Cease and desist asap XXXX Account Number: XXXX Under 15 U.S Code 1681a(2)(A)(i) No transaction should be included in a credit report I demand you to remove this account. The Fair Credit Reporting Act specifically details that all items within a consumers credit report must be reported with 100% accurate information (not 99.9% or less), must be 100% verifiable (not 99.9% or less), must be 100% complete information (not 99.9% or less), and must only be reported during the allowable reporting periods as detailed in the Act for the specific item as it appears. Given your previous irrelevant responses and the fact that the above account keeps coming back to me as Verified, you must have proof that it is, in fact, reporting lawfully. So therefore, please provide such proof, as defined by law, in which you must have on file that would assert to the lawful reporting of the above account and that this item does not violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act as detailed above. Please provide proof that the information as contained on the reported trade- line is in fact 100% Accurate, Complete, Verifiable, AND Timely. Please do not provide some generic print-out or some generic statement as this would insult my intelligence as an educated individual and would further perpetrate the continual acts of wrongdoings by your company as detailed in numerous consumer studies and reports. There is clearly already a problem with the system as it is. In fact, one recent consumer study proved that over 79% of consumer credit reports contain errors. Another report shows that more than 90% contain errors. Why does your company continue to operate with such low standards of success? My request as indicated above is lawful and justified. As advised by my counsel, an itemized report detailing that the reporting of this item is not violating my constitutional rights is hereby requested. The continued reporting of this item in its negative state is causing me severe financial and emotional distress. If I must pursue litigation to protect my rights as granted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, RICO, SSCRA, as well as any other statutes and/or laws that would apply to me and my circumstances, then I am fully prepared and willing to take any and all necessary measures to do so. Consumer Complaint: I sent XXXX, XXXX, Equifax, dispute letters requesting that they fix the errors or delete them because of the information I found on all three consumer reports don't say the same thing and according to the FCRA all reports supposed to be 100 % percent accurate. I showed them the errors that all of the reports showed from the date those accounts were opened, Date of last activity, and closed dates these are just a few. They just sent me a report and didn't correct anything and just said that they were verified. I asked them according to the law 15 U.S.C 1681 ( I ) ( 7 ) how did they verify those accounts and according to the law they only have 15 days to respond but me being consider I gave them 25 days and the only thing I got back from one company was that they didn't think that it was me sending them the letters but a credit repair company. I expressed to all three how this was making it hard on me and my family sense I'm the sole provider from getting a job, house, transportation, etc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and with companies checking backgrounds and credit it makes it kind of impossible to get a job and this is detrimental to my life and my mental state with all these errors and misinformation on my consumer report I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they still won't follow the law i called these companies over and over and to my avail nothing happened. And i know according to FCRA that this is against the law if all of my consumer reports isn't 100 percent accurate

Consumer Complaint: The corporation has Violated The Privacy Act of 1974 as well as the terms and conditions of our agreement pertaining to its initial privacy notice. The Consumer has respectfully entrusted the corporation with a certain level of expectation that the financial records would be maintained safely, securely, and in good faith. Consumer Complaint: A credit reporting agency MUST PROTECT my Nonpublic information by federal law, which Equifax obviously failed to do! I AM A VICTIM OF EQUIFAXS DATA BREACH and ALL of my information has been IMPACTED by Equifax! I have been disputing collections that do not belong to me, updates on information that doesnt make sense, inquiries that I have not authorized, wrong addresses, phone numbers, names, employment information even though proof has been sent numerous times via certified mail or its then removed and replaced and given a hard time to get corrected again, wrong account numbers, wrong amounts for the past few years and now I know the reason for it all because of you Equifax ! Equifax has been in violation of 15 USC1681n Civil Liability for Willful Noncompliance and violation of 15 USC 1681i-Procedure in case of disputed accuracy, description of reinvestigations they have have NEVER MAILED to how investigations were conducted or proof an investigation actually has taken place upon request on numerous occasions, if there is no proof then the account shall be deleted but Equifax chooses to leave in on my consumer report anyways because its how they make money, at my expense! However, I called within a week for a credit increase limit customer service did not advise me that it would create a second hard pull. This hard inquiry has cause me huge drop of XXXX points from my XXXX. I have contacted several times to XXXX BANK to see if they can delete this hard inquiry since customer service did not advise me that it would create a second hard inquiry but they just kept ignoring my request. I still doing business with them and so far so good but this hard inquiry has cause me a delay in getting business fund for my company.
