Consumer Complaint: I opened this account to have my unemployment benefits direct deposited into it and at the time the Bank Rep did not fully disclose all the fees I would incur with not maintaining a certain balance or fees for use of my atm card. When I tried to close the account I had many fees pending that I had to resolve before closing the account and it being sent into Collections. The Rep was only interested in keeping her numbers up for account openings.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a check was deposited by way of an ATM into my checking account which is photographed and entered electronically by the ATM machine. A couple of days later when checking my balance, it showed in available funds approx. {$5500.00}. As the next couple of weeks went by, I utilized a majority of my available funds. On XX/XX/21 I received a letter noting the bank error of over-crediting my account of {$4500.00} and that my account was deducted {$4500.00}. I notified the bank of my rights as a consumer and filed a dispute requesting my {$500.00} plus dollars from checking, along with my {$940.00} social security check that was taken as well as access to my {$500.00} plus dollars in my savings being that they locked my debit card, explaining that I am not responsible for bank errors. My claim was denied. I again contacted Wells Fargo on XXXX to dispute the denial and to escalate the claim to higher-up authorities.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo seems to find more fraudulent tactics than possible. I deny that I own Wells Fargo one cent as they are falsely claiming on my credit card. I ask that the federal FTC get involved, as Wells Fargo is totally destroying my life. They falsify claims of owing them when they mishandled credits due, are most dishonest in their responses, mislead in their responses, and destroy individuals with any devious means which they can create. I intend to file a comprehensive and complete complaint against them later today. They must go under investigation for the way they have neglected to handle proper complaints, lying their way out of taking care of them now and creating tactics that destroy a person 's life and their credit. I seek, in the meanwhile, that Wells Fargo place my account on hold and remove the derogatory status of 30 days past due until we resolve all of the fraud in which they have partaken. This will require legal handling. I have asked Wells Fargo to provide dates and listings of all of the Interest Charges to my account and they have refused to do so. I filed only a few of the complaints with Wells Fargo and the large credits were due to my credit card last XXXX. Many more exist which have not even yet been filed. They postponed handling for months and created fictitious responses which must be addressed. I am XXXX and ill and have been unable to attend to this. The last issue I raised with Wells Fargo was that they were not reporting my payments since last XXXX and just put closed account instead of showing payments made. They responded back with the same misleading and creative disregard for their actions. They failed to even address the actual issue as has frequently been the case with WF. Now, they post 30 days past due when they refused to post payments since last XXXX. In XXXX I paid nearly XXXX dollars and XXXX dollars the next three months. I then was finally allowed a plan to pay XXXX month and paid that over the next several months. W refused to show my payments. Yet, now they show 30 days past due. Another issue is that when I filed my last complaint, WF told the cfpb that they credited the XXXX interest charge of XXXX plus dollars. They mislead constantly to cover their illegalities. WF did credit the amount one day and the next day they charged about the same amount of interest to the account. The other issues with WF are even more serious and will be forwarded. I also intend to file this with the FTC as WF has been getting by with murder and robbing from me. They have failed to return {$14000.00}. dollars IU was misled and had removed due to fraud with a person getting into my account. Wf tried to mislead the cfpb by saying it was not due to online fraud in my account which it certainly was due to online fraud getting into my accounts. The police and FBI state WF should reimburse me, yet they failed to do so.
