Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2022, XXXX Insurance reported to lexis nexis that I was involved in an accident with my son 's vehicle on XX/XX/2022. I contacted XXXX to correct the information that it was my son that was driving and was involved in the accident. XXXX refused to correct the information. I then contacted lexis Nexis to dispute the information, I offered to submit a signed affidavit from my son indicating that I was not in the vehicle on this date. Lexis Nexis refused to take the statement and instead did a generic review of the record and indicated that the information they had on record was correct. This inaccurate information is costing me a fortune in insurance.

Consumer Complaint: I am submitting a formal complaint to address a false and erroneous DUI that is being reported on my record. This company has caused adverse action and undue stress due to its distribution of this fake information. I demand this information be corrected and removed immediately before a lawsuit is filed due to a violation of the FCRA. This organization has a responsibility to only report correct information and has completely failed in protecting me from false and detrimental information. This is a disgusting display of negligence and its negative impact of such blatant disregard.
