Consumer Complaint: This letter is to formally inform you that I recently received a copy of my consumer report that your company publishes. Upon review of my consumer report, I found an item that is inaccurate or questionable. The account in question is a BANKRUPTCY. Listed under BANKRUPTCY FILING # XXXX, Bankruptcy Court Details : FLORIDA XXXX XXXX XXXX. Therefore, I am requesting that you please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that your company used to verify the accuracy of the bankruptcy along with a complete compliant detailed breakdown of the three segments of the Metro 2 requirements including The XXXX XXXX, containing XXXX fields, which ensures that the information was identified correctly by your bureau, The Base Segment, containing XXXX fields, which provides the specific account information for me, The Trailer Record, Containing XXXX fields, which summarized the data submitted to your bureau specific to my particular file. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g, I am expressing my right to demand that you disclose your compliance with Metro 2 and disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning this bankruptcy that you are reporting in my credit report. NOTE : Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified because I have never been sent proof of such. Instead, send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of this bankruptcy then please delete this immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified item on my consumer report and distributing them to credit bureaus you are damaging my reputation and creditworthiness and I will seek damages if they are not removed and you are unable to provide the necessary documentation. It is my right that under the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i, all unverified accounts must be promptly deleted. Therefore, if you are unable to provide me with a copy of the verifiable proof that you have on file for this bankruptcy within 30 days of receipt of this complaint then you must remove these accounts from my consumer report. Failure to comply with the deletion demand if you are unable to provide METRO 2 COMPLIANT DOCUMENTATION AND EVIDENCE will be met with complaint to the CFPB, the FTC and the Attorney General of the State of Florida. Additionally, if you fail to comply with my deletion demand I am prepared to and will sue your company for the maximum civil, criminal and punitive damages available by law. Please provide me with a copy of an updated and corrected consumer report showing this bankruptcy item DELETED. Consumer Complaint: Hello, I had noticed that a previous bankruptcy was reported to the bureaus without my consent nor permission. This has violated my right to privacy. I mailed a letter to LexisNexis to advise them of this and I have not yet heard back. The bankruptcy was a chapter XXXX, filed in XXXX and voluntarily dismissed in XXXX. This has threatened my ability to find an apartment that will accept me although all of my debts have been paid. I have been trying to find an apartment for my kids and myself and no one will accept me due to the bankruptcy that I entered into voluntarily and dismissed voluntarily.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/21 I sent a letter to lexis nexis certified mail # XXXX regarding verification and deletion of bankruptcy and inaccurate info. Lexis Nexis has reported a bankruptcy to a third party company ( consumer agency ) without my consent and is in violation of my privacy. Attached in the letter to this complaint I requested answers to a few questions and never received any response. Its been more than 30 days .... -Proof that you did not violate 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( e ) -That this bankruptcy is verified, and since the courts did not verify, congress states that you would have to conduct an investigation with neighbors, friends or associates which I know was not done neither. -That you had consent/persmission from me to report such information with signature or written instruction 15 usc 168b ( a ) ( 2 ) -That you did not infringe upon my consumer right to privacy which is a form of identity theft 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 )

Consumer Complaint: I am coming straight to you because I have been the victim of your entire previous page list : I had to best choose inaccurate info because the underlying theme BEYOND XXXX breach they did not notify me about, or the XXXX application fraud I filed with FTC yesterday : the furnisher of incorrect information on 2/3 credit reports, as well as government and courts is lexis nexus. I will hand write all my disputes to them after I leave XXXX XXXX IL police dept tonight. I have had unemployment fraud, triple charges for numerous single purchases- no hotel when I show up to my air bnb with a child in Arkansas XXXX Ive had XXXX XXXX caution me against complaining to XXXX when fraud occurred. There is this attack on my reputation. 4 years of full time employment at XXXX, a professional driver- I look at my reports : all I see is employment from over 7 ago, numerous old financial marks- wrong address in XXXX NY & Wrong SS # ( XXXX ). XXXX has a phone number for XXXX XXXX NV as my contact. Every package I order comes with the wrong phone number on it, or I get charged 2-3x. XXXX had a data breach and is the only correct, XXXX XXXX report. This happened a few years ago also, all at once I dropped XXXX pts and an onslaught of claims over 7yrs old that I had to spend hours disputing. This time its just XXXX application fraud, XXXX pt drop and wrong name spelling, state, SSN, phone number And they call themselves legal aid? Lexis Nexis has furnished this incorrect information making me look like the falsely unemployed, false insurance patient with neurological doctor visits that I never had- As well as all the other falsities they have on me. What does XXXX PD have on me? What does XXXX XXXX PD have on me? Cuz they have me connected to someone who lives in both those states, 1 with a different ssn! I am afraid that I will be arrested or show up with XXXX tickets and XXXX warrants!! Or XXXX loans. They need to correct my information because they furnish the sensitive, critical personal information- why is it wrong? This is day XXXX of my life ignoring my child to deal with no pay and drama so I hope this gets straightened out and I dont get arrested at the XXXXPD tonight. I have placed a freeze on Lexis Nexis file as well as all 3 credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I have previously filed a complaint against Lexis Nexis ( who I obtained a security freeze with on XX/XX/21 ) for providing XXXX information about me in the month of XXXX. I have not received any correspondence back from Lexis Nexis concerning the matter. After speaking with a rep at CFPB I was made aware of a letter that Lexis Nexis sent stating they did not receive identifying info from me. This is false as I have e-mails to prove correspondence and proof that I sent them the ID info they asked for. They sent a letter stating they did not know what I was talking about when confronted with the information they shared with XXXX. I am now filing a new complaint due to info I received from XXXX on XX/XX/21 ( the day before their response letter to the CFPB ) letting me know that they had obtained third party public record information on me from Lexis Nexis. This is against the law!!! The CFPB has VERY CLEARLY laid out the guidelines by which entities may obtain info on consumers that have a security freeze. Lexis Nexis should know the credit bureaus ARE NOT included in that category.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis Consumer Center XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX Customer # XXXX Case Number # XXXX Requested my credit report and they sent me a link and " pin number ''. The pin number does not work and I tried ten times, even used lower caps. This same thing happen four years ago with LexisNexis, stonewall the consume. I called the customer service person she was unable to help and seemed befuddled. The letter was dated XX/XX/2021 and stated the pin was only good for thirty days. That was not the truth, same thing happened four years ago. I found out that they incorrectly stated I had three outstanding auto loans to XXXX and that I was a credit risk. So until I was able to get them to correct their lies, I paid a higher insurance rate.
