Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is reporting an account that was charged off. All charge-offs and third-party debts are considered Certificates of Indebtedness, which are treated as income and can not be reported to my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I am in the process of purchasing my first home and I noticed several damaging and inaccurate information of my credit report. According to 15 U.S.C 1681, there should not be any damages on my report. This is a defamation of my character. I would request methods of how they verified certain accounts as well as inaccurate reporting on my account and my disputes would be out right ignored and the damaging accounts still remaining on my credit report.

I am writing to bring your attention to five collections that have appeared on my credit report, which are a result of identity theft. This unfortunate incident occurred on XX/XX/XXXX, when my car was stolen along with personal identification documents.
