I will replace social security number with a number that can be substantiated via the Internal Revenue Service to consolidate my account ( s ). I demand compensation and the right of authorizing who gets to view my account data. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), credit bureaus are required by Federal Law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contravt - any and all accounts the Credit Bureau post on a credit report. Otherwise Anyone paying for thier credit reporting services could fax, mail, or email in a fraudulent account. All three of the credit bureaus have put an extreme strain on my families life. I have been denied jobs, cars, rental properties, lost finances, my lively hood has been destroyed all the way around. My character has been questioned which is holding my business back from growing which is not fair when they are breaking all the laws that congress has created to protect the consumer. Consumer Complaint: My auto insurance company, XXXX XXXXXXXX, uses LexisNexis to establish an " insurance score ''. They keep showing two reason codes that are incorrect, XXXX - Number of accounts with bad debt in the last 24 months or derogatory public record or collections is 1 or more and XXXX - Insufficient information on bank revolving accounts. Both these comments result in me paying higher insurance premiums which is totally wrong! XXXX refers me to Lexis Nexis. Lexis Nexis refers me to the 3 credit agencies- XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. My reports with them are spotless. My scores as of XX/XX/XXXX are as follows : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. There is incorrect info being reported from somewhere and nobody wants to investigate they all point fingers at each other. When I contact any of these companies, you can't get a live person on the phone, and the automated system only wants to send a report. I have the reports and there's nothing derogatory on them. I had a XXXX XXXX confirmed on XX/XX/XXXX and discharged on XX/XX/XXXX which is more than 2 years ( 24 months ) ago. In the three credit agency reports, they report me as having credit for 32 years and have not had one late payment in the last 2 years. I realize there's no incentive for XXXX to discover they truth then they'd have to lower my insurance premium PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint in reference to the previous complaint about LexisNexis. i have disputed the inaccuracy on my clue report that was place by XXXX XXXX they have done a investigation and they said after they investigated and got reports from XXXX they said it was accurate. I then in turn filed for a reinvestigation and in turn they reported back to me that the information collected from XXXX for the reinvestigation was accurate. i provided them with accurate information and they still refuse to remove the inaccuracy. then i filed complaint with the CFPB and they still didnt remove the inaccuracy. according to the consumer laws, I am the consumer and have consumer rights, in which they are violating. LexisNexis is aware of these inaccuracies and are negligently reporting false information. usc 1681 says a consumer has a right to privacy, USC 1681b SAYS THAT A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY CAN ONLY FURNISH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE CONSUMER.
