The bankruptcy court gave me a letter stating they did not share this information with LexisNexis. So LexisNexis obtained this information without my written authorization.

Consumer Complaint: I was given a higher undesirable XXXX XXXX XXXX Quote on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/2023. Both times LexisNexis provided a Credit Type Auto Report to XXXX XXXX XXXX that caused the high rate quote. LexisNexis has no way to get the report on the Internet stating to call them at XXXX -- XXXX. Upon calling LexisNexis Recording states use the Internet Site. They pass me back and forth with no resolve. No human contact is possible at LexisNexis. LexisNexis lied to Federal CFPB and said they did not know me in a response in Case # XXXX and the employee ( name and phone number hidden ) at CFPB closed my case even thou I was given no opportunity to respond to the LexisNexis lies . Likewise at LexisNexis, no name or contact information to the cubical, or even direct e-mail address, was given in the response given to CFPB by the LexisNexis respondent. Since the unknow employee at CFPB closed my case recklessly and prematurely I have no choice but to file another case in the hope that a different and more competent employee who does not hide their name and contact phone number to their office cubicle will get me my negative credit reports that LexisNexis gave to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/2023.

Consumer Complaint: I was informed by an insurance company that I was not given the best rate due to information supplied by LexisNexis. I contacted LexisNexis at their designated contact point ( an online website ) on XX/XX/203. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter, that directed me to a web URL to see my report with a PIN ... .which did not work. I called LexisNexis ( LN ) on XX/XX/2023 to report this broken system, and was told all I could do was await a written copy of my file in the mail in 7 to 10 more days. I was also told this was a known issue - that many people were unable to see their reports. I received another letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Inside were 7 pages of 'boilerplate ' ( frequently asked questions, how to request an investigation, a summary of the FCRA XXXX etc )- but NO CREDIT REPORT. I called LN on XX/XX/2023 and spent another 45 minutes trying to get the report I have a right to. I am being told now that all they can do is again request the report be printed and sent. I requested an emailed copy, but denied. I requested that they send this second printed report via XXXX or other overnight carriers, and was denied this also. None of this behavior is in either the spirit nor the letter of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I believe there is inaccurate information in my report, and I am being denied access to it. I feel I am entitled to compensation for the 2 hours I've spent trying to get this report, when it should be available very simply.

Consumer Complaint: LEXIS NEXUS sold my credit information on or around XX/XX/2014 to the three major credit Bureaus and other companies, and this is hurting my credit score, and I'm not receiving a fair chance at credit worthiness. The original company does not report bankruptcies to credit bureaus.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: I previously disputed several incorrectly reported items on my consumer profile, including a public record. LexisNexis sent letters to me stating that several items were deleted on my consumer profile. No updated consumer report was mailed to me. No link was provided for me to access my report. I have since called LexisNexis about six times requesting clarification on changes to my report. Each time that I call and explain my concern, I am transferred to a " Public Records '' department. Once connected, the representative blatantly disconnects the call. There were times that I was disconnected before the transfer. I have asked for a warm person-to-person transfer but that did not happen. I am placed in the queue each time. I have emailed LexisNexis, but no response. The company is refusing to provide me with a copy of my report and is deliberately making the dispute process difficult. My request is that LexisNexis investigate the calls and emails. A company that has access to my personal data yet hangs up on me fails to respond, and fails to provide me with the requested information is alarming to me. I am also requesting that LexisNexis provide me with a detailed explanation of the disputed information. As there is no way for me to know which record ( s ) were changed in my consumer profile. Today I spoke with " XXXX '' and " XXXX. '' When I spoke to XXXX she told me that she could not help me after I waited several minutes. She then told me that due to the security freeze, I can not get my consumer report. When I told her the security freeze has been on my profile since 2018 and I have received several letters this year with a link giving me access to my report, she then said it was due to my state. I then explained that my address is the same and asked for a supervisor. She said I would have to await a callback. She asked if I could provide a different number because a rep tried to call me previously and could not reach me. I explained that I was never informed that anyone would call me. I receive spam and scam calls. Had I been advised that someone would contact me, I would have been expecting their call, ultimately answering a known phone number. Six attempts later and still no resolution. Still no consumer report. Still no answers.
