Consumer Complaint: Please find attached all the documents I have originally filed with under XXXX XXXX XXXX, who now operates as XXXX XXXX XXXX. On page 5 on the XX/XX/XXXX file attached shows the accounts I listed at the beginning with XXXX XXXX XXXX. File XXXX ( 1 ) I have attached the statement I sent them sometime after XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is claiming the account that was not listed in the beginning of the program and then they called it Barclays after that and thought they were settling with Barclays with XX/XX/XXXX ( debt collector ) but it was a XXXX card account ending in XXXX and not Barclay 's account ending in XXXX. And then this XXXX account was paid off instead on XX/XX/XXXX when this account was not at the beginning of the contract. They told me to send all collections letters from all accounts to them which I did. All these documents should be available for my review by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have also made several attempts in the last few months to get this resolved with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX without any results or assistance. Also, please find the attached dispute results fromXX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I received an alert from my bank that my credit rating changed. I looked at my report and saw there was a drop of 104 points from XXXX to XXXX on my credit score. The statement showed the negative report came from XXXX XXXX Barclays Bank Credit Card. I placed a block on my Barclays XXXX XXXX credit card back in XX/XX/2020 during the Covid Pandemic. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Yearly Plan my security system charged Barclays credit card for {$90.00}. I contacted XXXX XXXX and advised them on XX/XX/2020 that this charge should not have gone through because the card was blocked. XXXX indicated they would reverse the charge and put the charge on my XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX I found out today only credited back to Barclays {$82.00} rather than the {$90.00} stating that it was prorated for two days. I never once received a bill for {$7.00} which now turned into XXXX. XXXX XXXX sent me an email verifying our conversation on XXXX XXXX, 2020 which I will attached below. Also, I spoke with a supervisor at BarclayXXXX who apologized for the error stating " I see you spoke with an agent in XX/XX/2020 and requested to have your card blocked '' she further states " we are sorry for your inconvenience and will notify credit agencies on XX/XX/2020 to remove the negative report. I said that's much to long to wait. XXXX the supervisor said " we only report to credit agencies once a month ''. I am so upset I have never been late on a payment my entire life and to have my credit score drop 100 points for Barclays error is horrible. Please rectify this error as soon as possible. Thank You, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am an user of Uber credit card issued by Barclays. On XXXX, there is an unauthorized purchase appeared on my transation activity. The merchant name is XXXX XXXX # XXXX and the amount is {$170.00}. After some initial investigation, the merchant locates at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC. The card is still in my possession, but I am in XXXX, California all the time and did not travel to North Carolina. So as my card, I keep it with me all the time in California and did not give anyone else. At this point, I suspect this unauthorized transaction comes from the credit card fraud. So I filed the Fraud Claim Form online and called the customer services. The bank promised to further investigate the transation will get back to me in one or two billing cycles and credited my account with the amount ( {$170.00} ). At the same time, the bank issued a new card for me. However, when I received the new card and activated it, they just bill the same amount XXXX {$170.00} XXXX to me again. On the next day, the bank issued me a letter saying that the investigation is done and transation is valid. However, this is an obvious fraud and related to their security for Uber credit card, but they had little words about what investigation has been done, why they think the transation is valid.

Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen in XXXX and a suspect had been using my account without my authorization, including making payments to the card for the unauthorized charges. I spoke to Barclay 's Card about it several times, have email trails and have provided all asked of me. I had the investigator speak to the police and the suspect, who has been identified and a warrant for his arrest placed. I have sent police reports and given the company the info to the probation officer of the individual and the police officer on the case to verify this. They have actually talked to the suspect on the phone, its not even me, its a man. They are holding over {$11000.00} of mine and have refused to return it since XXXX of this year.

Consumer Complaint: Hi! I keep getting phone calls regarding a company/ bank called Barclay . I have no idea what that bank is. So, I tried to reach out to them a few years ago, but they keep transferring me to different places. I dont know if they know what they are doing. I first notice my credit card score was declining and I have no idea why since I almost always pay my bills on time. Then, I notice a weird name on one of my credit card report Barclay. Thus, I believe my identify must have been stolen. How do I go about on resolving this issue since the company has not done anything about it and I keep getting bombarded with callers for debt collection? Thank you! -XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a card with a promotion through Frontier Airlines on XX/XX/XXXX. During this time I was supposed to receive a {$200.00} voucher for getting approved for the card. Long story short, we never ended up getting the voucher, nor did we ever receive the credit cards, billing statements, welcome packets etc. etc. The card was through Barclay 's bank of Delaware. I still do not have any cards nor do I have any paperwork regarding the credit to a Frontier Airlines account. The problem that i have is that all of the sudden, I receive notice that I am 30 days past due. I have never missed a payment in my life, and I have perfect credit. This alone had dropped my credit score 50+/- points. The 30 days past due is from Barclay 's saying that I never paid the annual fee. This was never paid because I was never notified nor did I receive the benefit of the {$200.00} voucher from Frontier airlines in regards to being accepted on this credit card. I have done my due diligence and called multiple times over the last couple of weeks. You get put on hold, bounced from person to person, and then you get hung up on. on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX I spent a total of 4.5 hours trying to get this resolved with nothing being taken care of.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2020 I ordered merchandise online from XXXX XXXX {$71.00}, which Barclays charged to my Credit Card on XXXX XXXX, 2020. XXXX claimed that it was delivered to me twice ( I do not know why one order will be delivered two times ) : 1. XXXX XXXX, 2020 - at XXXX XXXX - XXXX claimed also that I receipt of the order, which was IMPOSSIBLE because I was on training at the Census Bureau, which is more than 10 miles from my apartment. 2. XXXX XXXX, 2020 - The Delivery Man of XXXX admitted that he was not able to access ( enter ) the apartment building. Which is true because all people without key to the building must dial the number of the Tenant and in return the Tenant must pressed a certain number to open the gate of the building. So the Delivery Man was not able to enter the building for the second time. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY OF THE ORDER, FIRST OR SECOND, JUST ATTEMPTS, STILL BARCLAYS BELIEVED THERE WAS AND DOES NOT WANT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR {$71.00}.
