Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo illegally sold my mortgage while in the midst of applying for XXXX XXXX funding. They didnt tell me where or how to apply for it, while advertising to me during the hold time when I called into their mortgage department to " ask one of their representatives for information on how to qualify for this extra help that was granted to their customers during the Covid lo kdowns. The requirement in the very beginning with Wells Fargo to qualify is that we had to be current with our payments. This was never Foreclosure they were told by me every three months when i was required to check in that this was Covid relief. Somebody named XXXX contacts me saying they bought my contract but they cant verify my payoff amount. For years. Then I recieve a foreclosure notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they cant verify my payoff either. Both companies are trying to do a modification that includes around XXXX in attorney fees. They both are calling my contract fromm WF a foreclosure. All three companies never told me I had to apply for it myself. In all these cases they didnt give me the documents i needed to apply at the XXXX with. Please help me. Covid funding is for the number of payments i was behind, isurance, taxes and late fees, principal and interest... not attorney fees ... why, this is not a foreclosure this was covid relief. That money doesnt belong to anybody but my account to pay it down. they gobbled up XXXX in Covid funding illegally.

Under 15 USCS 1666b a creditor may not a payment on a credit car/loan account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On Thursday, XX/XX/2023 I went to make a deposit at Wells Fargo, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX at XXXX. I used my ATM card and input my pin. I selected deposit cash into my savings account. The deposit door opened, and I put my cash in. It was in cash, 2 - XXXX dollar bills, XXXX XXXX dollar bills and XXXX XXXX dollar bills. A total of XXXX dollars. After that, the system went out. It didnt give me a confirmation. I then went and parked my car and went into the bank. The young lady told me she couldnt do anything about it and for me to call the XXXX number on the back of the ATM card. After calling and telling the representative what happened, she completed a claim for me and denied the claim. Please let me know what else I can do about the matter. XXXX XXXX XXXX

I am announcing this to be an organized fraud perpetrated by Wells Fargo as they have been doing in the past.

I keep those checks in a filer and someone redeposited the check XX/XX/XXXX into another account without me finding out until later. I called the company the check was sent to and deactivated the account set up in my name and the funds were not paid out. I started a dispute with Wells Fargo to get my funds back into my account and have been getting nothing but push back, talking to 3-5 people every other day with no resolve. Its been 2 weeks and I have not gotten any closer to a resolution than when I started, Im at my wits and need a resolution.
