Consumer Complaint: I have established that from the first contact with Wells Fargo, that everything they have been found guilty of, we have been the victims of Wells Fargo home mortgage company and Wells Fargo bank na. I have sent in proof. Im the form of Wells Fargo mortgage statements, late notices, and foreclosure notices weekly monthly. I have bank statements XXXX XXXX records, original documents from Wells Fargo, from XXXX XXXX, that shows the blatant fraudulent statements and actions of the Wells Fargo employees and companies. Starting before the loan was even closed, which I say again was illegal, to the foreclosure notices that started the second month of payments in XXXX. Then the accidental death insurance, only on statements from XXXX XXXX, to the statements that started in XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX The XXXX mortgage statements didnt reflect the accidental death insurance, but then they start with other charges, on top of late fees after late fees. The amount of late payments we made along with the actual mortgage payment of XXXX dollars a month. Going to XXXX, also the year the housing market crashed due to Wells Fargos criminal activity then. We have the email XXXX, we were told to login to the email to get our confirmation numbers on payments made, Again something Wells Fargo has been found guilty of and fined for,! I have sent Wells Fargo everything they have claimed not to have been apart of. By XXXX, Wells Fargo had manipulated and defrauded so many payments and paperwork, they themselves didnt know what they had done. Evidently by this point they were just making it up as they went. The loan modification in XXXX is again proof of my accusations. Wells Fargo sent the loan modification, the original document, with the wrong payments amount, as welll as the dates of the loan modification. The photocopied loan modification I was sent from a previous complaint, shows different dates of the loan modification compared to the original loan modification documents I sent in, as well as the wrong amount of the original loan monthly payment. Also in XXXX before the loan modification took affect it shows up on a mortgage statement before the actual date it was supposed to start on. It was XX/XX/XXXX the modification payment wasnt until XX/XX/XXXX. Move to XXXX with mortgage statements that plainly show in rhe amount due, the loan amount prior to the modification in XXXX. I have more than established that we have been the victims of every illegal and fraudulent activities that Wells Fargo has been found guilty of and fined for. From the preditory lending, the charges that where never authorized, to the fraudulent moving and manipulation of accounts and payments received, to the fake emails, made by employees of Wells Fargo, with it being a company wide knowledge and encouragement from the company to employees and rewarded for the illegal activities and actions by Wells Fargo home mortgage Wells Fargo bank na all their other companies involved as well. Its unbelievable that Wells Fargo is allowed to have any interaction with customers and money is mind blowing. They have XXXX XXXX in assets off the backs of the American consumer! The financial damage is beyond any XXXX scheme bank crash in the history of the USA. Wells Fargo need to be held accountable! I have asked for XXXX XXXX. After 6 plus months and complaint after complaint, being told they only have access to the last 7 years. To them sending copies of said payments. How? Now they are saying they dont have the records to compare to what I have sent them. We are told they will call us after they do some calculations!! I have sent them everything and explained what and why I want them to pay us XXXX XXXX dollars. They have lied to and defrauded us for 19 years now. We spent all of our money paying house payments for a house that wasnt fit for sale in XXXX! Wells Fargo being the company that did the inspections title search, had a lien on it, and the fact no insurance company would insure the house, it needed brought up to code, which was all the plumbing, pipes, electrical upgrades for it to be up to code, needed a roof then. We were getting notices about unpaid taxes in XXXX,! Wells Fargo is still not doing anything to reimburse us or anything to make the last 18 years of XXXX XXXX illegal activity and actions against us. I have asked for XXXX XXXX. In the whole situation thats nothing, it wont repair the damage from XXXX XXXX actions to this day. The strokes my wife suffered from. Knowing she had made the payments. The egregious amount of foreclosure payments late payments late fees death insurance payments other charges, to the illegal loan modification to the again, wells Fargo found guilty of the same problem, to the forced bankruptcy, which I established was illegal and fraudulent considering the actual fraudulent payments and mortgage statements XXXX XXXX payments bank payments.! Again Wells Fargo has been found guilty of and fined multiple XXXX dollar fines for the illegal activity and actions from Wells Fargo home mortgage company Wells Fargo bank na. And all the Wells Fargo companies that have a different name. I have proven they themselves, by XXXX, didnt know what they were doing or what was actually right. The loan modification documents alone show that. Along with The email address XXXX in XXXX, to the foreclosure notices in XXXX, negate any claims that we didnt make our payments and we used XXXX XXXX XXXX and made payments directly to Wells Fargo on the phone : For Wells Fargo to continue to deny us any compensation from 18 years of fraudulent and down right illegal activity the entire time, including up until now. Its been this way with Wells Fargo from the beginning of the loan process in XXXX! Its XXXX and everything I have said from the beginning. I have not only stated I have sent in evidence on top of evidence showing and proving what I have said has been true. I started in XXXX questioning where the payments were going. Im still trying to get compensated from a company that had XXXX XXXX in assets. They have been fined numerous times with billion dollar fines, on top of the multiple million dollars of fines as well. Im asking for XXXX XXXX dollars for 18 years of theft and fraudulent activities and the years Wells Fargo has caused not only emotional damage the physical health damage done is irreparable. Wells Fargo and their illegal activities have caused my wife numerous stokes and a genetic disorder brought out full force from all the stress caused by Wells Fargo home mortgage company and Wells Fargo bank na, and all the companies Wells Fargo owns! Considering what they have and are still trying to take from us. XXXX XXXX doesnt even begin to cover the damage Wells Fargo has caused us. The fact we are still trying shows that Wells Fargo has no intention of compensating us any time soon. How Wells Fargo home mortgage or Wells Fargo bank na is allowed to be involved with money should be illegal. They have done more financial damage to the United States consumer ever! Wells Fargo needs disbanded and split up and dissolved. The XXXX XXXX in assets belongs to every consumer ever involved with Wells Fargo!

Wells Fargo again are practicing criminal behavior like they did years ago when they changed account # s to make it look like they had more business than they actually had so this time they are charging me for insurance when I already have insurance on my home loan they changed my loan servicer to XXXX XXXX because of the complaints I've made against them. I wish they would've changed the ELOC as well. Change it to XXXX XXXX no problem I mean i've never had any problem with them always having homeowners insurance and then now I change my homeowners insurance to go with my automobile insurance XXXX & Wells Fargo is still trying to charge me for an escrow account that is not necessary because I already had and have homeowners insurance through XXXX but they continue to try and make me pay impound account or whatever it's called the escrow account because they're taking this felonious or you know not right insurance out on that ELOC it was ELOC and I still don't know or agree with how they just arbitrarily changed it to a second mortgage but to make it seem that oh I have to pay insurance on it now. No that's not right. I've always had insurance on my house and that is covered and it is with XXXX XXXX and they got a copy of it but yet they're still trying to charge me for an escrow account that I should not be charge for Wells Fargo they are such criminals. They need to be put out of business. This is disgusting. I am a XXXX and a XXXX XXXX. I've never been treated this badly with a financing product. Whatever you wan na call it Wells Fargo R criminals I wish they would've just taken that ELOC as well over to XXXX XXXX. I want to have nothing to do with Wells Fargo and if you could help me be changed from Wells Fargo to XXXX XXXX for my ELOC as well. That is what I would like to do. Thank you. I Should not have to pay them any escrow account when I have my homeowners insurance covering both loans with homeowners insurance through XXXX Wells Fargo are criminals. I do not want to be with them they should be put out of business. They are CRIMINALS & acting w/ criminal & predatory behavior! Pls help! TY

Emails were hacked, and I immediately contacted Wells Fargo and deactivated / disabled all accounts which consisted of Checking, Savings, and newly received Wells Fargo Charge Card. What Wells Fargo allowed to happen next is the subject of many Complaints filed with several Government Agencies which oversee accountability with Banking and Finance. These identity thieves made several attempts to get Wells Fargo Charge Cards in my name. This complaint against Wells Fargo is specific to several fraudulent Credit inquiries on my Credit Report due to fraudulent behavior. The identity thieves have had full access to my Wells Fargo accounts since the first week in XXXX XXXX. The following are fraudulent inquiries and I have been requesting that they immediately be removed. I have filed Disputes, but Wells Fargo is not a customer oriented Company. And my goal is to make the Public aware of this. The following are fraudulent inquiries and I'm asking that they be immediately be removed from my Credit Report. Consumer Complaint: Two months ago I opened a XXXX credit card and after receiving the card I tried to setup auto pay only to find out form XXXX I needed to setup online backing with Wells Fargo. I proceeded to setup online banking profile only for it to error out. I called the XXXX number that was giving on Wells Fargo site only to be transferred seven different times with zero success of getting the profile setup or understanding why it was having issues. After spending over two hours going back and forth I just hang-up. I called XXXX the following day again and they said there was nothing they could do to help me as the card is issued by Wells Fargo and I would need to connect them again. They transferred me and after being kicked around I don't recall how many times I said please get me to fraud team as maybe they can explain why its having issues creating the online profile. Well after about a 20 min wait or so they came back saying the reason you can't setup an online profile is the account is setup as a company account not personal. I asked how did that happen and they respond with not sure but the only way to correct the issue is for me to go into a branch and show ID to get things cleared up. Almost four hours wasted yet again. Few days later I go into the branch explain what's going on they can in only to get the same run. Branch manager steps in and says he will get to the bottom of it and send and let me know they would contact me within 10 days. Before leaving the branch I asked when the payment was due as I havent received anything and Ive me trying to pay the bill since the following month, as I dont carry balances on any of my credit cards. They explained the due date was XX/XX/23 but had a few days grace period before it would be late and I asked what was the min payment due they said {$36.00} so I make a {$100.00} payment with the teller. Few days later I get a call from a lady named XXXX at Wells Fargo Exec office explain she had looked into the issue and confirm the account was setup with a company name and that I needed to head back to the branch and I said NO. Im not wasting my time at the branch again. Other very odd part was the following day prior to XXXX contacting me I got an email from Wells Fargo saying We've updated your contact information and noticed not only did it have one of my emails I never gave Wells Fargo, but also had my wifes email as well. I XXXX while shes tracking down the other issue I want to know how Wells Fargo got this other information. All of that was back on XX/XX/XXXX. Its now XX/XX/XXXX I havent heard from XXXX or anyone else at Wells Fargo and on XX/XX/XXXX I get a statement from Wells Fargo telling me there is {$29.00} late fee and {$89.00} in interest. Im at a lost for words again Ive been trying to pay my bill for the past two months and getting one run around after another and if this goes to my credit for being late I will take legal action towards Wells Fargo. I need the CFPB to step in and help get Wells Fargo to correct the problem to avoid the from carrying on for a third month and reverse all charges they are charging me.

Consumer Complaint: To begin, I am a XXXX XXXX living between my homes in XXXX and XXXX XXXX I do not have any USA green card, USA social security number or any other USA residency therefore my frequent visits to USA are strictly as a tourist and are limited to the time frames set by USA law. I am now XXXX I had an account which my company set up for me at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Oregon, more than 40 years ago. This was setup primarily to receive my monthly salary. This then became Wells Fargo ( WF ) when WF purchased XXXX XXXX, also many years ago. I had 2 accounts at WF, a savings ( larger ) account and a checking ( smaller ) account. Over the past 6-9 months I received emails from WF advising that unless I could provide a USA address I would need to close the accounts. The total funds are substantial, all fully legal, tax paid salary etc. and saved up over more than 40 years with the same employer. I went to WF online some time ago and informed the USA address and linked that address to ALL accounts ( checking, savings, credit and debit cards ). The accounts have 3 names, mine, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - full access ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - person to be notified in case of my death ). Then last week a received an email that the checking account had been closed by the bank, no reason given. I checked online and sure enough, the account which had previously held close to XXXX XXXX was now closed with XXXX balance. There is also a note on the statement saying 'Account Closure - U.S. Residency Requirement not met '. There was no indication at all as to the XXXX XXXX which was previously help in the account. I checked further and found that all 3 names and the USA address are clearly listed on bank statements for both accounts for many months so I have no idea why the account was closed. The larger savings account appears to be still active. Then yesterday a cashiers cheque arrived at my USA address in the amount which was previously held in the checking account which has been closed. So in reality the bank sent me a cheque to an address which they say they closed due to no USA address. This clearly makes no sense. I have only a single contact email address at the nearest WF branch to my USA address and have sent 2 emails requesting an explanation. I put a tracker on the emails so I know they were received. No response at all, totally ignored. I have various screen shots of all this and these are all available on request. Thanking you in advance, XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: cashier entered {$970.00} as total for money orders and {$110.00} " buy money order '' as transaction ( that no other teller had recognized ). Cashier gave me money order for {$660.00}, {$410.00}, and ( in old bills ) gave me {$110.00} ) So I though everything was fine until I looked at receipt. It did not add up. Receipt showed {$970.00} total. I did not see the charges for money orders XXXX each nor the correct total which should have been XXXX for two moneys orders XXXX and {$410.00}. Moneys were made out correctly. I went back to see teller and lo and behold she was gone. The next teller offered to help but was confused by the entry " Buy {$110.00} money orders '' as she and she asked teller next to her had she heard of this transaction and she said " no ''. I later met with XXXX. who stated she was manageer at the XXXX XXXX XXXX. She explained that the teller was new. I was not satisfied the way we had " settled '' this " error ''. She refused to give me a letter stating that teller made an error. ( more on that as I am running out of time ) Any way, I felt this action was done on purpose and do not feel confident. I asked for XXXX XXXX XXXX 's boss and she said he was out. She went back to office stating her " other '' boss said I could get a brief statement, no letter head, one line sentence. There is much to feel in, but now with this card issue I am very concerned. I have had incidences of loss credit cards and I always reported them right away. Twice I found two ( one not Wells ) but they had already set up for new ones. I also think it odd now that the card I have now is similiar to the card I held for several years ( the number ) I experienced several ( declined ) transaction while in the storesbut when I call wells they knew nothing of them.
