attorney for this is damaging my credibility and causing much grief and harm and anxiety. Please correct this as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: Vehicle was repossessed and returned to me the same day with payment and negotiated agreement 2yrs ago. No payments since were reported to credit bureaus after several complaints. The vehicle was later totaled in wreck mid 2019 but monthly payments were still made and never reported. An agreement was then made to pay a negotiated pay off amount of XXXX divided into 4 payments. The last payment was granted to be divided into 2 payments and made only a few days apart in XXXX due the Covid 19 and temporary Job loss. The final payment was completed on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Santander over 6 times over the course of 3 hours to confirm confirmation of the final payment being made and to ask what the turnaround time would be before being reported to the credit bureau, but the automative service continuously disconnected me and became a dial tone each time. This has thus far been the absolute worst and unorganized company to work with and has caused many credit score issues. Its paid in full and I just need it disappear from my life completely in order to move forward.
