Consumer Complaint: My husband XXXX XXXX and I, XXXX XXXX, both have auto leases with Chrsyler Capital, since we are both self employed, our businesses have both been impacted by the COVID situation since we are forced to close non essential businesses. My husband XXXX XXXX called to see what hardship options were available for his lease and was told they are providing two months deferment and he would receive an email to fill out. I called to receive the same option for my auto lease 30 minutes later and was transferred to the " assistance team ''. The agent I spoke with from the " assistance team '' had an attitude the entire time and initially offered a one month deferment, I explained to her that my husband had just called and said they were offering 2 months, she seemed very reluctant and said she would put it through and that I would receive an email in a day or two. Neither my husband or I ever received an email and on XX/XX/XXXX they took my automatic payment out of my account that is set up with their company. It was {$390.00} that I did not have to spare. We have XXXX children, can not receive unemployment, and don't qualify for any assistance. I also messaged them on XXXX messenger with the same information and they replied asking for my information, no one has called. My husband also called Friday the XXXX and told them he hadnt received the email and they said he would receive it by XX/XX/XXXX, he still hasn't received an email. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2014 I co signed on a vehicle for my boyfriend at the time. In XX/XX/2014 he was in an accident the car was towed and the vehicle was auctioned off. The balance left on this was around {$5000.00} Chrysler capital is still reporting that almost {$18000.00} is still owed on the vehicle. That is not accurate. As well we were told we had gap insurance and that it would pay the vehicle off what ever the insurance did not. Also we had tried to recover the vehicle and the company never got back to us. XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA is where we bought the vehicle and after 9 hours of sitting there we finally left with a car we kept trying to leave and telling them it was to much for us but we were pressured and made to purchase the car we were exhausted and just wanted it to be over. I have tried to dispute several times but nothing is being done. They were predatory and they lied to us and now we are stuck with this and it needs to be removed. The whole thing wasnt fair and we were lied to and mislead.

Consumer Complaint: recently a collection appeared on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The purchased debt in question was disputed by me from the last bad debt buyer & the debt was removed. I received no notification or attempt to collect this debt from the reporter. this debt is already aged past the maximum reporting age in my state ( texas ). I have had no opportunity to dispute this debt, nor validate it. The information in the report is incorrect, in effect re-aging this debt.

Consumer Complaint: Santander Consumer USA Took over the car loan from Gateway One Lending & Finance. There was no communication from them. I only realized this when i sent an email to Gateway and was informed that the account is with Santander. I had to try to create my own log in to to get an account number, which this information wasn't provided. i have emailed them three different times about paying the car loan off. There has never been a response back from them.The customer service sucks and they should never be in business. I have sent a payment in full for the car and asked when I would receive my title, and i haven't received a response. When i go on line it still shows the amount due, I sent a check for XXXX, I don't know what type of scam they are running. Both of these companies have left me in the dark about communication and about my loan.

On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX placed a hard inquiry on my credit report. I have never worked with XXXX XXXX or banked with them for any other reason making this hard inquiry an error. XXXX XXXX was another company which place a hard inquiry on my credit report finding it to be a error as well on XX/XX/2019. Santander XXXX is the third to place another hard inquiry on XX/XX/2019. This is also an error. XXXX XXXX is the last company which placed two hard inquiries on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX these were also errors As a student trying to improve my credit report so I get a chance to someday buy a home for my family and contribute to the system by starting my XXXX XXXX. Things like this on my report will only make it difficult for me and my future family to progress.

I still owe the debt and have been paying so the account is not closed just under a different company.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased a car for my wife, a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. She has made all the payments for the vehicle. In XX/XX/XXXX she was side swiped by a XXXX bucket truck. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX insurance company deemed the car totaled, as soon as we found out we contacted Santander. The requested that the insurance company reach out to the, which is what they have done. According to my wifes attorney the insurance company has continually sent the documents via email, fax, and have sent letters. Each time weve contacted them they have said the insurance company has either sent the wrong documents or that they havent received them yet. The insurance company ( XXXX ) has told my wifes attorney ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX his name handling this is XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that they are not sure what is going on over there, that they are not " acting in good faith. '' The paperwork that they are requesting is no different than anyone else who has Gap insurance. Santander is now sending me certified letters they are welcome to take the car, if that will get them to do the right thing, at this point we are very frustrated with this company and will never do business with them and we will make sure all of our friends and family will know to avoid them.
