Consumer Complaint: Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I reside at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC. NC Drivers License number is NC XXXX. Social Security number is XXXX. Policy number with XXXX XXXX XXXX. When trying to renew our auto insurance we received an adverse action letter saying that we were involved in three incidents : one on XX/XX/XXXX, one on XX/XX/XXXX one on XX/XX/XXXX. Both incidents occurred in Texas which I have never visited. Reference number we were provided XXXX. This information is grossly incorrect. We reached out to LexisNexis at the instruction of our insurance agent, and LexisNexis was less than helpful. They were very rude on the phone and gave us no information about when it would be resolved. It's been more than 30 days and we are still having to pay a higher premium for two incidents on my record that I was not a part of.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis has my phone number associated with a XXXX XXXX. I originally contacted them in XXXX of XXXX and asked that they remove my phone number from the account for XXXX XXXX. The person I spoke with informed me that the only way to remove the number is for them to send a letter to the address on file. I explained to the person that not only do I not live in the state of Texas, I have no association with that address and would be unable to receive correspondence. I contacted them again in XX/XX/XXXX and was able to have someone verify that my phone number was not associated with XXXX XXXX, however, they would only put a statement on file to not contact the XXXX XXXX at that number. Im receiving more calls and texts now, so that clearly did not work. I want my phone number permanently removed from XXXX XXXX account. I am royally confused to their persistence in keeping information on someones account that they know is incorrect. It takes a lot of time to figure out how to speak with someone at LexisNexis.
