Consumer Complaint: Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX.It ALL STARTED BETWEEN XXXX AND XXXX ON THIS COMPANY XXXX XXXX TRYING TO COLLECT A PAYMENT OF OF CABLE BILL I NEVER APPLYIED FOR OR EVER HAD RESIDENCE AT THE HOME WHERE THE CABLE WAS TO BE SET-UP. HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATIOIN IS BECAUSE I DISPUTED MYSELF ON THEIR WEBSITE AND FILLED OUT A IDENTITY THEFT APPLICATION WITH THEM THAT SOMEONE AT THAT RESISDENCE FRAUDULANTLY USED MY NAME. I XXXX XXXX XXXX CALLED THEM NOT OR USED ANY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS TO GET THEIR SERVICE OR THEIR PREPAY BY CREDIT CARD PROGRAM THEY HAVE THAT WILL AUTOMATIC TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD. I TOLD THEM I NEVER LIVED AT THAT HOUSE OR ORDERED NOTHING FROM THEM I HAD MY OWN PLACE OF THEY WITH CABLE. I TOLD THEM THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHICH USED THEIR CELL PHONE AND CREDIT CARD MADE THE PURCHASE OF THAT CABLE FOR HIS USE NOT MINE. THE CREDIT BUREA AND THE COMPANY ITSELF INVESTIGATED AND NEXT THING I KNOW XXXX XXXX WAS DELETED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT NUMEROUS TIMES OF SOMEONE BEING PERSISTANT ON MAKING ME PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER CALLED FOR NOR USED. AND I HAVE NOT SEEN THEM ON MY REPORT SINCE.NOW ITS 'S XXXX AND I RECEIVED NOT A BILL FROM THE ORIGINAL COMPANY I SO CALLED OWE AND THEY OR WHOMEVER OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN HAS WITHOUT WARNING OR ANY NOTICES PLACED ME TO THE CREDIT COLLECTIONS CALLED CONVERGENT AND THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT WAS DELETED AND THE REST WHOMEVER KEEP PLACING TO THE CREDIT COLLECTIONS. Consumer Complaint: This is XXXX XXXX address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent several requests for proper debt validation to convergent outsourcing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WA XXXX. I have not received it proper debt validation. They keep sending me information which is not relevant. This company received and signed for the letters I sent them. They are continuing to report this account in my name constitutes collection activity specifically prohibited by the FDCPA. Here are the statutes in which your company they are in violation : 1. Failing to cease collection of an alleged debt after the Defendant notified Plaintiff in writing that the alleged debt was disputed, therefore violating FDCPA 15 USC 1692g ( b ) 2. Falsely representing the amount of the alleged debt and therefore violating FDCPA 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ). 3. Failing to report an account as disputed on my credit reports after receiving my requests for debt validation, thereby violating the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( c ) Notification of consumer dispute in subsequent consumer reports. 4. The threat to take any action that can not legally be taken or that is not intended to be taken, thereby violating FDCPA [ 15 USC 1962e ] ( 5 ). They are in violation of the FCPDA.

Consumer Complaint: I have already paid off the bill, that has Been placed on my credit file, it has been removed by my other credit files for some reason they are saying that it is current, it is not current I have contacted the provider and they do not show me owing this amount because I have satisfied the amount in full. This is not correct and every time I contact the collection agency they say they will remove it has not been done, something needs to be done. I have my receipt of payment and so does the provider involved, this needs to be addressed and removed off of my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: I paid 4 Medical Collections on my credit on XX/XX/2019 to Convergent Healthcare Recoveries , Inc via phone with 2 different debit cards that is from my 2 Credit Union Accounts. They informed me they was going to report my payments to the bureau. When I pull my credit report through XXXX XXXX I noticed that they was on my credit report, in which they wasn't on their before. I paid the collections as soon as I got the letter so they would not hit my credit report. But as soon as I paid them, they reported me to the credit bureaus as if I never paid. I called them back to discuss why was it showing on my credit report 30 days later and why haven't they sent me a receipt and the collection representative told me they don't send receipts, I will have proof that its paid when I check my bank statement and its not on my credit report. I see the 2 Charges taken from each account for the 4 collections, but they still reported me and 30 days later my credit report is not only inaccurate, but that too my money and is telling me it will take up to 120 business days. Whats worst is the collection reps acts secretive as no one likes to give their names at Convergent Healthcare. They only become rude and hangup on me. I feel like I was not only robbed but they are reporting bogus information on my credit report.
