Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of a unauthorized fraudulent wire transfer initiated from my Chase checking account on XX/XX/2022. Chase did not contact/notify me ( via email/phone ) in regards to the legitimacy of the fraudulent wire transfer. Due to the negligent act of Chase not notifying me of any suspicious account activity, I did not discover the fraudulent wire transfer until XX/XX/2022. The fraudster wired the amount of {$15000.00} out of my Chase checking account to a " XXXX XXXX '' who I have no relation with. My Chase checking account was under a joint family account with my father, mother, and sister. All of their accounts also had fraudulent wire transfers initiated by the fraudster but Chase blocked them all. Chase however was negligent with the security of my personal checking account and did not block the fraudulent wire transfer out of my personal checking account, thus resulting in my loss of {$15000.00}. I have filed an official fraud claim with Chase as well as a official police report on XX/XX/2022. I have also XXXX the compromised Chase checking account with a Chase employee and updated new credentials to prevent any further damage on XX/XX/2022. My family also took the same action with their affected Chase accounts as well. Chase bank 's lack of security and negligence caused me to lose {$15000.00}.

Consumer Complaint: Loan # XXXX On Wednesday, XX/XX/2022, at XXXX XXXX CST, XXXX. XXXX XXXX wrote : To Whom This May Concern : We need all timely filed records and official and legal records generating my signatures on the contract. Everyone clearly knows what I am asking for and requesting. Chase Bank of Financial institution needs to be sending me the Department of the Army Records and Department of Veteran Affairs ' legal records and the Department of Veteran Affairs ' Appraisal record certification on this property on the proper starting date from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/2022, and after XX/XX/2022, to this date. I still have not received any official and legal record from Chase to support their statement or claim as to why this deal was not closed on the date and time it should have been closed. I still don't have your official and legal records from my employer or anything from my employer showing support records to support such a statement of record. If this is not discrimination, then please explain to me what discrimination under the law is. The attached records are returned for more work. I am not going to agree to end anything until I get the PROPER RECORDS that I am asking for. This process is very simple people. I do business that is legal, accurate, proper, and correct, and not business just done any kind of way that is not legal, accurate, proper, and correct. Explain to me what I did wrong and what I failed to do in this process, and I will counterclaim your statement with my PROPER RECORDS. As soon as Chase Bank turns over those professional records they should have been verified by now and if the seller still wants to terminate this agreement, then he can do so. Chase should be talking to my legal counsel of records on file to get any legal records they may need or should have used in the parts of this process ; therefore, your records must be PROPER RECORDS and sworn and certified under a sworn affidavit under oath with proper signatures in blue OR black ink. Chase Executive Office still knows that their consent records are still outstanding as of you receive this email notification. All your records will be used and are needed in other legal records. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, the merchant XXXX issued a refund of {$2200.00} for XXXX charges to my account which were made through a falsified XXXX account by a minor. The entire falsified account was deleted by XXXX per their policy related to the Children 's Online Privacy Protection Act ( COPPA. ) Of this refund, only XXXX credits totaling {$310.00} returned to my card. I am still being charged {$1900.00} for nothing, as the services were retracted. I have attempted to resolve the issue on many occasions, both by contacting Chase and XXXX, and both parties at the same time on a XXXX way call. Those attempts of resolution on my part occurred on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX is XXXX % positive that the refund was issued back to Chase correctly and that they are not charging for the XXXX transactions made from the deleted account. Chase bank is still charging me for XXXX transactions totaling {$1900.00}, which the merchant refunded. Chase denied reconciling my account by saying too much time has lapsed and they can no longer review the errors, though they had complete control over the time lapse in reviewing the dispute. The letters I received from Chase state, " our review confirms the transactions are valid, we found no evidence of a billing error. '' This response does not even coincide with the dispute of the missing refund and is not correct. Chase will give no information about the investigation, their process, or policies, and continues to charge me for the refunded money which is in their possession from XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Chase Bank Mortgage Department insisted ( loan applicant verbally and written expressed did not want ) on an accelerated appraisal charge and scheduling to loan applicant ao row mortgage lender could meet their month-end loan lending targets. This was despite the property not yet having gone through a scheduled inspection to determine if anything major needed repairs and the loan applicant wanting to withdraw his offer. Chase ended up charging the loan applicant {$500.00} for the unwanted and pre-mature appraisal. Upon request by the loan applicant to credit this charge and agreement by Chase, the {$500.00} was never credited back to the loan applicant. Additionally, the mortgage appraisal was never even shared with the loan applicant despite requests.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from Chase in XXXX at XXXX CST asking if I was in their XXXX XXXX bank withdrawing funds. I stated no, as I was in XXXX at XXXX about to board a plane to XXXX. They stated they were going to lock my accounts & I would have to visit a branch to re-open the accounts. The banks were closed on the XXXX & XXXX, but when checking my bank app I notice that {$4000.00} had been withdrawn at the Chase in XXXX at XXXX CST & that it was not my signature on the withdrawal slip. I called Chase on the XXXX to speak to their fraud dept & they asked me to file a claim with their claims dept which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told I would receive an answer within XXXX business days. After 5 days I called their claims dept to inquire on the status & was told it was still under review. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Chase denying the claim stating that I either authorized the withdrawal or received benefit from it. I called the claims dept. & asked how it could be denied as I didn't authorize the withdrawal, plus it was physically impossible for me to be in XXXX at the same time withdrawing money as I was in XXXX boarding a flight. I told them that they had called me ironically XXXX minutes after the money had already been withdrawn. Additionally, the fact that they locked down my account when I told them I was not at the bank, so how was the withdrawal authorized by me & then why lock my account. They stated I needed a declaration with a copy of my license so they could check the signatures. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to a branch in XXXX TX, & the branch manager assisted me & on my behalf faxed a copy of my license, my flight itinerary, flight taken confirmation & record of the incoming call & time from Chase on the XXXX. With the branch manager present they stated I would hear back from the claims dept within XXXX business days. After 3 days I called on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. Each time I was told I would hear back within XXXX hours. I emailed Chase on XXXX outlining the above. Received a message back to contact their fraud dept., which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. They passed me back to the claims dept. which they stated that the signatures did not look the same, they had received my declaration & I would hear back in XXXX business days. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another letter from the claims dept. repeating the same message as XX/XX/XXXX, that the claim was denied since I either authorized or benefited from the withdrawal on XX/XX/XXXX. This is clearly fraudulent on Chase 's behalf as they didn't properly go through the verification process for the withdrawal, as stated by the branch manager in XXXX. I have proof that it was not me who fraudulently withdrew the {$4000.00}, nor did I authorize it, otherwise why would my account be locked. Please investigate this as I'm sure there are many others who are being defrauded by Chase.

Consumer Complaint: I have Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX card for many years. I have used it to pay for XXXX amounts for several years now. I recently noticed that starting in XX/XX/2022, Chase started charging me {$10.00} for every transaction, even for as small as {$1.00}, made through XXXX. When I called Chase supervisor told me that they classified XXXX as money order in XX/XX/2022 and so they charge a cash advance fee every time XXXX is used. When I told her that I never received any notice about this change she told me that there was no need for it because cash advances are covered in original agreement. When I asked how can you change categorization of a product which starts costing money to consumer without informing them, her answer was that they don't have to inform consumer about anything!
