Consumer Complaint: I was trying to shop for car insurance around 15 days back ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and my agent quoted a really high premium which was surprising. He told me that I had an accident on my file that happened in XX/XX/XXXX with my car and that is causing my insurance charges to be high from all providers. This accident happened on the car that I own now but I bought this car in XX/XX/XXXX ( 6+ months after the accident date ) and the accident happened with the previous owner but it wrongly shows in my report which is impacting my insurance premium. My agent was able to share a LexiNexis report with me ( reference # - XXXX ) which shows this accident on my report Car details : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) I tried to reach lexisnexis on their customer care and then website but there is no easy way to reach them where I can raise my concern and get the resolution.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I am making this complaint to get false negative items removed from my credit report by the three credit bureaus ; XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. During the month of XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019, On my credit report there were delinquent late payments recorded on my credit report from XXXX XXXX. I have contacted each of the three main credit bureaus with no response from either company. I need these negative items removed from my report immediately. Also, I had contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX to remove these false negative items from my report. Recently they had contacted me back stating they would contact the credit bureaus to remove these from my reports. Although, I have not heard from them ever since then. Can you please aid me with this and contact XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX to remove this from my account? Attached now is the letter from XXXX XXXX stating that they would remove these negative items. They have refused to accept my ID as identification stating that my address doesn't match their records. Which absolutely proves that the info that they have is false. I requested a credit freeze and they have refused. They are violating the law and my rights.

Consumer Complaint: I mailed Lexis Nexis a second letter on XX/XX/2022 via certified letter from the US Postal Service. This was my second requesting asking for validation on an alleged bankruptcy they are reporting. The first time, inever recieved a response from Lexis Nexis, which is why I sent the second request certified mail. According the the US Postal Service, my request was receieved on XXXX XXXX, 2022. As it stands today, I still have not reeieved any updates, and it is pass the 30 days they have to complete an investigation, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX XXXX XXXX was discharged on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX and XXXX updated my credit file to reflect the discharge. XXXX did not so I disputed with XXXX on XXXX. XXXX reported that they verified the information as correct with a third party, LexisNexis. I contacted LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX and LexisNexis stated that they show the XXXX XXXX disposition as discharged and their file was updated on XXXX. Since the information was incorrect still on my XXXX credit report, I disputed again with XXXX. This dispute was XX/XX/XXXX. With both of my disputes I provided the court document showing the discharge. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received the dispute results and again XXXX claimed they contacted LexisNexis to verify the data and that the information was being reported correctly. I contacted LexisNexis again on XX/XX/XXXX and again they stated that they show the discharge. LexisNexis stated to call XXXX again. This is unacceptable. I provided information to XXXX twice showing the discharge and the third party verifies the discharge in their records. XXXX is not meeting their requirements under the FCRA to report a consumer 's information correctly.

Its been more than 30 days and not response via mail or email and i am highly upset. The stuff on my report is inaccurate and unverifiable. I am a real person so i dont want no automatic computer response saying this is unathorized. I am authorizing this complaint with proof of the disputes i sent out. Now please help me this because i will pursue litigation for false information. Now do your job now!!!! I have attached my ID and utility bill to show who i am I need these accounts deleted or updated.
