It appeared after I reported my card stolen but still showed up because it was a installment amount. I disputed the charges ... 3 months in a row. All XXXX were removed and deemed unauthorized charges. XXXX was blocked from further charges and did not show proof that the debt was in fact mine. 10 months later they sold the account to a debt collector ; IC Systems XXXX, MN XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX. I contacted this company and provided documents showing that the charges were not authorized and a result of fraudulent activity. They stated that they would close the account. Several months later they reported it to my credit reports illegally.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted IC System about an account on my credit report that is not mine, but instead belonging to a family member. The agent I talked to acknowledged that they knew that the account did not belong to me and the agent said they will not remove it from my report until said family member pays the debt. I did not give IC System permission to use my credit for any purposes.

Consumer Complaint: I questioned this debt when I saw it on my credit reports. IC System sent me the attached letter saying they have n't had sufficient time to investigate. As it has been over 30 days since I questioned the credit bureaus, this is an illegal response

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is trying to make me pay for a service I did not have. I Canceled my service with XXXX XXXX XXXX on The morning of XXXX XXXX, 2015 then turned my equipment in which was XXXX box and XXXX remote the following Friday which was XXXX of XXXX. I canceled my service with XXXX because on XXXX XXXX of 2015 XXXX XXXX XXXX came and installed XXXX and Internet, so at this point I know longer needed service from XXXX XXXX XXXX that is why I canceled Friday morning XXXX XXXX, 2015. Two weeks after this I received a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$41.00}, claiming it was for service from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX of 2015, but I did not have service from XXXX XXXX XXXX on those dates, I owe them no money. I then called them and spoke to a supervisor talked about the situation and they said the charges would be dropped. About two weeks after that I received a letter from a credit agency claiming that I owed XXXX the {$41.00} plus interest which now they claimed was {$58.00}. This agency was called " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' I contacted them and also sent a letter 100 % disputing the validity of their attempted collection, I explained to them what happened & about 10 days later I received a letter back from them stating they were dropping the attemped collection after reviewing my information that I had given to them. so after speaking to XXXX XXXX XXXX and then dealing with this credit management collection agency I thought everything had been dropped. unfortunately I was wrong it 's been almost a year later and now I and being harassed by another credit collection company called " IC System ", they are claiming the same thing the first credit card company stated, so I contacted them and also sent them a letter and paperwork 100 % disputing the validity of their notice. now they are claiming they never received a letter from me so today I 'm sending them off another letter, very frustrating this 'll be the second one I sent to them. At this point I 've called them and sent a letter disputing the validity of their notice and they will still not quit calling and harassing me, Now they 're saying if They do n't get the letter to them in time they 're going to report me to the big credit agencies. Report me for what, I have done nothing wrong I owe no money & this notice is completely bogus. please help me resolve this issue ... ... I have excellent credit and they are trying to ruin it, they are creating a lot of extra XXXX in my life and XXXX

Consumer Complaint: A sprint account in my name was submitted to IC Systems for collection. IC System contacted me and I initially made a payment agreement XXXX to avoid credit bureau reporting. Upon further investigation, IC System continuously tacked on charges each month with zero explanation. My principal balance would increase by $ XXXX {$40.00} each month after I made a {$100.00} payment. I disputed this balance with IC System due to their misleading representation of the actual debt amount, ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Section 807, False and Misleading Representations ) and also the misleading information representatives at IC System would provide me with. Rep 's for IC would tell me to contact XXXX, while XXXX would tell me to contact IC System, and when I requested a detailed final bill of all my charges, IC System requested XXXX send me records of my phone calls for all XXXX lines on my account instead of charges breakdown like I asked. XXXX nor IC System returned my request for validation of the debt, and instead, referred it to a third party collection agency. Every action taken by IC System was in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Section 807, False and Misleading Representations.

Consumer Complaint: This company phones my home # ( above ) several times a day. They also call my cell #, XXXX, several times a day, except with my cell they call and let it ring one or two times, hang up and call again 4-5 times, then the last call rings until it goes to voicemail. They never leave messages on either # and when I picked up once there was no one there. My home phone caller ID identifies the company as IC System. They use different # s when they call. One is XXXX. Another is XXXX. Both are identified as IC System on my home phone.

Consumer Complaint: The purpose of this complaint is to obtain a transcript of my account and or final billing of the last 90 days of the account that is in collection : I requested home phone service be disconnected XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX I requested internet service disconnected. I was told I owed {$100.00}. i was told i would receive a final bill within a few weeks that would show the exact amount owed since i did n't have service the full month of XXXX. XXXX XXXX i called XXXX sales department to start new service. i was told i was not eligible for service with them until i paid the final bill then I was transferred to customer service and paid old bill of {$100.00} then i scheduled new service installation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX i noticed XXXX collection was on my credit report. i sent copies of my statement showing this was paid before the new service began and i have repeatedly requested a copy of the final bill which shows i owe an additional {$82.00}. i have called XXXX and requested a copy of the final bill. i have requested this from the credit bureau and from the collection agencies. i do not have bad credit besides a medical bill and the fact that i can not get this removed from my credit or marked as paid is bothersome. What is even more bothersome is that i keep asking for a copy of the final bill showing i still owe funds. i had XXXX for over XXXX years and they never ever allow your new bill to generate if the old bill has not been paid. My monthly bill was {$84.00} each month for phone and internet combined and this was auto debited from my account for years. Please request they remove this from my credit or send me the final bill as i have requested for over a year. They keep sending this to new collection agencies which is really causing my credit score to drop. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has added a collections my credit report for the amount of {$210.00}. The debt in references was originally owed by XXXX XXXX XXXX and was apart of a XXXX with a recurring monthly payment. XXXX and IC Systems failed to send any notification of owing a past due balance and instead added the collections to my credit report. The account was cancelled with XXXX XXXX XXXX between in 2015 as our dog " XXXX '' was stolen from our property and a police report was made. XXXX was notified immediately via phone call at the XXXX location and our account was cancelled. After the cancellation we were still being billed for pet care through automatic debt on an old account that was closed. After speaking with a representative from IC Systems we were informed about a contract that apparently stated that regardless of the dog being stolen we still had to pay. We have submitted a dispute for verification of the debt and a copy of the contract with XXXX but we have not been provided anything from IC Systems. Even though the debt has not been verified it still remains on my credit report.
