Consumer Complaint: On or about XXXX, 2016 I noticed that a XXXX XXXX 's XXXX bill had appeared on my XXXX credit file. I requested that this company validate the debt and send me a copy of the application that was used to open this account. They never replied back to the debt validation letter. Now IC Systems collection is coming after me. I have continued to request that they validate this debt and they continue to allow this to report on my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: I was referred to XXXX ( XXXX ) by my insurance company after I XXXX. XXXX had me come in six times for very short consultations and XXXX each time. I was not told upfront what the copay was. A few weeks after my appointments, I learned that the copays ranged from {$60.00} to {$80.00} per visit. I was shocked because many of the visits were only XXXX minutes each with a nurse practitioner. When I was presented with my bills ( totaling {$300.00} ), I tried to dispute the claims, and spent hours on the phone with my insurance company and with XXXX. In the end, I ended up paying the XXXX invoices totaling {$300.00} because they would not budge with the copay amounts they were charging, and my insurance would not cover it. I sent XXXX the six payments in XXXX XXXX. By then, my payments had already gone into collections and I was receiving mail from a debt collector between XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. I talked with them on the phone on three separate occasions, verifying that I had indeed paid the {$300.00}. Finally, after several months of hearing from them, they stopped contacting me. The last time I talked with them, they verified that they noted the debt was paid and that I would not be contact by them again. However, in XXXX XXXX, I was contacted by a new debt collector, called " IC System ''. They maintained that I had not paid the {$300.00} in debt. I called them up right away and said that it had indeed been paid in XXXX XXXX, and I asked that they clarify this with XXXX because I did not want to keep getting harassed after I had paid. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received a letter from IC System that XXXX said I had not paid the debt, and that they were still waiting on it. So today I sent them proof that I had paid, through my XXXX XXXX bank statement showing scanned copies of the XXXX deposited checks. I sent a cover letter along with this proof asking that they please stop contacting me and that they wipe my credit clear of this debt because I had paid it within 3 months of receiving the original invoices. This entire ordeal has been very time-consuming and frustrating because I paid the debt nearly a year ago and am still being harassed about it.

Issue: Disclosure verification of debt
Subissue: Not given enough info to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: Due to the fact that my problem does n't truly exist in the drop down menu I will explain it myself in detail. I sent a Medical Creditors Validation letter with HIPPA requirements to I.C. System Inc. I had my Personal Financial Consultant XXXX XXXX to speak on my Behalf with them as well. I sent a legal authorization form to them as required. This account is a medical account that was in their office and I sent the letter for them to validate the debt in the allotted time frame given by the FDCPA which is 30 days. In my case the debt was never validated by I.C. System Inc. Therefore, by the FDCPA and Texas FDCPA Law which state that a debt collector must be register with the State of Texas in order to collect a debt in Texas. Also, that no Debt Buy can hire another debt collector to collect for them in Texas my debt should be removed off my credit report and out of the office of I.C. System Inc.

Consumer Complaint: I made final payments to my previously owned XXXX XXXX XXXX network account back in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, XXXX. The account was closed by XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX for I went with a different service. From XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX, XXXX I have made several calls to both entities, as well as had a conference call on several occasions with customer service reps from both XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. On many occasions, the XXXX representatives informed the XXXX XXXX XXXX reps that their balance is paid in full and no more money is owed to them. XXXX XXXX XXXX would bill for both their service & XXXX service, XXXX required 2 month payments in advance and the due dates were never aligned, which made the billing difficult to understand let alone know who was due when. XXXX XXXX XXXX was paid their final balance, XXXX network informed them they are owed no more money and XXXX XXXX XXXX refuse to take responsibility for their human error in processing my final bill, which was a total of {$100.00}. Since then, my credit score has had fluctuating scores like a " see-saw '' every 2-3 months due to XXXX XXXX XXXX hiring a new collection agency, or collection agencies buying this account from each other, which makes it very difficult to maintain my excellent and hardworking credit score of XXXX. Every time a new collection agency place their collection on my credit report I have to contact the agencies to have it investigated and every, single time it is removed or deleted. I feel I am being harassed by these several collection agencies and XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect a debt that has already been paid in full.
