The statutes of limitations for a debt with a bank in XXXX is XXXX years. Do to Covin-19 I have been living in a XXXX and have financial hardships. Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo illegally repossessed my brand new car in XXXX and returned it in XXXX ( 2 months later ) with a letter apologizing for the " wrongful repossession '' and a check for {$500.00} for compensation for me losing my job, I was unable to get to work because I had no car. So now it is XXXX and now they want to repossess the car AGAIN unless i pay it off in full, which is {$20000.00}. I still had XXXX more years left on my loan. They closed my loan and wrote it off on my credit as a charge off. Now I am unable to get the car refinanced with another lender because I have a repossession on my credit. They are threatening to pick up my car AGAIN. I don't have {$20000.00} to give to them.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 Wells Fargo let a 4D contract creditor freeze my checking, savings and my daughter 's savings accounts WITHOUT an actual court order. They froze all of my accounts leaving me without my mortgage payment and my daughters savings money. When my account finally got released 3 months later it was empty except for my credit card balance that was way overdue. They gave this fraudulent company {$1100.00}. Nobody in the Wells Fargo legal dept. did not, have not and will not answer any of my phone calls or emails. I am still today waiting for a response from them. I get the run around from everyone that I talk to no matter who it is. I'm seeking payment for the money they stole from us as well as financial injury, health and mental stress for me and my daughter both for the 3 months it put me behind on all of my financial obligations and responsibilities including food, water, electric, gas, car insurance to get her to school.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I Made a transfer from savings in the amount of {$1000.00} to my checking on my mobile. I went to the bank at XXXX XXXX XXXX to retrieve the funds to pay bills and run errands. I attempted to withdraw the funds from the ATM -3 times. Each time I got a marigold box that popped up declining the ability to withdraw funds. I also got three emails /receipts information that the ATM transaction was declined and I couldn't process the transaction. On my mobile app, the monies were still in checking and so I figured since it was a holiday that maybe the ATM was out of money and would just try tomorrow. So, went home and logged back into my mobile app because I try and keep my ATM card locked as a standard until I go to use it. So, I logged in and the XXXX I transferred into checking was gone and it didn't go back into my savings either. I immediately called Wells Fargo in a panic to ask for help. They took a claim and said they had a department that handles these malfunctions and would pull the footage and audit the machine etc. and in 10 business days or sooner I would have it resolved. I felt somewhat upset and angered but my hands were tied and they said it happens. As I learned when they said it happens more than you know. As I learned when I XXXX it. So, I felt it would not be easy to wait 10 business days but I did. Today only be provided with answers if they won't give my money nor provide me with why or determination reasons. I know they didn't look at the footage or my emails their system auto-generates with receipts verifying I was not given any money. Today I called the branch manager direct and he opened a case with escalation. In the meantime, I now have no bills paid, XXXX to live on ..... This is cruel and nobody wants to look at the evidence which will prove my case. ATM FRAUD CASE FILED : XXXX Escalation XXXX ( Filed with branch manager based on that decision ) My monies should be protected from their inferior technology ... ... and accept they stole my money and refuse to provide any details. Attached are the receipts generated by WELLS FARGO declining my monies. Yet, the took the funds out of my account. ATM WITHDRAWAL AUTHORIZED ON XX/XX/29 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AZ XXXX ATM ID XXXX XXXX XXXX So, their own paperwork doesnt hold up to its accounting of my funds. Their system is defective and they wont assist or look at the evidence provided. Nor did they view the camera footage that will show the same as the paper trail of documents.

Consumer Complaint: I used my business checking account debit card one time and it was one purchase on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX. Any transaction that was authorized past that was not authorized by me & Wells Fargo did a poor job notifying me about any type of transactions that were not done by myself ( Unauthorized ). The following charges were not authorized by me including a {$1100.00} charge at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a {$730.00} Charge at XXXXXXXX XXXX and a {$63.00} Charge at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. Additionally, a {$1900.00} XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX was attempted on my account. That is when Wells Fargos fraud department finally decided to notify me after almost {$2000.00} was already drained from my account from fraudulent purchases. I contacted Wells Fargos fraud department immediately and explained the situation. They gave me a claim number and told me to wait up to 10 business days. Bad service overall after stating to the Wells Fargo employee that I did not authorize any of those transactions.
