Consumer Complaint: Dear Chase Bank, To whom it may concern, Fax XXXX XXXXXXXX Referance XXXX XXXXXXXX On XX/XX/22 someone made a purchase from XXXX for a coffee maker in the amount of {$130.00}. On My account, my name is XXXX XXXX. We called the bank to verify that this was fraud. We called XXXX and XXXX told us : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Ny XXXX made this purchase. My wife never made this purchase at XXXX. We Live in XXXX Ny. We have filed a Police report with our Local Police Dept. We would like our Money of {$130.00} back in our account. This was fraud. Someone is not telling the truth in this matter so we will just go away. This is our hard earned money and we did not spend it. You Chase are our bank are supposed to help us in these matters. Please do a better investigation on this XXXX XXXX, so we can get our money back. Please get us proof that the product was delivered to our home in XXXX. From XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, XXXX, etc, please get this information solid proof from XXXX. Someone has this shipping paperwork. Chase has not given us proof. Consumer Complaint: I was scammed by XXXX XXXX group. They made a settlement agreement with Chase. I have since voided contact with them. I have tried email and phone calls to Chase to void this and pay my total balance due over time. They keep saying it can not be done. I am trying to do the right thing and pay this account in full. They will not work with me. Today after being on the phone with them for XXXX minutes @ XXXX XXXX I asked them who governed them several times. I was told no one. I was told if the settlement amount of {$700.00} was not paid then the account would be turned over to a 3rd party collection agency. I feel I am being penalized for trying to do the right thing.I even asked if they could set up anew account, transferred the balance to it which would have no agreement. attached to the new account.All I want to do avoid any more negative activity as I try rebuild my credit. Before XXXX my score was XXXX now it it XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Chase offers XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I availed the card XXXX and booked ticket for my wife on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX via XXXX using the chase card for to and fro ticket for travel to XXXX between XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. We paid {$1000.00}. My father in law had final stage XXXX so my wife wanted to see him. In XXXX I got a call from XXXX that his condition was worsened and therefore I had to send my wife to XXXX on a different ticket because changing XXXX ticket on new days was costing us additional {$3000.00} as difference amount while a separate itinerary costed us {$2300.00}. My wife traveled between XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX on different ticket. XXXX / XXXX refused to refund or extend ticket to different date. So for trip protection as per card policy, I filed online claim with Chase online portal eclaimonline on XXXX XXXX with claim ref XXXX. I submitted every single document they needed right on XXXX XXXX. Every time I login, I would see a message that claim would be assigned an investigator and adjudicated in 5 days but those 5 days are now till XXXX XXXX. While I am told that the claim in on the way to be paid, I am told that there are staffing issues with Chase to process claims. If someone is contracted to provide service, staffing issues should not be something customers have to suffer for. I wrote to chase CEO office on this on how they are going to fix this but so far I have not got any suitable response on this.

Consumer Complaint: Credit card was opened in my name without my permission onXXXX. The card was issued by JPMCB. On XX/XX/23 I recieved a letter from JPMCB stated they required more information to complete my credit card request. I DID NOT provide any information because I was suspious of this letter since I never applied for a credit card with JPMCB. I recieved a seconf letter stating my request for the card was denied. A XXXX letter was recieved stating they had re-enstated my card application and sent me XXXX credit cards. When I recieved the cards I did not activate them. On XX/XX/23 while checking my credit report I noticed this credit card from JPMCB was now on my credit report. I contacted XXXX to report this fraundulant account. I has since contacted JPMCB and had the card canceled.

Consumer Complaint: I never authorized them to take out this money and they went into my bank account and took the money out I tried to relog in to my XXXX account and they changed my password my everything on there that I can't even go into my account to see what happened or to see what money is still in there nothing and the bank is saying that they can't help us due to the fact that it was their account and it was logged in you know with our bank so they are saying that it isn't fraud well it is fraud because it wasn't me I never authorized these transactions and they were still taken out and I have been robbed please help thank you.

Consumer Complaint: This problem refers to Chase Amazon credit card and XXXX XXXX credit card online payment processes. I noticed for the first time ( I have paid online for decades ) that the payment amount choices presented while paying online have changed. These changes are potentially confusing to consumers. I suspect the changes in payment choices are designed to trick consumers into not paying their credit card balance in full and thus accruing interest payments. These are the changes I found on XX/XX/2023 while paying my bills : The simple choice of " Statement Balance '' as a payment amount has been eliminated. Now there is a " Remaining Balance '' choice after a " Minimum Due '' choice. If the consumer does not pay attention and thinks " Remaining Balance '' is the same as " Statement Balance '' and does not notice that it is not the entire statement balance appearing on the current statement bill which the consumer is attempting to pay, then the consumer will have a balance due and owe interest on the mistakenly unpaid amount. On one of the cards, the " minimum Due '' plus the " Remaining Balance '' did not even add up to the statement balance on my current statement. I paid the statement balance in full by putting that amount in the " Other Amount '' choice. Credit card companies need to return to listing " Statement Balance '' as a payment amount choice for consumers paying their credit card bills online. The changes appear to be an attempt to trick consumers into paying less than their full statement balance and thus accruing interest because the choices are confusing. Clarity and transparency in consumer financial transactions are vital to protect consumers from fraud and deception. What I have described above is a deceptive practice by Chase and XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I had purchased a car back in XXXX and the dealership added additional coverage service contracts to my loan without informing me. The next day I went back to them to have the lien revised but they refused and said they couldnt do this. They told me In order for me to cancel this I had to wait 3 month and then come to them to cancel the contracts. And promised me that I will get all my money back. When I went back to them they gave me the runaround and told me they will take care of it. After almost a month, they didnt and I called the service contract and cancelled the policy in XXXX. Now the service contract service deducted {$1000.00} from the contract and balance of the check was sent back to dealership. They still didnt send it over to lien holder. Why should I be charged XXXX for something that I did not purchase. I would like a full refund sent back to my lien holder. Its been 9 months and I going in circles. What is the next step I need to take Please advise and help Thank you

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, we contacted Chase by US mail describing in detail a problem we had with a purchase from XXXX XXXX. In short, the product had substantial defects and was missing parts that made it impossible to build ( this was a toy you had to carefully build before it could be used ). In our letter, we described how we made several attempts to obtain the missing parts from the vendor and asked to return the item for a refund. The vendor never responded to these requests. We disputed the amount of {$75.00} for the items. Chase sent us a form several weeks later requesting additional information, which we filled out completely and submitted back. Also on XX/XX/2023, we contacted Chase by US mail describing in detail a problem we had with six purchases from XXXX - XXXX. In short, we paid for software assistance however it ended up being a scam and we received none of the services purchased. The vendor verbally threatened me and my business and ceased responding to requests for a refund. We disputed the full amount of {$560.00} for the six purchases. Chase sent us forms several weeks later requesting additional information, but only for two of the six purchases. We filled out the forms completely and submitted them back. Today we received letters from Chase regarding these purchases indicating that they " found no evidence of a billing error based on our research and the information available to us. '' However, Chase made no attempt to contact the vendors or verify the claims in our disputes on our behalf. Additionally, the nature of the disputes are so egregious clearly warranting a refund that it is unlikely the vendor would even respond to a dispute if brought to them. Chase is in violation of the XXXX, having made no investigation into our claims.

Consumer Complaint: I ordered an XXXX Credit Card because it was ADVERTISED as a credit card that would have access to the ultimate rewards center - for travel specifically. https : //creditcards.chase.comXXXX XXXX : " 5 % Cash Back- on travel purchased over the phone through the Chase Travel Center , including flights, hotels and more. '' Since using the card for over two months, I have not been able to access the rewards center to access travel deals. I have attempted to access the center for at least one month. And the center is unavailable on every browser and device. On mobile and computer, there isn't even a " travel '' button in the rewards section of the account through Chase.com. With each attempt, I am given an error message that I either have to call customer service or the site is down. This has happened 100 % of the time. This is even with customer service support via phone. I also was not able to use the chat function online on mobile or computer to send messages for this issue- completely ignoring the challenge that I am facing. I have not received additional support for this issue and it is clear that Chase will not honor its promotions to its customers for this product. https : //www.chase.comXXXX Upon attempting to sign in to the travel center today ( XX/XX/23 ) using the link above, I was given this banner message : " You need a Chase Ultimate Rewards credit card/ You need a Chase Ultimate Rewards credit card to book through Chase Travel. '' This is concrete proof of false advertising. Shared information about the credit card are also given by review sites who reviewed the card XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
