Consumer Complaint: For months I have been receiving constant harassment calls from Convergent Outsoursing Inc. After months of missed calls, I changed my phone number because this is the number I use for work. Convergent Outsoursing Inc somehow found out about the new work number and continued the harassment, the constant calls at inconvenient times, they reported the alleged debt as collections to the credit reporting agencies to coerce me into payment, I sent them a Cease and Desist on XX/XX/2021 and they received it on XX/XX/2021, since then they still report this alleged debt/collection. I have requested them to stop collection attempts and they still abuse and violate my consumer rights.
