Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Chase asked to put account in billing error for {$13000.00}. According to 12 CFR 1026.13 I should not see any adverse reaction such as requesting a payment while a billing error dispute is active, adverse credit reporting, acceleration of debt, and restriction of account in any form. If any of these actions or any action according to 12 CFR 1026.13 happen I will sue in Federal Court, reported to the SEC for securities fraud, and report to all administrative enforcement under 15 U.S. Code 1607. I wrote them a letter on the 12/15/22 about putting my account in a billing error. Chase cancel my credit card for putting in a billing error. They're breaking the law of 12 CFR 1026.13. I should not have seen any adverse action

Consumer Complaint: I called the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 to make a reservation for XX/XX/2022 under a wedding block. The reservation had to be made over the phone because their website does not support wedding block discounts. After making the reservation, I did not receive a confirmation email ( after speaking to other guests at the wedding, no one received a confirmation email ) and had to call back twice before actually receiving an email with a confirmation number on XX/XX/2022. There are no other details included in this email. On XX/XX/2022, XXXX charged my credit card for the room. On XX/XX/2022 when attempting to check in for my reservation, the hotel claimed they had nothing on file. I presented the email confirmation number as well as the charge. The front desk attendant explained that they would not charge for a room until after the stay and that the confirmation number was not in the format the hotel uses. She guaranteed me a refund for the initial transaction. She provided this guarantee on XX/XX/XXXX at check in and again on XX/XX/XXXX at check out. ( There are multiple witnesses to these conversations. ) I began calling the hotel daily for two weeks post checkout. The manager claims that I was a no show in XXXX. There are transactions posted in XXXX on this same credit card in Virginia. Chase authorized a fraudulent transaction for a service I did not agree to. I filed a claim with Chase at the end of XXXX. I filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX Both Chase and the XXXX sent responses saying they could not reach the hotel. Chase reversed the reimbursement. I immediately called Chase and asked for the evidence they collected from the hotel. They could not provide anything. A representative recommended I report it as fraud. On XX/XX/2022 I received a call from Chase saying they could not reach the hotel and had been attempting to for weeks. This representative stated the charge would not be put back on my account. On XX/XX/2022 I noticed the charge was back on my account. I called Chase to file a complaint, giving the details above for the XXXX time. I have proof that I was not in XXXX, Washington in XXXX. Chase is siding with a merchant who has no valid documentation of a no-show because that reservation was never made.

Consumer Complaint: In early XXXX, I applied for the " Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card '' through Chase/Amazon . I applied as a non-prime member, so the sign-on bonus was a {$60.00} amazon gift card. Soon after this application was submitted on my end, I became a prime member and was thus eligible for the {$150.00} welcome bonus on the " Amazon PRIME Rewards Visa Signature Card ''. On XX/XX/222, I contacted Chase to give them more details on my original Amazon Rewards Visa application. During this application process, I did tell them that I was now a prime member. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email that the application was submitted for the Amazon Rewards Visa and that I was given my {$60.00} gift card. Upon looking at my Amazon and Chase accounts, the Amazon Rewards Visa was not present, but the Amazon PRIME Rewards Visa was. Since I did not apply for the Prime Rewards Visa, I contacted Chase to explain that I did not apply for the Prime Rewards Visa, and that if they submitted my application for that card instead of the Amazon Rewards Visa, then I should be given the {$150.00} welcome bonus instead of the {$60.00}. The rep and a supervisor insisted that I did apply for the Amazon Rewards Visa, and not the Prime Rewards, but still am uneligible for the {$150.00} bonus. After this, no further action was done on my end. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email congratulating me on my Prime Rewards Card. On XX/XX/XXXX I checked my mail to see I had received BOTH cards. I see two scenarios that should have occurred. A ) I applied for the Amazon Rewards Card and should have received it and the {$60.00} or B ) My application would have been automatically " upgraded '' to prime since I became a prime member, and I should have received a Prime Rewards Card. Instead, somehow I got both cards without my permission and received the lower of the two welcome offers. In the end, if I am an Amazon Prime member, I should receive the full benefits of the Prime Rewards Card including the welcome offer. I NEVER submitted two applications, and I never consented to an upgrade.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I filed a civil complaint against Chase Bank because I am confused about payments, who to pay, and all of the erroneous and conflicting information surrounding my VA Home loan. The Department XXXX XXXX XXXX noted that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is my one and only lender. I've spoken with supervisors at the VA and received paperwork which supports this claim. I took out a VA home loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and sent payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX According to the Department of XXXX XXXX, Chase Bank shows up on my file as a third party collector in XXXX. My payments with XXXX XXXX is not accounted for. Chase Bank notes they bought my loan from XXXX XXXX, which is untrue because the VA states otherwise, and by federal law, borrowers are protected and when a loan is bought or sold by the old lender and new lender, both are to notify you in writing within 15 days, which never happened. Additionally, Chase Bank, who again, was noted as a third party collector on VA records and mysteriously showed up on my VA loan in XXXX stated that they were my lender, when they were not, which is considered deceptive business practices. TXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located ate XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Texas XXXX, noted in a correspondence dated on XX/XX/XXXX, and who is trying to fraudulently steal my home and sale it on XX/XX/XXXX, indicated that Chase Bank sold my loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX This is false information. Again, the VA confirms Chase has never been a lender and that the only lender on file for my loan is with XXXX XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX Chase Bank has no legal authority to sale my home to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and again, federal law protects borrowers when loans are bought or sold by requiring that both the old lender and the new lender notify you in writing within 15 days of a sale that a transfer has taken place. This never happened. I only received a foreclosure letter in XX/XX/XXXX. I attest under the law of perjury that I have never received any information from old and new lenders of a sale taken place. I've asked both Chase Bank to provide me with a copy notifying me of the sale, but have never received a copy of this letter nor have I received anything from XXXX XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX which again , is required by law.

Consumer Complaint: I sold some tickets from XXXX thru their website. A few days later I recieved a email saying the ticlkets were sold and XXXX would be deposited as soon as I went and put in my bank account information The next day 2 small deposits were made and I was asked to verify them which I did. When the money never arrived I went online to look up XXXX customer service because no response to a email I sent ever came. When I called a XXXX gentlemen answered after a recording saying I was second in que played. He identified himself as a XXXX employee. After explaining the issue he said the problem was XXXX software was having issue because they had been scammed for XXXX and recently changed their procedure for verifying accounts. He asked me to go to XXXX and download a app called XXXX XXXX. Once I did and opened the app he asked me to read him a code which I did. He then asked me to go into my chase acct and do a supposed dummy XXXX deposit to a odd email address with name of XXXX XXXX. He assured me the money would never leave ( which it didnt right away it was listed as pending } About 3 hours later chase sent me a text reducing my balance by that amount. When I reported it to chase they said they were not responsible since I authorized the payment which I really didnt I only authorized what I thought was a verification hold But the bank makes no distinction

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a number of fraudulent charges on XX/XX/XXXX with Chase that my mother had illegally put on my account. They claimed I recieved the benefit of all transactions when it was clearly not the case. I didn't recieve the benefit of XXXX work paid for on XXXX and XXXX of this year. I even contacted the XXXX and told them that the charge was not legitimate. I didn't recieve any benefit from a balance transfer off my mother 's credit card that I didn't authorize on XX/XX/XXXX I didn't recieve the benefit of XXXX purchases made on XXXX and XXXX. I don't even know what was purchased. I didn't recieve the benefits of XXXX separate transactions to XXXX for XXXX XXXX tokens in game. A game my mother plays obsessively. Essentially every charge on this card from XXXX of XXXX onward was not authorized by me, I did not give anyone permission to use it, it was done fraudulently and now Chase wants me to foot the bill for a crime I was the victim of. I filed a police report earlier this month, I reported fraud to all of the credit bureaus XXXX I'm supposed to.
