Consumer Complaint: Ocwen does not report my mortgage payments to the credit bureau each month. I have called 4 times over the past 1 year and a half. Each time, Ocwen CORRECTS their system and my credit get reported for about one to two months and then stops again. I then call again and ask them to report it, which they do for about 1-2 months and then I call again. repeat this same process with ocwen each time. Please make them report my payments each month WITHOUT me having to call them and ask them to do what they are legally required to do!!!!!!!

Now ; I filed a complaint against XXXX XXXX with the CFPB, case # XXXX. XXXX uploaded a Deutsche Bank loan schedule onto this complaint. This loan schedule reflects that Deutsche Bank loaned XXXX XXXX millions of dollars on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please review the enclosed document! On XXXX of the pages shows our residence located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada XXXX, loan # XXXX for {$460000.00}. NOTE : XXXX XXXX failed to provide assignments and a certificate from the trustee going all the way back to our original lender, XXXX XXXX Mortgage. An assignment ( s ) are used when an investor or bank sells or transfers the asset. A certificate is also issued when an asset is placed into a pool of trusts by the trustee ( XXXX Bank as trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to reflect who the current investor is. The trustee will know who to send funds too for this asset being in the pool of trust! As of today, XXXX XXXX failed to provide the documentation that we requested. Now ; since XXXX XXXX provided a loan schedule from Deutsche Bank, we must confirm with Deutsche Bank weather or not XXXX XXXX had this loan for our property! Anyone with computer skills can create a letter head from a previous loan, then remove information and then add the information that you want in order to reflect that XXXX XXXX had a loan for our property. This loan Schedule does not by any means reflect that XXXX XXXX is the current investor. XXXX XXXX could have sold or transferred our note as the evidence that I have in my possession will reflect! XXXX XXXX possibly, failed to create legal documents to show legal ownership of the asset! We request to know if XXXX XXXX had a loan for our property in the amount of {$460000.00} dated XXXX XXXX XXXX, loan # XXXX. We request this information in writing!

This firm has allowed misrepresentations to cause massive harassment on a daily BASIS TO A BORROWER THAT HAD INTENTIONS THAT WERE GOOD AND MET WITH DECEPTIVE PRACTICES BY that of a servicer claiming can not be reasonable due to XXXX stating would NOT ALLOW any of the 10 years of waiting for a good outcome. Instead abuse on every XXXX Investor guidelines for complete package for 7 days - Internally XXXX XXXX XXXX acting as a Servicer for this alleged XXXX as trustee claimed Investor they took it upon to also use reasoning NOT BY CALIFORNIA STANDARDS BUT BY FEDERAL STANDARDS OF 37 DAYS. California Laws are shorter. They have stated that the investor being NEW YORK MELLON BANK AS TRUSTEE -- STATING AFTER GIVING ME HOPE AFTER THREE TIMES FILING DUAL TRACKING MISREPRESENTATIONS. While is a review they posted a sale on my house then lied and stated that I was not in review. XXXX mailed items prove opposite. Then when informed that fraud, forgery and illegal origination documents with false claims being made and payments being made to closed paid off loans they in turn created a new history. XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to create alter and fabricate now having XXXX versions of NOTES ; False and FAKE assignments ; and constant lies and deceptive practices on a " Daily '' basis. That this firm hired to Service a loan that was accelerated in 2007 ' by a written letter expired under Statutory of Limitations and under CA laws XXXX. Then during each regulators lawsuit caused borrower distress by pushing off results making false promises and continually creating bogus stories as to why they could not accommodate the promised rewrites on these FAULTY ORIGINATION LOANS OF THE MOST ABUSIVE COUNTRYWIDE LOANS. THAT THIS WAS PART OF A PONZI SCHEME IN WHICH XXXX Stole money from borrower. This was admitted and was to be rectified. Consumer Complaint: My original home equity loan was with GMAC. Everything with them was perfect. GMAC sold the loan to Ocwen a few years ago. Ocwen handled the loan correctly at first, but for the past three months they have sent me monthly emails telling me that they have received my loan payment. I did n't request this, and I do n't need this, since I can tell from XXXX Ocwen 's website and from my checking account bank that the payment has been made. I would n't mind about the extra confirmation, except that Ocwen puts my full name, property address, and complete loan number in the unsecured email. I have called and emailed Ocwen several times, but the people I talk to do n't understand XXXX well enough to fix the problem. When they send me an email to discuss the problem, they put my full account number in it as well! The latest CSR told me to remove my email address from my profile, which is n't possible to do. Please, is there anything you can do to get Ocwen to stop sending secure account information in an email?

Consumer Complaint: on XXXX XXXX at XXXX oclock i called ocwen because i received a letter saying to pay XXXX.I was told by Relationship manager XXXX XXXX that XXXX XXXX i was accessed a fee of XXXX dollars for a bankruptcy expense in XX/XX/XXXX and that i owed a total of XXXX cents and if i dont pay i will lose my house.she was rude and very loud and did not want to give me a reason why and said she would give send me a breakdown by mail and said i need to pay i think XXXX now.Never received a breakdown.I got off the phone and called again and got a different relationship manager named XXXX XXXX and she told me that i owed XXXX to a property valuation expense and for me to pay XXXX looked on my mortgage transcripts and ocwen XXXX did XXXX in 7 years and it was for XXXX dollars.I was told that this had nothing to do with my payment and to pay XXXX $ and it will be added to your mortgage.Icalled the Ocwen ombudsman XXXX XXXX and was told that this property valuation expense can be done twice a year and i was in default.He told me my payment was in default and it was not 30 days.they did it in 27 days.All this is happening and i dont have nothing in writing.Ireceive a call from supposedly appointed Relationship manager and asked me did i have any questions.i told him the same thing i am telling you and yes i owe XXXX dollars then said did i have anything else and said goodbye.Received a monthly statement for may bill today XXXX XXXX saying i owe XXXX $ saying it is due XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and it came by regular mail but on the activity statement it says certified at {$2.00} and a property inspection fee of $ XXXX.ICall again and get amirsh XXXX Relationship manager and he tells me do i want to pay XXXX now and doesnt give me any options to pay except that it is not apart of your regular payment and i should still XXXX a month but on the statement it says XXXX and that wont change.i still owe XXXX dollars late fees.I am on a fixed income.

We are part of the XXXX XXXX Consent Order targeting XXXX females in the XXXX XXXX ( XXXX, New York ) area. Since XXXX, Ocwen never notified us that the loan was part of the civil action. As a servicer, they were obligated to inform us and stop collection practices. I realized this last week when I reviewed my property records. Also, Owcen strategically did not put my name on the tax records only show my husband name to that the loan was not affected by the Order. A Satisfaction of Mortgage from XXXX XXXX was recorded and was PAID IN FULL and HAS NOT BEEN ASSIGNED. We are XXXX XXXX XXXX and every time my husband and I call, l we are always getting the run around about the account. There are major concerns ; in essence 1 ) From our calculations, the escrow account has a surplus and need to be refunded and canceled. I want an audit and review of the escrow from XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX ( 82 Months ). Please discontinue the escrow, we will pay the insurance and taxes for our property. 2 ) .The alleged loan was terminated by way of Satisfaction of Mortgage was filed by XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and was PAID IN FULL. This is the only and latest document filed against the property. A Federal lawsuit was filed and a Settlement Agreement and Consent Order was filed in XXXX XXXX by XXXX outlining the issues regarding the Satisfaction of Mortgage that was filed on my property. Both Documents are attached. 3 ). Any and all payments you received from us should be refunded from XXXX XXXX, XXXX through XXXX XXXX. A total of 82 months ( 15 years ) Principal and interest.4 ) Going forward, no payments should be required for the allege loan. A new mortgage lien release need to be excecuted and filed for the property.because of the XXXX Order there 's no contractual agreement after XXXX XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I had been paying a mortgage for ten years and have never been a day late on a payment. I have been confined to a wheelchair all my life, so I had a lot of money tied up in home modifications so that I can get around. Back in 2013 my home suffered damage from a storm, My insurance was with the mortgage company. The insurance company wanted me to pay for the repairs out of my pocket then they would refund me after completion of the work, something I ca n't afford. I was forced to leave my home after ten years, forced to leave my job. I had to let the house go as it was not livable due to mold and unsafe structure. Since then they have been calling me harassing me at work and times of the day that I have clearly stated times that they can call me, they refused to comply to my wishes causing stress and embarrassment.
