Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to the company and explained to them that I had moved out of residency well over a month until the bill was canceled I also had issues as far as mentally and as well as emotionally with the death of my grandfather and such as well they have record that on the date I moved out I had called to set up a payment plan but evidently not to cancel my bill I have expressed that I have written letter from the landlord stating I had moved out on the XX/XX/XXXX if I have written documentations from the apartment management stating I moved out on the XX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX2017 they should at least have the decency to retro act the bill for the times I was not living there essentially they are billing me for services that were never used do to the fact I was not living there at least if the company in my opinion and any class and any respect for the customers they would rectified the amount due but they don't want to do it because I supposedly did not cancel for another 1 to 2 months ...

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Convergent Outsourcing regarding a debt with XXXX. Speaking with the Agent Ms. XXXX XXXX, we negotiated a date of XX/XX/XXXX for the first payment of a 6 month payment arrangement. The payments were to be XXXX each month. The entire conversation was recorded. Following this conversation, this morning i saw that a unauthorized payment for the XXXX was taken out. Upon calling and finally getting the agent on the phone ( I was hung up on 3 times ), I was told by Ms. XXXX that there was a system error and I would have to submit proof of the unauthorized payment and would take 3-7 days to process ( my rent was due so this wasnt an option ). I asked to speak to a supervisor, whom was quite rude and said " just giving a refund without the faxed statement is not how we do business ). I immediately directed her to cancel any future payments, and she said she could not provide proof that this was done and the only proof would be a bill in the future that shows the full amount due.

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a copy of my credit report and I noticed that this company is reporting negative information against my SSN. I have never done business with this company. They have never provided me with any goods or services. I have no contractual obligations to this company yet they have reported to the CRA 's that I indeed do. I am requesting validation. Please send me a signed contract between me and your company. One that I signed and one you signed. Copies of a copy is not legit. I would like to see the contract with my wet ink signature, detailed statements from the last 6 months, and how this alleged debt was calculated.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I switched phone providers and was told that I will receive the last billing statement in the mail, specifying the amount due up to XX/XX/2019 ( last day I made use of the previous provider ) However, on XX/XX/2019 I received a letter from Convergent Outsouring Inc. dated XX/XX/2019 stating I owe {$330.00} in full for XXXX phone service with no breakdown of the amount claimed. 1 ) I made a payment over the phone with XXXX for {$110.00} on XX/XX/2019 and stopped using their service on XX/XX/2019. How can 1 week of phone use add up to {$330.00}? 2 ) Why didn't I receive the last billing statement from XXXX as informed but did it go to Collections after only one week of closing the account?
