The settlement administrator I get ran through circles and told I just have to wait no timeline given. Currently trying to obtain a mortgage and this is XXXX on my credit. I have been trying to get a resolution for weeks and its so frustrating and disheartening. Consumer Complaint: I have or had '' a 100 % payment history, due to the Santander Lawsuit outcome. Chrysler Capitol is now sabotaging my existing credit loan they are claiming a late payment of 40 days which is incorrect. Due to the pandemic I thought financial companies were suppose to be more understanding not '' stand off-ish '' towards consumers with an excellent payment history. I've have my loan for almost 18 months with missing a payment. I called the company twice on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX. The first representative told me flat out that they can not remove my late payment, which is false. I called again the second representative was very helpful in removing and addition charges attached to my next payment. She sais she was going to put in my request, which was a whole lot more than the first representative would do. I also wrote a formal goodwill letter to try to fix my credit score and remove the late payment. I am trying to refinance the vehicle and move on from the subprime loan that I have with my current vehicle.
