Consumer Complaint: Requested an updated auto transcript and was sent a pin which does not work to download it. I requested an overnight XXXX XXXX with a new pin and was refused. I am requesting an immediate download to my e-mail address. I can understand why LexisNexis has a D- rating with the XXXX which overrated. LexisNexis failed to correct the matter and is stalling by responding " investigating. '' I forwarded this message with no response : That's why you have a D- rating because your response mirrors your rating. Instead of being proactive and resolving the pin problem you role play : Youre investigating like Congress so you can delay the solution and not answer specifically. Furthermore, you have not specifically stated whether or not you will e-mail me a working pin or XXXX XXXX me over night as requested. Finally, you did not call me.

Consumer Complaint: I am unsure how to go about dealing with this matter. I am awaiting a copy of my CLUE report from LexisNexis, which is being sent by mail, ordered a week ago, and could take another 1-2 weeks. There seems to be vast discrepancy with my credit score from the 3 credit reporting bureaus and my CLUE score from LexisNexis. I received a letter from my current home insurance carrier XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a CLUE report they obtained on XX/XX/2023, showing a score of XXXX in a range of 200-997. My XXXX XXXX credit score is XXXX range 300-850 My XXXX XXXX score is XXXX range 300-850 I do not have my XXXX at this time , but it is in the similar top tier range of excellent credit. I do not understand why my CLUE score from LexisNexis is so low. Even worse, the letter I got from XXXX XXXX listing the primary factors affecting my insurance score, are all credit/finance related, which completely negates and opposes that of my actual credit score from credit monitoring bureaus. XXXX Length of time sales finance accounts have been established XXXX Insufficient information on department store accounts XXXX Insufficient information on personal finance accounts XXXX # of accounts that have been established None of that has anything to do with insurance, and I fail to see how I am scored lower on financial accounts than anything to do with insurance on an insurance score. This has caused me to overpay for insurance due to a lower score, who knows for how long, likely many years, over a decade. I have no idea as to the amount this has cost me, and it has likely costed others. This matter is much larger than me, and I am unsure how to proceed. It seems ground for a class action lawsuit or something. Who regulates LexisNexis, like the credit monitoring bureaus are regulated? Why is a CLUE report not available online, and takes 2+ weeks to receive in physical mail? I have no idea what the dispute or resolution process there might be. How is LexisNexis able to have a monopoly on insurance score, who is their competition? Who else is verifying this information to ensure it is accurate, and fairly represents the consumer? It makes no sense that my insurance score is lower than my credit score based on financial credit based accounts. Something is very very wrong.
