Consumer Complaint: IC Systems have been calling up to 4-5 times a day from various different numbers with the XXXX area code. It is very annoying and way too many times to call. They have n't left a voice message therefore I could n't call them back with knowledge of what exactly they are calling about. I want them to stop calling because the debt they are calling about is n't even current or correct.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has regularly and consistently called my phone number with the intent to harass or annoy. Calls are placed using an auto dialer and I when I answer the call is disconnected. Even though I have repeatedly announced that I am on the line and can hear agents typing, talking and laughing, the call is always disconnected by IC Systems. No matter how many times I have answered the call they continue to hang up. Additionally, when IC Systems first contacted me via mail about this bill, I responded by calling and letting them know this debt was disputed with XXXX Hospital and was under a Quality of Care review. The hospitals administration has admitted that the care received was not up to standards, including potential exposure to XXXX and XXXX due to staff failing to properly follow equipment sterilization processes, repeated lost XXXX and failure to be seen by a physician ; ultimately resulting in my leaving the hospital without care. A review of my file with the hospital administration showed it was hours before the hospital and staff realized I had left without being seen or discharged. I am asking IC Systems to cease contacting me and return the debt to XXXX Hospital to be forgiven. I do not feel like I should pay for substandard services that potentially endangered my life. I am also requesting this item to be suppressed and deleted from my credit bureau report.

Consumer Complaint: Last XXXX ( 2015 ) I order a hat from XXXX an online creditor.. phonr number, XXXXXXXXThe had that I received was the wrong type and size. I returned this product since last XXXX ( 2015 ) .To date XXXX is still charging me for the product. Since I refused to pay they had send my account to a collection agency. In addition, I usually order product from another online creditoe. XXXX. Approximately 2 weeks ago I had attempted to order products from XXXX. I had experienced prejudical treatment from XXXX staff. Eventually they took my order but, never approved it. About a week later, I called XXXX and was pushed around for almost one hour. Finally a supervisor from XXXX customer service, in a nasty tone of voice said that she had cancelled my XXXX account because my XXXX account was send to a collection agency. I should not be paying for any product that I did not have or received. In addition I shoild not be discriminated against because some staff members from XXXX have that authority to discriminate at will.

Consumer Complaint: i was not aware of any moneys owed, XXXX XXXX waited for 1 year and 5 months before sending me any notice of informing me moneys are owed, i not only question the validity of this money, i also question the tactics used, the call me on XXXX XXXX 2016, informing me that moneys were owed, i ask for written details, which i was told was on its way to me, i got a mail on on XXXX XXXX 2016. i called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with intent to resolve this and was told the debt was sent to collection, does this not violate every single FTC rules, i was not given the opportunity to pay or investigate the validity of this debt, i was sent a letter which is the first notification i ever got from XXXX that unless they receive payment in 5 days they would send account to collection agency, they did not give 3 day room for Post Office delivery, the letter was not expedited or sent with any delivery confirmation. now they forwarded it straight to collection before the 5 days was concluded. this violated FTC rules. if payment request is made, i should be given a decent amount of time to review ad understand the validity of the debt and ask any questions to satisfy their claims these were denied to me. and i called same day i received the letter only to be told it was in collections already. i was asked to call on Monday XXXX XXXX, 2016 to speak with a Supervisor so we could clear up any balance if owed.only for supervisor to inform me it has been sent to IC Systems and nothing could be done on this account. first of all i never switched my account to XXXX XXXX, they never had my permission to transfer my service, i questions them on how did my service get managed by them and also i transferred back to Power company of choice and now it seems they are attempting to penalize me for this, why should i pay a cancellation fee if they fraudulently moved my account to their organization, what number was this call from that moved service. was there a recording? anyway i am willing to pay it off just for a settlement but i protest and would pursue every legal action if reported to my credit report

I disputed the information with the credit bureaus because I did not know that this debt was for. But, instead of providing verification of the debt, the split it into XXXX different accounts and reported all of them to my credit file. So not instead of XXXX collection with a {$3400.00} balance, they are not reporting XXXX collections with smaller amounts.

Consumer Complaint: I recently pulled my XXXX major credit reports. This debt is appearing. It is not my debt. I have requested written XXXX from XXXX of the collection agencies/law offices and the original creditor. I requested XXXX over 30 days ago. I have not heard from the original creditor or the collection agency regarding this debt. I supplied a copy of my ID, my social security #, and proof of address to all parties. I was never in their facility/hospital/office. I have shown proof of residence as well as tax documents to show my employment was NOT in their area. I want this deleted from my XXXX as they have failed to prove it is my debt. In fact when I call the original creditor they have an entirely different name and social security # listed in the original file. This is what prompted me to send proof of ID and social security number. This is NOT my debt and I want it closed and removed from my XXXX immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I. C. Systems , Inc. has place a derogatory report on my credit files without proper communication or documented proof of their claim prior to their actions as stated by law. I am currently seeking legal counsel to prove their actions are unwarranted. Specifically, I. C. Systems , Inc. is claiming a debt of {$340.00} to which I am pursuing information to determine the basis for their actions. A call to I. C. Systems, Inc. office number as listed on the internet received no answer. After reviewing my credit report I see I. C. Systems, Inc. is listed as a collection account opened on XXXX/XXXX/2016 and closed with a balance due of {$340.00} with XXXX XXXX which I have not had service with in over 7 years and I do not have any agreement or contract in writing or otherwise with I.C. Systems, Inc. for this account which is listed as past due as of XXXX 2016. A collection agency obviously can not extend credit to a consumer. Furthermore, the State of Georgia debt collection laws states that the statute of limitation on debt is 4 to 6 years depending on the type of debt ( Ga. Code XXXX ) from the date the last payment made. I have been informed that legally, creditors must inform consumers that they are pursuing collection of " legal debt '' and provide amounts and dates to prove their claim. I. C. Systems , Inc. have not had any communication with me prior to placing this debt on the XXXX credit reporting bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: Earlier this month, I received notification from my credit monitoring service that my credit report had changed. Knowing that I had n't filed for any new credit, I was immediately concerned about this. I checked my notifications only to see a account late notice on my report for a debt. I have no idea what this late notice corresponds to and I am not behind in my bills. I have not received an notification from the company regarding this alleged debt that I owe. My scores have dropped over XXXXpts, to XXXX, due to this alleged debt. This is utterly unacceptable!
