Consumer Complaint: TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN : I have been informed that I have negative information reported by Pennsylvania Eastern Bankruptcy Court in the file you maintain under my social security number. Upon ordering a copy of my credit report I see an entry from this court listing filed on XX/XX/XXXX. LEXISNEXIS is the data furnisher to XXXX who is reporting this bankruptcy on my credit report. Yet you are providing inaccurate information to XXXX and violating my consumer rights. The case number/Reference number you have on file is inaccurate and the date paid. How would you know the date I paid or the amount I paid? My privacy rights are being violated and you have no right to disclose my transactional history. Please validate this information with the court and provide me with copies of my documentation associated with this account granting you authorization to report this information, bearing my signature. I formally request that you that this information be immediately DELETED from the credit file you maintain under my social security number. Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing issue

Subissue: Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone

Consumer Complaint: The company Lexus Nexus has made it impossible for me to recover my true name identity theft. When I reached out and finally got a hold of someone at the company the only reason I was able to was because I spoke with the identity restoration at XXXX because I can not get car insurance. The reason I can not get car insurance is because Lexus Nexus uses inaccurate information from Identity Theft reports that were made against my credit. After much explanation and many many hours on hold nothing has been resolved the only thing I was assured of is that it would never be resolved and I quote no matter what I do the points on my record will never disappear because they will never take them off no matter what kind of proof I show them. That Lexus Nexus is the final decision-making process in any lifestyle credit situation even if the fraud account does not belong to the consumer. There's no way to dispute it or make it go away so I should just give up.
