Consumer Complaint: I was diagnosed with XXXX during a veteran administration claim Im 100 % XXXX due to XXXX and I found for a I filed for them to just be erased. I dont honestly dont know the terminology nor do I care all I know is that that is that is something offered to somebody in my situation, and I was trying to take advantage of it. I submitted the proper paperwork during that time, not sure what they were doing and how they handle my information or anybody elses information. All I know is that during that time I submitted the information and my XXXX account came from XXXX XXXX the servicer changed, and its still the same information on my profile from the old servicer and now my account says zero but the credit bureaus all three major credit bureaus refuses to put my balance as zero they have they know that the balance is zero, but they will not put it there after investigating it talking to him and telling me yeah youre right but months later, theyre still showing as if I have {$50000.00} in student loans but when I log into my account theyre zero at one point it was an error with XXXX. It seems to be corrected now so I feel like now Im being a I dont know thats incorrect information being placed on my credit report because I dont have any student loans anymore that are government affiliated, they waived them and I do not have them anymore

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX a stating I was opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer XXXX have given them written, unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15 usc 6802. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported XXXX installment loans to equifax in the amount of {$5300.00} and {$2900.00}. Then on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported XXXX installment loans to transunion in the amount of {$2900.00}, {$3000.00}, {$1700.00} and {$5300.00} which violates Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. The act expounds that it protects the privacy of student education records. FERPA applies to any public or private elementary, secondary, or post-secondary school. It also applies to any state or local education agency that receives funds under an applicable program of the US Department of Education. It prohibits educational institutions from disclosing personally identifiable information in education records without the written consent of an eligible student, or if the student is a minor, the students parents ( 20 U.S.C.S. 1232g ( b ) ).

Consumer Complaint: RE : You Violated the United States Code Law 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions from a consumer Report any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device ; Exclusions mean the process or state of excluding or being excluded and left out of and not be included. The definition of a credit card under 15 USC 1681 is the same as it is under 1602 ( I ) which states, The term CREDIT CARD means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or service on credit. Notice, Congress said ANY card. The credit card is my social security card. This is the credit card is used to originate every consumer credit transaction below. They should all be removed from my consumer report under 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ). As a consumer by law these accounts on this letter must be deleted immediately or I will seek monetary damages for violation of my right 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) in small claims court in my city and state under 15 USC 1681n civil liability because Ive been violated. This report was lawfully obtained by me, through the declaration of the rights granted to consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Fair Credit Reporting Act has specific requirement for the accurate reporting of an item when it appears on a consumers credit report. 1. Given your previous irrelevant responses and the fact that the above account keeps coming back to me as Verified, you must have proof that it is, in fact, reporting lawfully. So therefore, please provide such proof, as defined by law, in which you must have on file that would assert to the lawful reporting of the above account and that this item does not violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act as detailed above. Please provide proof that the information as contained on the reported trade- line is in fact 100 % Accurate, Complete, Verifiable, AND Timely. Another report shows that more than 90 % contain errors. Why does your company continue to operate with such low standards of success? My request as indicated above is lawful and justified. As advised by my counsel, an itemized report detailing that the reporting of this item is not violating my constitutional rights is hereby requested. The continued reporting of this item in its negative state is causing me severe financial and emotional distress. If I must pursue litigation to protect my rights as granted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, RICO, SSCRA, as well as any other statutes and/or laws that would apply to me and my circumstances, then I am fully prepared and willing to take any and all necessary measures to do so.
