Consumer Complaint: I was told by phone and in my loan modification one payment and it has now change. My escrow account seems rig. I did n't sign or agree to no other payment. Ocwen is still ripping homeowners off and lying about their agreements. Every time I call each rep gives me a different answer than the other..And they just say I 'm sorry ''. And I say sorry does n't help me. They need professional people that know what they 're talking about and not hang up on their customer. Yes an Ocwen rep hung up on me on XXXX XXXX at approximately XXXX. It appears he got frustrated because he could n't answer my questions. I called back, and all the next rep has to say is " sorry ''. I 'm XXXX off with Ocwen and they need to be legally check again for their mishaps..They are wrong, AGAIN!

Consumer Complaint: We ( XXXX ) put in 3 offers to purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. MLS listing # XXXX with XXXX XXXX. Owner -XXXX . Short Sale purchase. XXXX XXXX has the mortgage & Servicing agent is Ocwen Loan from Florida. We have submitted ( 4 ) proof of funds from XXXX in our names & our XXXX, XXXX XXXX. We have had XXXX purchase & sale agreements with XXXX having a closing date of XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The purchase price of the property was agreed to be {$180000.00}. Our Att. XXXX XXXX discovered a Mass. DOR Lien on the property of {$16000.00}. In addition to the two other liens totaling {$16000.00} We asked for an extension so that this would be cleared prior to our closing date. We were denied the extension so we had to start the entire process again. Our case manager with Ocwen is XXXX XXXX. Loan # XXXX. After filing the paperwork for the 3rd time they denied our offer of {$180000.00}. We had to re-submit a new offer of XXXX. They denied this offer as well. How can this company do this when the {$180000.00} was agreed on back in XXXX XXXX, XXXX? This does not seem like a ethical business practice. We have discovered that this property ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MA. XXXX ) is now going into foreclosure on XXXX XXXX, XXXX! We have been trying to secure this property for two & 1/2 years now. We want to buy this property for the agreed purchase price of {$180000.00} with a clear title. I can be reached at XXXXXXXXXXXX. or cell phone at ( XXXX XXXX )

Consumer Complaint: OCWEN took such a hostile, surprise attack on my home loan in good standing, bank owned it after accepting {$5000.00} XXXX incentive applied to principal for never being late on loan payments and {$760000.00} XXXX funds, such a hostile act that the public has trouble understanding it. People ask me if I 'm SURE I did n't miss a payment ... .they do n't want to believe a bank would do this. The shock caused me to be XXXX for several hours, which was horrifying because I am the XXXX for a very XXXX young man. I have attached the details about how LONG Ocwen is taking to make the repairs they promised to make. Rather than accept that the way they demolished my credit with XXXX was the reason it was difficult to restore, they simply blamed XXXX like they had previously blamed XXXX. It was OCWEN 'S fault it has to be repaired in a certain way ... due to the unusual way OCWEN removed the trade line from XXXX, within the context of a simple XXXX Dispute dated, XXXX XXXX, XXXX which simply asked if they could show I had always paid my home loan on time since XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Ocwen 's response was vicious and impossible for XXXX to make sense of because they had no way of knowing it was just part of a blitzkrieg of harsh actions Ocwen was raining down upon me and my XXXX son XXXX. XXXX it was presented only as a response to my request to have more of my perfect payment history showing. Ocwen 's attitude about correcting the damage they created has been to blame XXXX In the meantime my son is getting sicker while we wait to resolve these issues so I can get a loan XXXX. He may be XXXX by the time Ocwen resolves the damages they caused.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen 's letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX CFPB case # XXXX responded that they acquired the loan from XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and that loan originated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX by The XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ocwen further stated that they had mailed 'on numerous occasions ' copies of the stock certificate '. They also stated that original documents were kept by the owner of the loan or trustee for the owner of the loan and that Ocwen did not have the original documents. Ocwen in the same letter attached a copy of a pooling and servicing agreement between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX listing XXXX XXXX as the investor. However, in his latest response, they are now stating that they are issuing an affidavit of Lost stock and lease (? ) How is that possible if they were saying that all they had were copies and original documents were with the owner of the loan (? ) investor?? The pooling agreement Ocwen mentioned in his letter above, was never part of his files. Records obtained from Ocwen which included over XXXX pages of documents included no such agreement. Instead, copies of XXXX affidavit of note lost was included which had been transferred to Ocwen as part of the servicing transfer. Multiple associates established the same conclusion. Also, how is that Ocwen produces a pooling agreement between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when neither one of them had been part of the Co-Op conversion nor, again, of their files?. Furthermore, Ocwen first refers XXXX XXXX as the property management and then as the investor. Investors, as far as I have been informed DO NOT get the original loan documents,,, the loan owner gets it and the banks are required to keep them in custody. Per document attached. A record of events as recorded by Ocwen, they did have the collateral file, reviewed it with investors and then returned it to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( custodian ). Why did Ocwen state then that they did n't have the collateral documents and why are they now issuing an affidavit of loss documents? if, again, they originally stated that original documents were never with Ocwen (? ) Why did they return the collateral files to custodian and then claim that they had lost it?

Consumer Complaint: my parents are both deceased. they left house behind and the house still has a mortgage. my XXXX sisters were living in the house and were not paying the mortgage. I called Ocwen after my XXXX sisters moved out the house. I was advised by Ocwen that if I paid the back notes the mortgage monthly note would still be {$480.00}. Ocwen advised me to file for a loan modification and while waiting for a decision from the loan modification I did n't have to pay the monthly note. They would add the months to the mortgage end date. I was denied three times. Each time Ocwen kept telling me to apply again. Well, XXXX months went by and me and my family are living in the house. So Ocwen offers me a re-payment plan two days before the Sheriff sale. Of course I adhered to the offer. Heres the offer : {$7000.00} down payment and 11 payments of {$1500.00} and then everything would be caught up and the note would go back to {$480.00} per month. Now Ocwen is claiming that I owe them {$2700.00} in fees and other cost .... and the new monthly note is {$1200.00} Ocwen are scam artist. Please advise me of what to do.
