Your company have violated FCR A 615 ( f ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681m ( f ) ) ( f ) Prohibition on sale or transfer of debt caused by identity theft You have not responded to my request to provide me with an investigation report. I need this resolve, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, these disputed items may not appear on my credit report if they can not be supported by any evidence ( 1 ) In general No person ( company ) shall sell, transfer for consideration, or place for collection a debt that such person has been notified under section 1681c-2 of this title has resulted from identity theft. ( 2 ) Applicability The prohibitions of this subsection shall apply to all persons collecting a debt described in paragraph ( 1 ) after the date of a notification under paragraph ( 1 ). ( 3 ) Rule of construction Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to prohibit -- ( A ) The repurchase of a debt in any case in which the assignee of the debt requires such repurchase because the debt has resulted from identity theft ; ( B ) the securitization of a debt or the pledging of a portfolio of debt as collateral in connection with a borrowing ; or ( C ) the transfer of debt as a result of a merger, acquisition, purchase and assumption transaction, or transfer of substantially all of the assets of an entity. I have already tried to dispute this, the debt company and credit bureau will not comply. Consumer Complaint: This company is a collection company working for XXXX XXXX . There have been several other companies hired by XXXX XXXX and I have had to go through this. XXXX XXXX hired an independent contractor to install a XXXX XXXX system in my residence in 2012. The representative vandalized my h ouse. He placed the dish on the roof of which he damaged and was instructed not to. He did a horrible job of stapling cable across my house, of which he was instructed not to do. He made 3 holes through the exterior of my house instead of using the exist ing one. He threw my storm door open in the wind, of which ripped it off. I have been through this numerous times with different collection companies. I do not ow e them anything because this was never made right with me. I do not owe this company to vandalize my residence.

Consumer Complaint: I am purchasing a home & 30 days prior to closing, my credit is run again and an account with IC Systems appears as a new collection account opened in XXXX XXXX for {$530.00}. I called IC Systems many time s trying to identify where they were getting their information. I knew I had n't opened anything ... I was trying to close on a home & this was preventing it. They gave me the line ... '' this is an attempt to collect a debt ' & only wanted to know how I was going to take care of it. I explained this had to be a mistake because I had n't opened anything. They said what they reported they received from the creditor. On another call to IC Systems, I ag ain try to explain the information they are reporting is not accurate. I again, am given the " this is an attempt to collect a debt ' line & how would I like to pay '' line and If I do not like what is being reported, I can go through the bureaus and dispute it. On my 3rd to IC Systems, they again give the " this is an attempt to collect a debt ' line & how would I like to pay '' line and I am trying to plead my case to them that the information is not accurate & they are costing me my home. They say if I just go ahead a pay it, they can update with the bureaus over the weekend and it would show paid on my credit reports the following week, as paid. I find this more than frustrating. After more investigating, I discovered XXXX collection accounts on my credit report from XXXX - XXXX f rom the same creditor equaling the {$530.00} that had been removed in XXXX . I called IC Systems for th e 4th tim e and again get " this is an attempt to collect a debt ' line & h ow would I like to pay '' I am furious because now I know this information is being reported inaccurate for sure. I asked how they could report that information to the bureaus knowing it was false. They again tell me to pay or dispute. I also went online to their website on XXXX & filed a complaint there. It said someone would contact me ... still waiting. I then called XXXX XXXX in hopes they would clear this up. The representative confirmed it was from XXXX but maybe it was sold or something to another collector. I asked that they change how they reported that & she said they could n't because it was sold ... wow! No help ... Truly & helplessly unreal!

Consumer Complaint: I am making a dispute against IC syste m, Inc in a resp onse to a listing on my credit reports. Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent in pursuant to the Fair Credit Collection Practices A CT, 15 USC 1692G SEC.809 ( 8 ), sta ting your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for " verification '' or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the XXXX XXXX . Consumer Complaint: I have been a customer with XXXX XXXX XXXX for 4 years now. I have always had internet service with them. Last year in XXXX , my credit card was shut down due to fraud and that caused my payments to be late with my internet service. XXXX XXXX XXXX shut off my internet, and I had to re-establish my account with them after I resolved the issue. When they re-established my account, they opened up XXXX accounts simultaneously for the same address. I managed to get them to close XXXX , however I was unaware of the second one that was still open. I got a message saying that I owed {$93.00} on this account. I disputed it saying that I never consented to this account being opened in my name. I had several people inform me they would remove it from my account and that it would take a " few billing cycles ''. In addition to dealing with this account, I had an offer to open up another bundled account with a home phone to reduce my current XXXX XXXX XXXX internet service bill. I did not want to have the home phone, however they opened it up in my name without my consent anyways. Now I have XXXX accounts, XXXX opened without my knowledge, and XXXX now having gone to collections. The home phone was charged to me as {$110.00} and the other internet for {$93.00}, all the while, I have current internet service with XXXX XXXX XXXX at my address that I am paying on time each month. XXXX have gone to collections. My credit score was XXXX and is now XXXX . I am currently disputing XXXX delinquent accounts but not getting anywhere.
