Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet XXXX, XXXX XXXX Equifax is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. XXXX, XXXX, Equifax and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211. Application For Award Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal of complying with my request. However, if they failed to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to exercise my rights under 12 CFR 1016.7 to opt out of the inclusion of certain information in my consumer report. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention several violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S. Code 1681, and related statutes by Equifax. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681, Section 602 ( a ), there is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. Equifax as a consumer reporting agency, must adhere to these principles, and I, as the consumer, have the right to ensure that my private information is not shared without my consent. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 6801 establishes the policy that financial institutions have an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of their customers and protect the security and confidentiality of nonpublic personal information. The entities reporting information on my behalf ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) fall under the definition of financial institutions as per this title. However, Equifax does not have my consent to furnish this information, as required by 15 U.S. Code 1681, Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ), which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report only in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer. I am revoking any and all consent, whether verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or otherwise, for Equifax, and the furnishers of information to credit agencies to report any information on my behalf. Moreover, 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that a financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. The furnisher of information to credit agencies never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Additionally, 15 U.S. Code 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) prohibits a consumer reporting agency from making any consumer report containing adverse items of information without authorization. The accounts from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX that are being reported without my consent constitute adverse items in violation of this provision. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ) states that a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Equifax are reporting information without my consent, constituting inaccurate information. Finally, 15 U.S. Code 1681e mandates that every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures to avoid violations of the FCRA. Equifax is not maintaining reasonable procedures, as evidenced by their reporting of unauthorized and inaccurate information. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services. I kindly request that you investigate these matters promptly and inform me of the results of your investigation. Additionally, I request that any inaccurate or unauthorized information be removed from my consumer report. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. Based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.

Consumer Complaint: On my Credit Report, I saw a collection account from a debt collector acting on behalf XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was able to retrieve the lease which was active at a time. I had my own lease with a different leasing company. Also, the email used to sign for the lease is not mine either. I wrote to the debt collector who has not responded and refuses to remove this debt off my credit report. I reminded them it is illegal to report accounts on my credit report for which isn't mine. XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax have not responded to my disputes and requests for the account to be removed off my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
