Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I had gotten a notification from Wells Fargo saying if I authorize this transaction of XXXX to reply Y. I opened up my Wells Fargo app to see what was going on and saw a transaction from XXXX. I immediately called Wells Fargo to cancel that transaction but they were nothing but rude saying they couldnt do anything. They made me do a claim, waited 12 days for a feedback and nothing. I got denied because they said I authorized this transaction when I didnt cause it or approve it.

Consumer Complaint: - purchased sofa and loveseat on store. credit card. Found som accessories which was a separate purchase utilizing a debt card Since the furniture was on back order the accessories were ordered and scheduled to arrive the same time as the furniture since there was only one in stock. When I picked up the accessories I noticed the paid in full accessories were charged to my new credit card and the payment for the items was used as a payment after I brought it to their attention. This clandestine act makes the items that were paid in full an interest bearing purchase. Tried 5 times to get this fixed to no avail. They would not take the items back nor would they adjust the bill.

WELLS FARGO is in Federal Violation under ECOA REGULATION B discouraging me from further applying for extensions of my credit.and has discriminated against me the consumer by denying me my GRANTED RIGHT to credit as described in 15 USC 1602. I have exercised my Granted Right to credit using my credit card as defined under 15 USC 1602 and have been denied via Adverse Action. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or ( good faith exercise of any rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act ). WELLS FARGO is also under Federal Violation under TRUTH IN LENDING 15 USC 1691a ( e ) ( f ) which states " ( a ) Activities constituting discrimination -- -- -- It shall be unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction -- -- - ( 3 ) because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under this chapter. -- -- -- -- -- -- My credit card was used and in exchange I did not receive any benefit from the consumer credit transaction

Consumer Complaint: I had a {$400.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card with Wells Fargo and I went to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was NOT released until XX/XX/XXXX During the time I was in XXXX I was charged {$1500.00} for a Rental Car that was returned in the middle of XXXX obviously it was NOT an authorized Charge. I'm not going to pay for a Debt that does not belong to me I have tried to dispute it several times without any luck. Now that the Debt is over 5 years old I contacted the company to notify them that the debt was beyond the statute of limitations in Texas but they still claim it is a valid debt they are reporting to the Credit agencies. The Company keeps changing the Limit from {$400.00} to {$1500.00} in an effort to make it appear to be a current debt this has made it very hard to get any kind of credit and has caused me nothing but trouble. The most recent letter in the past month still says that it is properly being reported to the credit agencies. After 5 years I would just like the company to remove the debt from my credit report as I'm unable to be responsible for a debt charged while I was in jail and now that it is beyond the statute of limitations I want it removed.
