Consumer Complaint: My mortgage loan was illegally sold by GMAC mortgage to Ocwen Loan Servicing to attach credit card default judgement debt without my consent. My interest rate and insurance remains too high though I continued to pay regularly for more than five years. I receive offers to refinance to lower monthly payments but I do not want to refinance because I do not want additional debt. Rather, I want my mortgage loan to be paid down much faster.

Consumer Complaint: OCWEN Loan Servicing failed to notify me of a decision, or anything, regarding my request for a loan modification, nor have I heard from Ocwen directly of the need for anything other than what they requested, " a complete application packette. When I last spoke to OCWEN, on XX/XX/2017, they stated that documents were needed that they did not make me aware of prior to my call. Ocwen suggested I send nothing in at this point that they would procede with forclosure of my home on XX/XX/2017 @ XXXX XXXX. I have no idea what the status of my Modification is and have not heard fromm OCWEN since I contacted them on XX/XX/2017.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice from Ocwen stating that I was eligible for {$5000.00} recast offer on my mortgage. It was an earned incentive under HAMP for paying my monthly mortgage as agreed & on time. I immediately accepted the incentive, and requested to have {$5000.00} applied to my loan, and to have my monthly payment lowered by {$50.00}. When my monthly mortgage payment increased from {$1100.00} to {$1300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, I called Ocwen to make sure that my incentive had been applied, and was told that it takes 2-3 months. I recently received a letter from Ocwen dated XX/XX/XXXX stating, that I am not eligible for my incentive due to my payment being 41 days late. I have never been late with my monthly payments. I pay my own property taxes & home owner 's insurance and I have never been late. This is an unethical tactic by Ocwen to keep my incentive that I worked diligently for. I have ( 30 ) days to appeal their decision, which I did on XX/XX/XXXX by email to their Escalations Department. This loan servicer is very shady & dishonest, they are always trying to beat their customers out of money, incentives, loan modifications, etc. I want my {$5000.00} earned incentive applied to my loan ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: This is in connection to Complaint Conf # XXXX. It is not XXXX, but XXXX. I apologize for this error. This XXXX mortgage was not included in the bankruptcy. Please see attachments ( pages 5 & 6. ) There are two XXXX accounts : one is home equity loan and the other one is mortgage. It was transferred to Ocwen Loan Servicing later on. Before we filed for bankruptcy, we applied for loan modification. which process took more than 2 years. The house was sold on a short sale in XX/XX/2016. I contacted Ocwen regarding the inaccuracy of my credit report about what 's included in the bankruptcy. Ocwen have immediately suppressed the two accounts from credit reporting. I am requesting XXXX to do the same. Thank you so much!

Consumer Complaint: my husband and I was approved for a loan modification on XX/XX/XXXX. we were told by our relationship manager at our bank that we did n't need to make a payment until XX/XX/XXXX. he laid out our apr monthly payment and fees. well we were reported as being late for the month of XX/XX/XXXX and is at risk of being reported late for XX/XX/XXXX. now the trial period starts in XX/XX/XXXX since the payments are n't our original loan agreement we are subjecting ourselves to being reported as being late for the next three months.so our credit score is going to really suffer. and at this pint there is no way out of this mess. unless we pay XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX in full by the XX/XX/XXXX. meanwhile even though we were struggling because a lost of income we were never ever late to the point that we would be reported to the credit bureaus

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was sold to another company. When I inquire about PMI insurance they are stating that the purchase price was XXXX when in fact the original purchase price was XXXX through my original mortgage company so they are not counting the {$29000.00} I already paid into the mortgage. I feel that I do have 20 % invested into the house and I have never been late on any payments.
