Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX approved me for a secured card in which they took the funding out of my account. Now that they have took my money and open the account they froze the account to do extended verification on my record without giving me anything that makes sense I thought that I was already approved for the card and they came in froze the card just a couple days ago and now that they have had me sign extra verification form it has start putting all type of alerts on my account about fraud alerts and extended verification personal statements and some other items that have just impacted my credit monitoring credit reporting XXXX card has now hurt my credit monitoring more than it has tried to open and impact my credit by opening the card I dont know what the XXXX is going on with this company, but it is adding new alerts to my XXXX credit monitoring every XXXX day several alerts I called XXXX and they act like they dont know what the XXXX is going on and they the only freaking company that I have open any type of credit with recently and I literally didnt start getting alerts on my credit monitoring until yesterday, which is the day that they have me signed his XXXX consent for extended verification to be stated for the record in this complaint, that if this has any type of negative impact on my credit, or my credit monitoring, I will be immediately filed the lawsuit against XXXX XXXX. And for them to lock the XXXX car right before XXXX XXXX is a XXXX and XXXX XXXX thing to do for a company. If they were going to lock my XXXX car, they shouldve done it prior to when the card was issued or before letting me open the XXXX card.

Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal of complying with my request. Consumer Complaint: recently, I did an investigation on my credit report which cause me XXXX XXXX. finding out that there's incorrect, invalidated, inaccurate, unverifiable, and questionable items on my credit report that your agency didn't make sure was 100 % correct. in accordance with the fair reporting act. everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report and under 15 us code 1681e ( b ) and 15 us code 1681i ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate. as well as, 15 us code s-2 responsibility of furnishers 15 us code 1681i ( 5 ) ( b ) reinsertion of deleted item 15 us code 1681i ( 2 ) ( i ) ( ii ) procedure in case of disputed accuracy which are also in violation of my rights under the fair credit reporting act? the credit reporting agency stated that these accounts were properly investigated and come back as verified. however, how is this true when there are several inaccuracies showing on my credit report, causing me XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as a consumer, I respectfully request to know all the steps your agency took to insure that all these accounts are 100 % accurate. 15 us code 1681i ( 7 ) method of verification- description of reinvestigation process RESOLUTION as a consumer and American citizen, by law my credit report must be made 100 % accurate immediately which is in the best interest of justice. i respectfully ask that the credit reporting agency update with 100 % accuracy and/or delete all the inquires, inaccurate information and fraudulent accounts listed in my complaint. please and thank you.
