Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX RE : Requesting a Method of Verification Letter Dear XXXX XXXX, I recently received a response to a dispute ( see attached ) that I made under FCRA 611 ( a ) regarding an erroneous item on my credit report involving a transaction with US BKPT CT XXXX. It saddened me to learn that you somehow verified the disputed item, electing to leave it on my report. I am absolutely certain that the item I disputed is incorrect and should be removed, so I am hereby exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to request a complete description of all methods used to investigate my aforementioned dispute. I am very interested to learn how your investigator ( s ) arrived at this erroneous conclusion. I would like to see a complete list of all documents and correspondence with. Please include all names and contact information of employees that you spoke to at as part of this investigation. All previous letters and documents that I sent to you previously are once again attached along with this correspondence in order to help you process this request. I am asking for this verification because my credit score is important to me, and I believe it is being unjustly degraded as a result of this unfortunate error. Therefore, I request that you please do not send me a template letter in response to this request. I am in the process of planning a legal case, so I need specific answers to the specific questions asked of you in this letter. I expect to receive a response within 15 days of receipt of this letter, or I will expect to see the item in question permanently expunged from my record. So my insurance company XXXX told me that lexis nexis is reporting that in XXXX of XXXX there was a record of an unauthorized driver on my license. I am the only one that drives my car. This is absolutely wrong and fradulent. This is causing problems for me to can a decent auto insurance quote. I bought my car in XXXX the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Prior to that I had a XXXX XXXX. I have had no problems on my license, however lexis nexus is reporting wrong. I need help.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter to Lexis Nexis which was received on XX/XX/XXXX ( See Certified Receipt ). In the letter, I disputed a bankruptcy record which according to both XXXX and XXXX, Lexis Nexis is furnishing this record and certifying it's legitimacy. A dispute for " validation '' and " completeness and accuracy '' was submitted and received by Lexis Nexis back in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX notified me that the record was removed in accordance with 15 USC 1681. The case # for this matter is XXXX and the letter is attached to this dispute. The record in question is US Bankruptcy Court # XXXX. As of today XX/XX/XXXX, Lexis Nexis has not responded to my dispute and has continued to report this record to both XXXX and XXXX. Lexis Nexis has violated 15 USC 1681i and is required by law to remove this record.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis sent me a letter saying 1 negative report added to my file. I checked all credit bureaus and they are fine. Called LexisNexis to obtain my report. XXXX kept telling me I could not have my report even though I have their consumer ID # for me and theyre case number. She kept saying she needed my SS # DOB Drivers License # etc.. I verified my mailing address which they already have but would not give my personal information. XXXX will not provide MY report and would not let me speak with a supervisor. Ive never authorized LexisNexis to obtain information on me nor have I authorized any company to use them. They are trying to get my personal information I believe for fraudulent purposes.

Consumer Complaint: I resided at XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX. I resided there from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. During my residence there, I was never evicted, and the apartments underwent 3-4 changes in property management companies. When I got closer to my lease term, I decided to re-establish my credit to purchase a home. When my credit was pulled by a loan officer, the apartments filed three erroneous judgments against me with the XXXX XXXX Magistrate Court. The current manager at that time, XXXX XXXX, said he received many complaints about previous management and was informed they were illegally filing judgments from tenants after collecting rent. He drafted and filed a letter with the Court showing that I was in good standing and that the judgments needed to be satisfied. However, I have attempted to apply for a rental home and apartment, and the judgment remains on my public record : XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX ( Filed on XX/XX/XXXX ) {$970.00}. I called the magistrate court, and they confirmed the judgment is satisfied. This is also confirmed on the docket. I have a stamped copy of the satisfaction of Judgment. XX/XX/XXXX Image Document Satisfaction of Judgment XX/XX/XXXX Image Document Satisfaction of Judgment The lawsuit was filed by attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX. Phone : XXXX. Every third party, the apartment or property management company for a rental home, denies me. They won't accept my proof. The attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Magistrate Court, or XXXX XXXX XXXX should resolve this matter. I checked XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, and the judgment is not listed. This must be on a third-party tenant database. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX, and the apartment is under new management again. I spoke with the Asst Mgr, and he stated he has no digital or physical files that I ever resided at XXXX XXXX XXXX. He suggested that I contact XXXX XXXX. I looked up the company, and their number is no longer working.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis sent a public record of a bankruptcy to the credit bureaus and are now stating this public record has been removed from my consumer report. I requested to review my updated consumer report and in XX/XX/2022 Lexis nexis sent me a letter with a pin to access the reort and the PIN didnt work. I called and spoke with a rep at lexis nexis and she was going to mail me another letter with a pin. XXXX I received a letter again with an incorrect PIN so I have not been able to access my consumer report to verify the public record has been removed.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has taken adverse action against me, with forethought and malice, by furnishing inaccurate and knowingly false late payments to my consumer report without my lawful authority. This adverse action as defined under 12 CFR 1002.2 ( c ) ( 1 ) ( i ), which has the same definition as 15 U.S. Code 1691 ( d ) ( 6 ), has negatively affected my ability to extend credit and operate in commerce. Congress makes it clear that causing a restraint of trade or conspiring to cause a restraint of trade, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1, is declared to be illegal to and carries both civil and criminal penalties. My right to privacy and my right to know where and how to direct the disclosure of my nonpublic information in accordance with 15 U.S. Code 6801 ( a ) of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Financial Protection Act, has been grossly violated. There is NO LAW that states that they are required to report derogatory items to a consumer credit report or file and 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( E ) very plainly and clearly states that. These companies do this anyways to coerce and extort you by threatening your financial reputation and causing undue strife and mental anguish preventing me from obtaining credit that it my right and regulated under Federal law! I am aware that not excluding transactions between, I, the consumer, and the creditor is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ). The consumer reporting agencies were not exercising their grave responsibility in respect to impartiality when furnishing this false and misleading information to my consumer report. Reasonable procedures were not taken to ensure the accuracy of the information given by XXXX XXXX before furnishing it. This very clearly shows that the consumer reporting agencies have shown bias towards me because I never gave my lawful authority for any consumer reporting agency or XXXX XXXX to furnish any late payments to my consumer report. It is my undoubted belief that due to XXXX XXXX 's business relationship with the consumer reporting agencies, ( such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ), these CRAs literally parrot any information given to them as a means of coercing consumers to pay extra fees for debts that they allegedly owe. They have come up with an elaborate scheme to con consumers out of their hard earned money through fraudulent practices and not only is this literally extortion this appears to be racketeering and I intend to file criminal suit against ALL PARTIES involved in what transpired under the RICO act which is punishable by law up to 20 years. I'm a litigious consumer and have no problem exercising my rights to the fullest extent.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Civil Judgment on my LexiNexis report. This judgment has been vacated by the court in question 9 months ago. The report still reflects that judgment as active without any notice of it being vacated. I submitted the dispute in XXXX of 2022 and just got a letter stating that all the data is being reported accurately. I checked and nothing was fixed. This mark is ruining my chances at any rental application.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/21 I submitted a request for Lexis Nexis Credit Reporting Agency to freeze/cease providing any Consumer Reports they are sharing with any Person or Company. This action was not complied with and actions are still being done without my written consent or other permission. In accordance with the Credit Reporting Act my rights were violated. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602A states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 Section 2 it also states a Consumer Reporting Agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
