Consumer Complaint: The property that I own has an Home Equity Line of Credit XX/XX/XXXX, the borrower is XXXX XXXX deceased on XX/XX/XXXX. I XXXX XXXX XXXX own the property since XXXX of XXXX, I have made the payments on the account, paid property taxes and insurance since XXXX, prior to XXXX XXXX passing away. On XX/XX/XXXX the Home Equity Line of Credit Mature, Wells Fargo Bank demanded the total balance of {$55000.00}. I applied for a loan modification, I provided to Wells Fargo Bank all the documents requested to prove my occupancy of the property, Wells Fargo denies the modification basing the decision in assumptions. On XXXX XXXX, I spoke to XXXX XXXX who advised that in the past prior to applying for the modification I stated that I was not living in the property ( hear say ) XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I received an Appraisal of my property REVS Evaluation Review from Wells Fargo Bank that reads as follows : " occupancy type : owner occupied, As-Is Occupancy : 100 %, Valuation Table : Market Value-Real Estate Only XXXX USD. I have provided to Wells Fargo Bank a copy of the City Ordinance that was adopted by the City Commission in XXXX, the approval change the zoning to the current TOC zoning district ( not a residential zoning anymore is a mix used ). XXXX XXXX advised that now is not the issue with the prove of occupancy, now is the Assumption of the loan, that because of the property not being zone residential anymore, now TOC zoning, probate might not approve the loan modification, that I will be getting a new loan under my name only. On XX/XX/XXXX, I receive a letter from Wells Fargo that reads as follows : " If you are approved to assume the loan, we'll add your name to the loan. Your assuming the loan will not release the borrower 's estate of liability. '' I ask XXXX XXXX about the legal status of my property, I don't want my property to be foreclose, she denies that my property is in foreclosure despite the fact that I have receive in the mail multiple legal advertisement that says my property is in foreclosure, is my understanding that during the process of a loan modification the foreclosure is on hold. I have provided on timely basis all the documents Wells Fargo requested since XX/XX/XXXX when the loan mature, I continue to pay for property taxes and insurance, I have never refuse to pay the loan.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX year-old mother passed away last year and had a fiduciary/insurance agent supposedly taking care of her finances. As it turns out, he stole over {$750000.00} by using her bank accounts to pay off his own loans, debts, mortgage, car payments, utility bills, family trips, eating out, and just about everything that he could. He was making transfers into other accounts that were over {$10000.00}. He charged just under {$50000.00} through XXXX ( which my mom didn't even know was a company ). He brought his house out of foreclosure and sold it less than XXXX weeks after she died. He then moved out of state ( without telling anyone ) to XXXX, TN. The banking records were received under subpoena as the man, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/83 ), who was also appointed as the executor to her will, stopped responding to requests made by the beneficiaries as well as the attorney that he hired from the law firm that wrote my mother 's will. She had accounts at : Wells Fargo and XXXX. He also " sold '' her an annuity ( that cost {$250000.00} ) through XXXX XXXX. The annuity did not list a death benefit ( although it was specified in her will ). The banks appeared to have done NOTHING to protect my mother who was a vulnerable adult from the financial exploitation ( along with countless crimes- state and federal ) that XXXX XXXX XXXX on her.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is against Wells Fargo. In a recent response letter from Wells Fargo in response to my CFPB complaint, the following was stated on paper and thus on record : If I wished to close my account, they gave me their Customer Service # to call in order to close the account. This was needed because they have refused to give me access to my account, as the Identity thieves have controlled my accounts since XXXX XXXX, and Wells Fargo has consistently refused to help me, yet give the ID thieves total access to my accounts. They told me that I needed a reference # to close the account. I've been given no reference #. They refuse to accept their letter as verification. The reason this account needs to be closed, is due to the fact that they allow the identity thieves to have access to my accounts, and thus drain the monies. It is impossible to work with Wells Fargo. They tend to treat customers with pure hate. Don't take my word for it, just review the many, many, complaints, available for the world to see!!!

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo was charging fees that i disputed and if reversed would have settle my account. Instead, they reported me to the credit bureau while accounts were in dispute and refuse to correct that information. I am asking that the adverse reporting be removed from my credit reports. They have since refunded the amounts in dispute but that alone has not been accepted by the credit bureau. When i dispute the reporting and submit the checksa nd documentation supporting the dispute I am directed back to Wells Fargo for correction.

Consumer Complaint: Hello I had a car loan with wells Fargo for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The charger me incorrect fees and ended repossessed the car. After the XXXX class action lawsuit they sent a check of {$6.00}. Then in XXXX another check of {$79.00}. And this past XXXX they sent another check of {$38.00}. I never cashed those checks.From the lawsuit every customer is entitled to at least but not limited to {$4000.00}. They never give me that money. I called on friday XX/XX/XXXX and one lady from the customer service explained to me that it was a wrongful repossession ( you can listen to their recorded call )
