Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX approved me for a secured card in which they took the funding out of my account. Now that they have took my money and open the account they froze the account to do extended verification on my record without giving me anything that makes sense I thought that I was already approved for the card and they came in froze the card just a couple days ago and now that they have had me sign extra verification form it has start putting all type of alerts on my account about fraud alerts and extended verification personal statements and some other items that have just impacted my credit monitoring credit reporting XXXX card has now hurt my credit monitoring more than it has tried to open and impact my credit by opening the card I dont know what the XXXX is going on with this company, but it is adding new alerts to my XXXX credit monitoring every XXXX day several alerts I called XXXX and they act like they dont know what the XXXX is going on and they the only freaking company that I have open any type of credit with recently and I literally didnt start getting alerts on my credit monitoring until yesterday, which is the day that they have me signed his XXXX consent for extended verification to be stated for the record in this complaint, that if this has any type of negative impact on my credit, or my credit monitoring, I will be immediately filed the lawsuit against XXXX XXXX. And for them to lock the XXXX car right before XXXX XXXX is a XXXX and XXXX XXXX thing to do for a company. If they were going to lock my XXXX car, they shouldve done it prior to when the card was issued or before letting me open the XXXX card.
