Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute with Lexis Nexus in XX/XX/XXXX because their report says that I have an at fault accident on my report from XXXX, but I have not had a car accident in 7 years. This accident is on my report, but it is not my drivers license/social security # and should NOT be on my account. The results of the dispute showed that the accident was not my fault, but its still showing on my report, and now EVERYTHING, connected to whoever is responsible is showing on my report as well. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I received a letter from the courthouse asking if they report bankruptcies to the credit bureaus and I got a letter stating They do not report any bankruptcies to anybody. So if thats the case. How did the credit bureaus verify my bankruptcy as 100 % Accurate? They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC 1681. 15 USC 1681 section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. They also violated my rights numerous times. The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 USC 1681. According to : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to : 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: I tried to resolve this matter on my own several times. I have not received a response from them in over 30 days as law allows them to respond to me with proof I gave them consent to share my personal alleged transactions. They are sharing my information with 3rd party companies and making a profit without my consent or knowledge which is identity theft.please refer to 15 USC 1666 ( B ). I also would like to bring forth another law pertinent to this letter ; 15 USC 1681 ( B ) where it states that I as a consumer would need to give you PERMISSION to furnish information on my behalf. To date, I have not granted you or ( ANYCOMPANY ) such authority.

The Credit Bureaus failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time declared by law and continued reporting of unconfirmed information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
