Consumer Complaint: I h have a mortgage through Ocwen, I did miss a few payments but two months ago I resumed making payments and they started sending them back. They said they would not accept any more payments on the account unless I could bring the account completely current. I called the company 2 inquire about a loan modification. The call was accepted by someone in XXXX, who spoke so quickly I could not understand him. I requested him to slow down so I could get the help that I needed and he did not. I requested to speak to someone who either would slow down or put me in contact with someone who spoke English he said he would help me and did not transfer me. I downloaded the loan modification papers and fax them to Ocwen 3 days ago and now they say they did n't receive them but I do have a receipt saying that I sent them I ca n't get any help it 's like they want to foreclose.

Consumer Complaint: We have account with Ocwen Loan Servicing. We applied for a business loan and was turned down because XXXX reported that we are Serious Delinquency, accounts not paid as agreed, time since delinquency is too recent or unknown and number of accounts with delinquency. So I checked the credit report it is Ocwen that is reporting that our loan was charged off XXXX XXXX put we are making payments. We checked the credit report again on XXXX XXXX and it says charged off as bad debt, profit and loss write off and closed. We have been making payments, so should we not make anymore payments or what? Where have my payments been going? We applied for a loan did not get it. We own a small business we really could use a loan did not think there would be a problem. This is hurting our business we went to several places could not get one our personal credit is always checked. We have worked real hard to have good credit. One of our store credit cards have lower our credit line. When will this stop? Is it Ocwen or XXXX or both. We have never had a problem like this. Hope you are the right place to go.

I have said it before and I will keep saying " they are spread out too thin to be effective '' they have offices in XXXX and the when they send out information it always comes from their XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida office. their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing. I call their toll free number from my residence in the United States I should be connected to some one in the United States NOT XXXX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XXXX does not understand and they do not have up to date records payments go to a US address in XXXX XXXX Illinois as another office, they are spread too thin. They do not credit payments when they are received so they can charge a late fee.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX, XXXX I bought a house through GMAC Mortgage company. I lived in the house until I sold it on XXXX XXXX, XXXX for the full amount of the mortgage owed. I did not profit from the sale of the house nor did I owe anything on the house after it was sold. I made my mortgage payments on time so there was nothing delinquent as far as the payments were concerned. Recently while attempting to clean up my credit, I noticed that the NOW closed company of GMAC mortgage was bought out by OCWEN Mortgage and it appears on my XXXX account even though the GMAC account appears on all of my credit reports. I have faxed a letter plus a copy of all my credit reports to OCWEN on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I spent over an hour and a half on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX on the phone with " research representative - # XXXX '' and he was not able to give me an answer as to why, even though the account was closed and in good standing their company appears on my credit report. I am attempting to work on and clean up my credit report and I feel as though since it has been over 10 years since this was first reported, that I would like the accounts removed ( GMAC and OCWEN/GMAC ).

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is the company that this complaint is concerning. We have had this mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX since GMAC went bankrupt and sold the mortgage off to them. At the time OCWEN took over the mortgage they said there would be a ( balloon ) or deferred payment at the end of the mortgage or it would disappear after time if we make every payment and pay it on time. We have done this faithfully without missing or being late on any payment. Still the deferred payment exist and this is causing us problems with getting our house refinanced as we wish to do. Is n't there some way of making this deferred payment go away as OCWEN stated that they would do? And also there is a matter of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX increasing the Interest on our mortgage every so often and not giving us notice of any kind that they were going to do this. This has happened at least three times, if not more. Is this legal or should we be given the right to be notified when such a thing like this is going to happen?

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan servicings lawyer went before a judge in NJ and lyed to the court about the documentation that they had to prove they owned the mortgage. The judge would not even listen to my case, but let Ocwen give the defendants financial documents that the defense has been asking for 6 years. The documents prove predatory lending by charging over 12 % to re-finance this loan, a year later than the other XXXX loan.No closing date, no one except notary at closing, where did we close, who closed the loan.When you read the other documents supplied by the plaintiff, they prove that XXXX XXXX illegally signed that she certified the paperwork in XXXX to assign the loan from XXXX to XXXX bank national trust bundles who just settled a XXXX XXXX dollar settlement in XXXX XXXX for misleading investors and consumers like myself and have not taken a settlement. I know that we are or were eligible for at least 7 class action lawsuits that the defendants have been associated with and we did not join.We ask for 3 x the original finance charge of XXXX for predatory lending. We also ask XXXX XXXX for pain and suffering for all the lies and suffering this illegal act has brought us. The plaintiffs had to know the mortgage papers were at the least illegal and unenforceable, yet continued to ly to the court and the defendants and only supplied the evidence when they had to.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a reverse mortgage for my Mom to stay in her condo and was approved XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. She XXXX XXXX XXXX and although we hoped her to have XXXX and get her back she was never able. During this time they guided me to what they needed and what I needed to do. Mom XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called them in XXXX and found out what was needed. XXXX XXXX, Trust, Letter of Intent, Appraisal & monthly checking in. I contacted them via fax and/or phone conversation with three different staff on XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I have all the handwritten notes supporting this. I was told a new timeline would begin not based on Mom not returning but on her XXXX which got me to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX I called for my monthly check in and was told the loan was due XXXX XXXX, XXXX based on Mom not returning. I asked for a supervisor and went over all the times and the staff who shared information on the new extension date. Her response was that the staff were either no longer with the company or were in training at the time. She would not work with me at all on their mistake. Mom 's condo was listed in the morning on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The supervisor told me unless I paid the loan by XXXX XXXX they would no longer manage the loan and it would go to a foreclosure lawyer to accept the process to begin a foreclosure. The condo sold and we closed XXXX XXXX and I ended up paying {$3300.00} to the lawyer and another {$880.00} for I do n't know what as it also was in the amount collected at closing on the XXXX statement under the line of Mortgage Payoff Good Through XXXX/XXXX/XXXX to Ocwen Loan Servicing. This is not right. For the servicing company to advise me of an extension that was not honored and I am out {$3300.00} to the lawyer and another {$880.00}. Respectfully asking for that money to be returned to me. Thank you I have all the notes to include dates, names, phone numbers and conversations I had regarding this.

NO ONE SIGNED THE GREEN CARD, but we received the GRREN CARD back as if Ocwen had signed for it. It had no signature therefore they stated they did not receive anything from us. In addition. we will provided with the wrong mailing address for the final modification package to be returned So, Ocwen attempted to denied the trial modifcation for their error. Once the trail was completed, I became ill and missed the XXXX XXXX Deadline. Our mortage was paid on XXXX. We were notified our modification was cancelled. Ocwen it a FRAULENT COMPANY and are trying to ILLEGALLY foreclose on customers. I did XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, who appeared to side with Ocwen and assisted them with the Fraudlent Acts, Ocwen and XXXX XXXX XXXX has caused my medical condition to worsen due to the constant harrassment. I had to pay XXXX per modification due to the home having to load to XXXX XXXX XXXX. It appeared they were changing their amount on customers for GREED.
