Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C 1681 & Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C 1692 Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, have violated my rights. I have also been told previously that it has been verified through the courts which are not true and I have verified with the courts that they do not verify this information with the credit bureaus or any other entities. My rights have been violated under the FCRA laws below and I have the right to privacy. I have asked that this be removed from my credit report multiple times due to the FCRA violations and the inaccuracies that are included. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumers right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions There are also multiple errors on my credit report in regards to this listing such as the reference #, court name, and filing date which violates my rights.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis trespassed my Credit Report kept by XXXX XXXX releasing a different technique to assess my creditworthiness and such action has caused the lenders to decline my application for credit card applications. LexisNexis never had my authorization to release my creditworthiness to XXXX XXXX or any other national credit report bureaus, and their technique to value my creditworthiness is harmful preventing me to obtain the credit card I do need. Upon contacting LexisNexis to block their misleading information, LexisNexis mailed 3 letters referenced to my request contradicting their messages, see Case Number XXXX, Case Number XXXX, and Case Number XXXX. The XXXX letters prove their agency 's mismanagement of consumer report information. Their action to send 3 misleading letters indicates LexisNexis is a mismanaged credit report agency that continued causing me more harm than good.

Consumer Complaint: I have a case of identity theft. I have had this since XXXX. This person ( female ) uses a XXXX ID, XXXX ID and has a copy of my social security card. This person has taken out many loans, credit cards and purchased cars under my name. This person has taken mail out my box and cashed checks mailed to me. I have a claim with USPS. And IRS sent another check. Its all on my credit report. Since XXXX I have been unable to work in a full time status and now I cant work. So, the fraudster is stating a large income to succeed at obtaining these loans and material objects. And its affecting my need for social services o need to live. My banking was hacked 3 times in 6 months in XXXX. I had to cancel all account and use debit cards I manually turn on/off when using. I get countless calls about these fraudulent accounts. I want it to stop. The harassment is causing XXXX XXXXXXXX and more XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing these dismissed bankruptcies that are being reported from Lexis Nexis to the bureaus with Lexis Nexis for well over a year and a half. The bankruptcies were dismissed and shouldn't even be reporting on my credit report and yet the company prides itself in reporting information that is legally not supposed to be reporting as it was dismissed and not discharged and yet even with documentations submitted towards this, the company still reports and validates this information on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I recently applied for a home loan and was denied because of a bankrupcty that is not mine reporting on my consumer report. I contacted the Courthouse and was told they DO NOT report information to anyone reporting agencies so I submitted a dispute with the XXXX and was told this information was provided by Lexis Nexis which is inaccurate. I sent them a letter over 30 days ago disputing these false inaccurate records because I have never filed bankruptcy nor does this company have permissble purpse to furnish my personal information and this is a violation to my right to privacy. They have ignored my request nd if this is not deleted I will have to seek legal action.
