Consumer Complaint: NOTICE OF Intent to FILE LAWSUIT To Whom It May Concern : This Letter shall serve as formal notice of my Intent to file a lawsuit against your company, due to your blatant and objectionable disregard of the law. The FDCPA states you must cease collection activity until you have produced verification of the alleged debt if so requested. As per the FTC, this includes reporting to the credit bureaus, which you obviously have done illegally. It is quite evident that no such proof of this alleged debt exists or you would have provided it in the previous 4 months since it was requested. Also, when an alleged debt is disputed, a notation must be entered on the debtors credit report showing the item as in dispute. Again, this was not done. Im sure you are aware of the consequences in violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as the multiple violations your company is now responsible for. If not, let me point them out for you. FCR A 1. 623. Consumer Complaint: in XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a puppy and took him to XXXX XXXX XXXX during the visit I was asked if I wanted to purchase puppy insurance which was {$35.00} per month, I was only able to use it once because the vet stopped working for XXXX in XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX at both locations in my area. In XX/XX/XXXX I had to get rid of the puppy due to unforeseen circumstances and was still being charged. I received a call in XXXX from one of the XXXX reps requesting payment where I informed him that I no longer had the puppy, he stated that I was still responsible for the insurance even if I did n't have the dog at that time it was only {$150.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX and IC systems are reporting on my credit reports that I owe them {$630.00} dollars as of XX/XX/XXXX . How did the payment go from {$150.00} at the time that it was reported that the puppy was no longer in my possession to {$630.00}. If you calculate the amount of payments by 12 months it does n't come out to what they are trying to collect. They should not be allowed to continue to charge people for services they CAN NOT provide, or try to over charge for services that are no longer needed.

Consumer Complaint: This is an incorrect charge on my credit report. Equipment was returned to XXXX on XXXX / XXXX /2015 to a XXXX representative. This item was previously removed from my credit report but was sold to another party and added back. The previous company reporting this item acknowledged XXXX error and removed the item. I would like this item removed and barred from being added by yet another party, as they seem to just sell the account to someone else after it is removed.
