Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet XXXX, XXXX XXXX Equifax is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. XXXX, XXXX, Equifax and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211. Application For Award Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

This agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681i ( 2 ) ( A ). They were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, I was not notified. In addition to the Violation above pursuant 15 USC 1681ia ( 5 ) ( 5 ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and ( ii ) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. As the original creditor, only I can validate this debt. I do NOT validate this debt. Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am verifying that I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am mailing out this information. In doing so, this plus my SSN and I.D is enough proof of validation. I have noticed inaccuracies on my consumer report. It is extremely urgent that you remove any addresses that are not the one listed below. According to 15 USC 1681e Compliance and Procedures section ( b ) Accuracy of report : Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. I have already sent mail out and it has been over 30 DAYS before I received a response which now means the credit reporting agency is now in VIOLATION of my consumer financial rights! Second, the F.C.R.A states, Section 607. Compliance and Procedures [ 15 U.S.C 1681e ] ( b ) Accuracy of report, the CRA must provide me with a copy of my consumer report at 100 % accuracy at all times! These addresses and old personal information do not belong to me and are inaccurate therefore violating my consumer rights. Lastly, F.C.R.A says, Section 609. Disclosures to consumers [ 15 U.S.C. 1681g ] Every consumer reporting agency shall, upon request, and subject to 610 ( a ) ( 1 ) [ 1681h ], clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer. Consumer Complaint: In my understanding of my membership the outline is to support the development of my credit to monitor update however there seems to be some illegitimacy as I find myself disputing cases that are closed and should no longer remain. There is mis-information lil my SSN Ive never seen those numbers neither of them belong to me, there permissions given to track the data collected yet no one is tracking I am glad I was able to submit the original details My complaint is generally on the inability and acceptance of what ever is reported to these main source of information to the public Who based on whats visible determinations are made whether that information is accurate or not its displayed so how is it you raise the price of membership when there is no support for the consumer if youre going to add anything to record.If you arent going to help by updating the information accurately than maybe its time shut down Because your becoming apart of the problem and suggestive application is not a solution your ruining lives. Many of us pay our bills sorry its hard for you to believe.
