Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX I have called these companies ( XXXX, XXXX ) several times to ask how these inquiries were reported to my credit report without my knowledge only to tell me that they don't have any of my information on file with them. 15 U.S.C Subsection 1681 which states " ( 4 ) There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies states " ( 1 ) Prohibition ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. This is fraud and these companies are wilfully violating my rights as a consumer. Equifax, XXXX, XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and surely do not have my written consent. Any consent to Equifax, XXXX, XXXX whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked.15 U.S. Code 1681e - Compliance procedures states " Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. Equifax is not maintaining reasonable procedures. I am seeking compensation for all violations against the companies, and the reporting agency.

Consumer Complaint: it is my belief that my information was used in an identity thief from my ex landlord when i was doing repairs on the house and his sister that was getting rent from me but was not reporting it to the Michigan department of human services. i informed them that i was going to expose the matter. i was removed from the home years ago and unfortunately some of my mail continued to be sent to that address. i reported the use of my information to XXXX that has reported this item on my credit report which is hurting my credit score as we speak. my id number with the ftc XXXX doing the Covid 19 relief funds they tried to get me to fill out forms to submit for non payment but i had receipts that i paid rent. most of the family has moved out of town or deceased. also this not being my loan i did in fact submit repayment because it coming in my name. Section 22750. ( a ) states if any amount other than, or in excess of, the charges permitted by this division is willfully charged, contracted for, or received, the contract of the loan is void, and no person has any right to collect or receive any principal, charges, or recompense in connection with the transaction. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to assert my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681 ) and related regulations regarding the sharing of my private information by Equifax and Experian, as well as the furnisher of information to credit agencies. Under 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ), I have not provided written consent for the furnishing of my information. Moreover, 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) mandates the disclosure of the nondisclosure option, which was never communicated to me. The reported adverse information violates 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ), and 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) prohibits the furnishing of inaccurate information. Equifax and XXXX 's failure to maintain reasonable procedures as required by 15 U.S. Code 1681e further compounds this issue. Additionally, according to 12 CFR 1016.7, I hereby exercise my right to opt out of Equifax and XXXX 's reporting services. Any and all consent to the aforementioned entities, whether verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or otherwise, is hereby revoked. Also my rights from Privacy act of 1974 have been broken. I request prompt confirmation of the cessation of information sharing and adherence to legal requirements.
