Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the late payments that have been reported on my credit report. According to my records, I have made all payments on time and in full, and I believe that these late payment entries are inaccurate. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), consumers have certain rights and protections when it comes to credit reporting. Specifically, I would like to draw your attention to the following provisions : 15 USC 1681i : This section outlines the procedure for disputing inaccuracies on credit reports. As a consumer, I have reviewed my credit report and identified the following late payment entries that I dispute : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I request that you investigate these entries and remove them from my credit report if they are found to be inaccurate. I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of your investigation results and any corrections made to my credit report. 15 USC 1681b : This section requires that credit reporting agencies only provide credit reports to parties that have a legitimate purpose for accessing them. I ask that you confirm that you had a legitimate purpose for reporting the late payments to the credit reporting agency in question. 15 USC 1666b : This section requires that creditors provide written notice to consumers when adverse actions are taken, such as reporting late payments to credit reporting agencies. I request that you confirm that you provided me with the required notice prior to reporting the late payments to the credit reporting agency. Furthermore, I remind you of your obligation under the FDCPA to provide accurate information to credit reporting agencies. Failing to do so could be considered a violation of the Act and could result in legal action being taken against you. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the fair credit reporting act this creditor has violated my rights under 15usc1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15usc1681 section 604A section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15USC1666B states, a creditor can not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: CAPITAL ONE BANK has again violated my rights and has openly admited to knowingly and willingly dicriminationg against me based on information they recieved from a third party agency without my consent or knowledge. I DID NOT ask CAPITAL ONE BANK to re- evaluate ANYTHING in my previous complaint. Yet they took it apon themselves to ignore the actual complaint and violate my rights under FCRA. I did not consent to Capital one sharing my personal information with any third party credit monitoring agency. I applied for credit using the information necessary to do so. CAPITAL ONE gained from using and sharing my information and then denied me credit. When asked to provide information on why this happened, They proceeded to AGAIN share my personal information with a third party non government agency without consent and deny me for a second time. This is unauthorized use of my credit information.

CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ALREADY FILED THIS DEBT ON THEIR TAXES WHICH REFLECTS ON MY CONSUMER REPORT AS A CHARGE OFF. BY LAW CHARGE OFFS ARE CONSIDERED ORDINARY INCOME. I DEMAND THAT THESE ITEMS BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AND DELETED BECAUSE THIS IS A VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681EB.

Consumer Complaint: I had a dispute, they gave me provisional credit as promised, then the next day, took the credits away and gave the excuses that the reason of why they are holding the provisional credits is because if the dispute isn't resolved in my favor the credits that were given would cause my account to go over the credit line!!! When I filed the dispute I was advised I would have full use of the credits while they investigate the dispute!!!!
