Consumer Complaint: I deposited a third party check from our Mortgage company XXXX XXXX XXXX This check was from release of funds from an insurance claim for property damage. When I deposited the check I showed the teller all the paperwork. They verified with my fianc that he signed the check over to me because of his work hours he is not able to make it into the bank. No one from the bank told me that both my checking and savings account would be placed into a restricted status. I went to the grocery store the following day and my card was declined. I called chase and they said they froze my accounts due to the large amount of the check. The check was placed in my savings account, because I knew I have to pay the contractors for completed work done to our property. Chase said I would need to wait until XX/XX/2022 for the check to clear. On XX/XX/2022 the check cleared and chase received the funds. They then closed my account and have not released the funds. I have called several times, they said they needed to verify the check with XXXX XXXX XXXX and my Mortgage company. I provided them with the mortgage company information and loan number. Even after receiving the funds and verifying the check with the mortgage companies bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX they are refusing to release funds. They have closed all my accounts and will not provide me with any information. This has effected my payroll deposits, car payment, and bills that are on auto pay. They are holing my funds since. XX/XX/2022 I have not been able to pay any of my bills and this is now effecting my credit.

I disputed all the information as soon as I was aware of it because it DID NOT match my mailing/physical address, phone number nor email. I reached out to the company and they demanded that it was me I even provided documentation that it wasnt. They then sold the account to a collection agency that keeps harassing me. THEY DID NOT REMOVE the incorrect address, phone number or email associated with that unknown person from my credit report They still did not DELETE the information nor did they remove it from my XXXX or XXXX!

It was my mistake that forgot to sign on the front of the check, and the check didn't go through. However, the chase bank sent me a message that " ATM Check Error '', and overdraft my account {$12000.00}. I have tried to call the customer service, and they transfered me to 3 persons, let me wait over 30 minits and the last represensirive is rud and she said she can not see anything, and refuse to assist me and hand off the call. It does not make sense that I owe chase bank {$12000.00} in one night and they may charge my overdraft fee.My wife has tried to transfer {$1000.00} to the account to see if it can balance back, failed. And I don't know what is the next step, should we continue deposit the money to the acount or continue using this account or not. cause it is minus {$12000.00}. It is my first time to have this kind of issue.

Consumer Complaint: My loan was discussed in writing with XXXX XXXX in 3 letters. A credit card was made up by Chase in the name of XXXX XXXX. This is a breach of confidentiality. No credit card lends {$80000.00}. This card was then acknowledged as fraud, and a new number was given, and it was then cited as XXXX XXXX. Communication to XXXX XXXX about a card of XXXX XXXX is breach of confidentiality, if there is a card for XXXX XXXX. The card number XXXX had no 3 digit code or expiration. It has no application or purchases. It has no Statements or annual charge. The number is faked by Chase. The loan is recognized as fraudulent and then it changes back to to the loan I took out, ending in 1983. Chase changes fictitious card back to loan of mine, no one else involved. Talking about the loan with XXXX XXXX is a breach of confidentiality. THE BREACH OF CONTRACT ON ALL THE INFORMATION YOU GAVE XXXX XXXX, ABOUT MY LOAN. REF : NUMBER IS XXXX. Chase can't have it both ways. Pick one. The one you picked is a crime.

Consumer Complaint: JPMORGANCHASRE BK NA and its associates XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and/or representatives continue to willful violate RESPA as well as overcharging clients and mismanagement of escrow accounts creating a constant surplus or shortages and/or a way to charge people a higher monthly payment. They play a game of calling its errors when doing so or claim it is mistakes when in fact, they are experts at it and continue cook the books and/or do things to create either a shortage and/or overages they use the taxes as part of the cooking of the books processes. By either overpaying them, underpaying them or paying the wrong property or not paying them at all until it's a problem. Then they get the overpayments from the taxing authorities sent to them. They have made millions doing this causing chaos for the average person as well as hardships, distress, mental anguish. ( See below link. ) They are fall into a pattern also involves the insurance companies and/or do so during such renewals and/or are price gouging. They send a shortage of escrow notice and even when you pay it in full, they play games like they dont know it or receive it and continue to bill you the monthly installments then overpay or under pay the taxes or dont pay them and the mortgagee has to and/or stay on top of it exploiting the RESPA processes. They also set up a separate company to handle the property taxes as part of the cooking of the books processes. https : XXXX XXXX/ Note XXXX seems to be this years new number of increases to monthly billing. Please see prior complaints # XXXX and XXXX They may also be using as a harassment operation, political hit jobs or to fund and insurgency at the capitol building. Unknown, Unconfirmed, Unverified. JPMORGANCHASE BK NA role is they refused to tell me who they paid this amount to see canceled CK attached. That XXXX XXXX said in its responses to complaint XXXX that they as of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX 22 did not receive and payment for the shortage and/or the cashiers CK attached to that complaint. So, either they are not being truthful or JPMORGANCHASE BK NA allowed fraud to occur and some other entity other than the named entity on the cashier 's check to cash it. The Cashier 's Check pay to order was XXXX XXXX the check was cashed on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX22.

I thought it was good suggestion since I am with CHASE for more than 15+years and using the save deposit box anyway, so I kept up to today XX/XX/22, still have more than {$15000.00} in CHASE bank accounts ; however, XXXX took {$65.00} out of checking account and refused to wave it and saying that they changed the policy not to wave {$65.00} safety box annual fee regardless how much do I kept in their bank. I called XXXX on XX/XX/22, she said that it's out of her control, I told her that it is a cheating business if the safe box deposit {$65.00} won't wave, she should not ask me to keep {$15000.00} in the bank account, as she suggesed wrongly. I'd like to reqeust comsumer affair dept to investigate CHASE branches in XXXX XXXX, XXXX cities ; those branch managers recently changed to have poor customer services and lack of knowledge of delivery the truth to the cutstomer like me. This is illegal business practice, I'd like to reqeust CHASE to wave {$65.00} safety box deposit back to my checking account ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I purchased gas for my car in the amount of {$67.00} at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA. That charge appeared on our account and is not in dispute. An additional charge of {$320.00} appeared on our account from the same merchant on the same date. I am disputing the {$320.00} charge because I did not make it. I contacted the merchant and was told they could not help me and to contact my bank. I contacted the credit card company, Chase, and they opened a fraud case. Their conclusion was that it did not qualify as a fraud case. I asked about my options and they advised me to contact their Merchant Dispute department. I did so and they opened a merchant dispute claim. The Merchant Dispute department concluded that it did not qualify as a merchant dispute claim. For the last 6 months Chase has referred me several times back and forth between the Chase Merchant Dispute department and the Fraud department. Every time each department denied my claim. Most recently I received an update from the Fraud department on XX/XX/2022 again advising me that they were denying my claim. At this point I believe I need extra help to get Chase to honor my claim. Can you help me?
