Consumer Complaint: Dear XXXX, I am just writing back to let you know that I have not received a response to my complaint at Ocwen Loan. I have submitted my letter of complaint last XXXX XXXX, 2015. As of today I have not received anything from them aside for letter stating that my case is still open. My case number was XXXX. I apologized that I have to write you again for follow up. I am just very concern about this lack of response coming from Ocwen Loan. My bankruptcy case was discharged last XXXX XXXX, 2015. As of to date, they have not updated their records. I am still on bankruptcy on their records. They have not done anything inspite of my multiple calls to them and letter from my lawyer. The sad part, I can not refinance to a better rate because they are not updating my records and there credit report on me. In short, I am still not moving after 6 years after the bankruptcy. All my records has already been faxed to you through my previous letter. Thank you very much for your very kind assistance. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was originated by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Georgia. I am in good payment standing with XXXX XXXX Bank, and never missed or be late in any mortgage monthly payments. Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC is located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX and their website is XXXX. Ocwen send me a letter asking to fill out IRS Form XXXX, which is the form that employers fill for collecting Federal taxes out of payroll of employees. Ocwen state in their letter that I will be fine {$100.00} if this form is not completed and mail back. Called Ocwen ( XXXX ) XXXX number to ask why I have to fill form XXXX since I am not an employee of Ocwen ... I am their costumer. Every single call made to Ocwen call center ( in XXXX ) lead to a costumer representative who can not answer my question, then they proceed to place my call in hold for someone to assist me. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, some XXXX pick up the phone and hang up on me. I try to contact Ocwen at different times and days of the week but the results are always the same. Ocwen costumers representative will place your call in hold and then hang up. This is poor costumer service.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX DENIAL - APPEAL ) Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC is stating that they are unable to offer me a Home Affordable Modification because : " You were previously offered a HAMP modification and failed to return the final modification agreement within the required timeframe. Please note, not all eligibility factors were evaluated '' I believe that I am eligible for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX since my mortgage loan is currently under a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX modification that I defaulted on due to medical and financial hardships ( see attached hardship letter XXXX. I never defaulted on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TPP payments nor did I default on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan modification, which means that I remain eligible for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX presently. The denial ( attached for your review ) clearly states that I failed to return the final modification agreement, which is not an ineligibility factor coupled with the fact that 12 months have passed since that occurred. Also, I have already put in multiple requests ( work orders ) for underwriting to submit a valid explanation as to why I am not eligible for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/15 and XXXX/XXXX/15 that have not been answered to date. I have scheduled multiple calls with the Ocwen relationship manager, XXXX XXXX, and even she could not provide a valid explanation as to why I am not eligible for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/15 during a scheduled call when she suggested that I escalate the issue to the Ombudsman department and confirmed that underwriting has failed to provide an answer to the work order submitted on XXXX/XXXX/15 and XXXX/XXXX/15 regarding the issue ; the work order was never completed. ( XXXX LOAN MODIFICATION OFFER - ISSUES ) I was offered a Shared Appreciation Modification ( XXXX XXXX loan modification from Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC per the attached correspondence dated XXXX XXXX, 2015, that was set to begin on XXXX XXXX, 2015. The initial issue with the XXXX loan modification offer, set to begin XXXX XXXX, 2015, was that it was not sent out to me until XXXX XXXX, 2015, and was sent regular mail so that I did n't receive the offer until the afternoon of Friday, XXXX XXXX, 2015, as evidenced by the attached USPS tracking confirmation. I contacted Ocwen on XXXX/XXXX/15 to obtain an advanced copy of the loan modification offer and spoke with an Ocwen representative by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX Agent ID # XXXX ) who incorrectly informed me that it was mailed out on XXXX/XXXX/15 via 2-day priority mail, which was not accurate ; the XXXX loan modification offer was actually mailed out on XXXX/XXXX/15 via regular mail, which took 5 days to receive while up against a XXXX/XXXX/15 payment/acceptance deadline. The next issue with the XXXX loan modification is that there is no accompanying appraisal, which makes it nearly impossible to determine whether the " appreciation '' share portion of the XXXX loan modification is appropriate or feasible and further makes it impossible to understand the appropriate principal forgiveness amount. I have never heard of a XXXX loan modification offer that does n't include an appraisal as well as a reasonable time frame in which for a borrower to review and accept an offer for assistance ; in this case, Ocwen did not provide an appraisal and only allowed for 5 days for me to review and accept the dubious XXXX loan modification offer, which was extended to me after only a 5-day XXXX review period. An agent with Ocwen named XXXX XXXX Agent ID # XXXX ) was contacted on XXXX/XXXX/15 and he conveyed that the appraised value was {$160000.00} but on XXXX/XXXX/15, a different Ocwen agent named XXXX XXXX ( Agent ID # XXXX ) stated that XXXX was incorrect and that Ocwen can not provide appraisal values over the phone but that I would receive it in the mail. I never received an appraisal, which warrants further questions about the XXXX loan modification offer. Please help me to understand all of this and the XXXX XXXX denial!

Consumer Complaint: I have been harassed, threatened and charged fraudulent fees by a company ( OCWEN Mortgage ) that I do n't even have a mortgage with currently they are demanding that I pay them for insurance they supposedly purchased because I refused to make them loss payee on my homeowners policy. This all stems from this company acquiring my personal data from a paid off mortgage ( HELOC ) that I had previously with XXXX Bank. XXXX sold my mortgage when they went out of business to XXXX XXXX. I did n't want to do buisness with XXXX so I paid ( overpaid actually ) off XXXX XXXX Apparently, XXXX was in the process of selling off HELOCS to OCWEN and that is how they got my info. They assumed a credit balance of {$75.00} which was an over payment to XXXX Before I ever heard from them at all I began receiving robo calls from them demanding that I immediately remit " Zero dollars and zero cents '' immediately. That went on for weeks until I found the CEO of OCWEN MORTGAGE 's home phone number and began calling him. I have contacted them repeatedly for the first year and told them that I did not have an account with them and never would do business with them for any reason. I also demanded that they refund the credit balance that I overpaid to XXXX XXXX. The next year they began threatening to " purchase insurance to protect my loan '' ( which did n't exist ) and that it would " cost more than if I purchased it myself ''. By then I had stopped even opening the XXXX or XXXX documents then sent me every month for the past 3+ years. The lien on my deed has never been removed even though there is no balance remaining from the paid off, always pays as agreed status of that loan. This company is nothing but a criminal enterprise. At a minimum I want the deed to my property cleared. Jail time for the criminals that run that scam would be nice, and I would cooperate in anyway I can but that would be a bonus.

Consumer Complaint: In early XXXX 2015 I submitted paperwork to Ocwen Mortgage Services to apply for a deed in lieu due to a situation with my XXXX year old mother that requires my presence in XXXX. I called to inquire as of the status of the application on XXXX/XXXX/15 and advised the representative in the deed in lieu department that as of XXXX XXXX the house would be vacant and suggested that they take steps to secure the property as there are several vacant homes on the street that have been vandalized the moment they were vacant. upon return home yesterday I find out from a neighbor that Ocwen Mortgage sent someone from their preservation service to change the locks on my house. I have not been approved or denied for a deed in lieu nor has foreclosure been started. All my belongings as well as my dog & XXXX cats are inside the home and I still live there at least until XXXX XXXX 2015. In addition to prematurely sending their agent to change the locks, my situation was discussed or mentioned to my neighbor which im sure is a violation of my right to privacy. I do not speak with any of my neighbors yet one saw that someone was taking pictures and inquired. He advised me that I should call the preservation company to let them know I am living in the house still and my neighbor also said " your locks are going to be changed because you are in foreclosure. '' He would have no way of knowing my situation as I keep to myself and did not want anyone to know I was leaving just because my house was already been broken into with me living there and I live alone and I am afraid. Can you please look into this and advise me what I need to do or if my rights have been violated? I have emailed Ocwen '' s Consumer Ombudsman as well as a general email for Ocwen to advise them I would contact someone to see if my rights have been violated. You may contact me at XXXX after XXXX Eastern Time if you have any further questions. Thank youXXXX XXXX
