They also proceeded to send me a copy of a contract and not the original Only I as a consumer, and the original creditor can validate this debt and I vehemently refute this debt. PLEASE BE ADVISED PURSUANT 15 USC 1692g A contract is not validation This is a notice that Santander Consumer USA is in violation of multiple protected rights and should proceed to remedy these violations in the manner provided below.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 Santander sold my account to XXXX XXXX. During this time Santander knew they were dealing with a multi-state Class Action Lawsuit for predatory lending. Furthering the actions that caused for them to be sued, in order to not have to pay out as much, it seems they sold my account to XXXX XXXX. The amount of the debt is {$10000.00} for a car that I no longer have, and have more than paid for in total payments within the initial contract. In lieu of clearing the deficiency, they sold the debt to a debt collector and paid restitution from the amount they received. Its very shady

I informed this company that they have in fact violated the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practice Act ) 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ) pertaining to the alleged loan they claim I owe on my vehicle. I received no response from this company. On XX/XX/XXXX I forwarded a certified document to this company- a letter of violation, demand and written instructions along with an affidavit of truth to validate the federal law they have violated.

Consumer Complaint: I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX last XXXX, XXXX in which I've been making payments to Chrysler Capital each month. On XX/XX/XXXX Chrysler received 2 checks for the buyout of this lease in the total amount of the buyout price they submitted to me. On check for {$9800.00} was received and applied to the account. The other check for {$19000.00} was also received, and confirmed to me verbally via phone by 1 customer rep and 1 manager and then 1 woman from the executive offices all within the date range of XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. None of those people could tell me why my check had not been applied to my account yet. They each told me they would " expedite '' the post but as of XX/XX/XXXX, it still has not been posted nor have any of them called me back as promised. Their customer service has been unprofessional in addition to the mystery as to why they are holding this check, although numerous claims have been made my them that they will post it right away. I'm sure I'll be receiving a bill for interest accrued on an account that should have been paid and closed on XX/XX/XXXX.
