Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, I sent an email to Lexis Nexis stating, I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DOB XX/XX/XXXX, share the same name as my father, XXXX XXXX XXXX DOB XXXX I am disputing any policies, and claims with policies on my Lexis Nexis XXXX REPORT that are being shared with anyone other than XXXX XXXX since XXXX. We have only had insurance through XXXX and XXXX since XXXX. My father is showing up on my XXXX report. XXXX XXXX has mistakenly reported that I have been a policyholder. I have not held any policies with XXXX XXXX since XXXX. Since XXXX, I have only been a policy holder with XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX and XXXX. I have not shared State Farm policies with my mother XXXX XXXX XXXX, sister XXXX XXXX, brother XXXX XXXX XXXX or cousin XXXX XXXX XXXX I am available anytime at XXXX Reach out to me by phone or email. I am willing to provide whatever you all need from me to correct this as soon as possible. On XXXX, I submitted my dispute by email and included a copy of my clue report with highlights of my disputed items, an itemized list of my disputes, supplemental insurance and identification information. The reason I sent an email first is because of difficulty I had with their online tool to submit documents does not work hardly at all. I continued to attempt to send it though their online tool using multiple computers and browsers and after 2 days of attempts through multiple computers and browsers, I was able to submit it. After hearing nothing by email for phone, I reached out today XXXX by phone asking for any updates. It has been more than 30 days since my first email to them asking for resolution and 2 weeks since I submitted my dispute by their online tool. I was told they didn't have anything about my claim and asked for supplemental information which i was again unable to send by their online tool and submitted to their email. I have talked to XXXX XXXX and they have corrected their reporting to Lexis Nexis but there are several other problems with my XXXX report I need corrected ASAP so i can get auto insurance again. I still feel like nothing has been accomplished with Lexis Nexis. They have given me two case number. Previous case number is XXXX and new case number is XXXX

These negative reports has caused me irreparable harm, emotional harm and distress, damages, loss of income and loss of employment opportunities via my inability to have my " Secret '' level security clearance restored because of the fraudulently perceived " Bad Credit '' image that has been falsely stained my character by XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX LEXISNEXIS, XXXX XXXX, and other Credit Reporting Agencies ( individually and/or collectively the " CRA '' and/or " Defendant '' and " Disputed Account Holders '' ), all in clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. and the Maryland Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act, Annotated Code of Maryland, Commercial Law Article, 14-1201, et seq. I recently applied for a Commercial Realestate Loan for a property that I was looking to purchase for my business and potentially build a primary homesite for me and my family in my hometown of XXXX XXXX, GA. HOWEVER, I have been DENIED the extension of credit by the lending institution because XXXX 1 ) reported by " Credit Score '' to them at a XXXX rating ; and 2 ) have negatively and falsely reported me having over XXXX instances of " DELINQUENCIES '' and/or " LATE PAYMENTS '' over 90 days, which is wholly INACCURATE and mathematically IMPOSSIBLE!!!! See Exhibits A & B. I've constantly disputed the accuracy of the information in my credit file over the last 5 years. Most recently, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX posted a Collections on my credit file for all CRAs in the amount of {$17000.00} and I want to know WHY????? The last semester I attended XXXX was the Fall of XXXX ... and this was NEVER on my CRA accounts until XX/XX/XXXX?? THIS IS NOT MY ACCOUT NOR DEBT!!! This needs to be resolved ASAP because this issue is both putting my XXXX XXXX in jeopardy and it is interfering with my purchase of a home that I'm due to go to closing within the next 30 days. Consumer Complaint: I am submitting this complaint to LEXISNEXIS due to improper used of my report and reporting inaccurate information on my file. I sent them a letter requesting to have an investigation to the unverifiable accounts, they stated that they did a proper investigation however when I checked my report the inaccurate information such as date opened, date of last activity, date reported, accounts status and payment history are still reporting. My rights were violated under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A that states that I have the right to privacy, and 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2 stated a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
