These companies have had 180 days and 4 dispute letters to resolve this and they have failed. Now it is time to DELETE the accounts per the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX, received a phone call from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to discus a debt for XXXX account number ending in XXXX, phone number XXXX. I was told that the date of charge off was XX/XX/XXXX and they are going to pursue legal action. Then, I received a letter from Convergent looking to settle the account, see attached. Today, I received a call from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, regarding the same XXXX account XXXX. I was also told that the date of charge off was XX/XX/XXXX and that they will be pursuing legal action, case number XXXX. I was told that they have attempted to serve me multiple times at my home address. To this date, nothing has been received other than the attached letter from Convergent.

Consumer Complaint: For months I have been receiving constant harassment calls from Convergent Outsoursing Inc. After months of missed calls, I changed my phone number because this is the number I use for work. Convergent Outsoursing Inc somehow found out about the new work number and continued the harassment, the constant calls at inconvenient times, they reported the alleged debt as collections to the credit reporting agencies to coerce me into payment, I sent them a Cease and Desist on XX/XX/2021 and they received it on XX/XX/2021, since then they still report this alleged debt/collection. I have requested them to stop collection attempts and they still abuse and violate my consumer rights.
