Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Opened a care credit card to help with unexpected pet emergency. Was able to obtain {$2000.00} credit for this. Over time I made payments timely and eventually paid it down but never anticipated closing as I intend to use the card when unexpected medical/dental emergencies or prescription needs would come up. For which every time I used the card, I always paid any balance due off but keeping the account open. Last used was back in XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX office for homeopathic services. Skip to XXXX synchrony bank- creditor for Care Credit closes account without notification and causing adverse action to my consumer reports. They said they utilized credit analysis software to come to decision to close the account. When there was no balance and it was just kept open. They said that even when my score was fair.. my high debt was a contributing factor to close and not continue business. I do believe this is unfair practice especially since I have XXXX other credit cards with the same creditor paid and in good standing but yet those accounts are not in jeopardy of closing. Please help mediate and rectify the account either by helping to reopen it with the same amount for credit or demand them remove any Care Credit consumer reporting information and history from my consumer reports all together entirely. Its upsetting..bc in a time were I had good reporting with them, they decide to harm my scores even worse by closing the account dropping scores XXXX pts. Thank you for your help in this really unfair circumstance. XXXX XXXX

In the past few months, I tried to move out my funds from Synchrony with no luck. - Tried to send it to XXXX in XXXX, they send a check, and then they put a stop payment on it. -tried to transfer $ XXXX to XXXX bank in XXXX, and nothing happened, I was told by Synchrony they never received the documents, while XXXX had faxed confirmation to synchrony. -tried to transfer funds to discover with no luck ; Synchrony said they have never received the funds. -in a most recent case, on XX/XX/XXXX, I request XXXX to transfer my entire Money market account from Synchrony ; they faxed the paperwork to Synchrony on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX pm ; since then, I tried to have synchrony wire transfer my funds, and I was told my synchrony that they received the paperwork on XXXX, but the paperwork dose does not have " signature guarantee, '' and they can not transfer my money when I reached out back to XXXX XXXX they said they send the docs with " signature guarantee, '' and they provided it to me, I uploaded the paperwork on XX/XX/XXXX with '' signature guarantee '' again in synchrony bank portal and reach out to them I was told they can not transfer my funds.

Consumer Complaint: " Care Credit '' is a credit service offered to mostly low income people. It can be applied for veterinarian services as well which is very helpful. Last year, my neighbor 's dog attacked and almost killed my little dog. They did not offer to help me with the bill. It was over a XXXX dollars. I did not have the money so the vet suggested Care Credit XXXX Synchrony Bank ). I was approved but with an enormous interest rate of 26.5 % percent. This is predatory. This is Synchrony Bank forcing extremely high interest rates on low income people in need. Per pretty good credit since, I requested Synchrony Bank reevaluate and consider lowering my exorbitant and predatory interest rate. They just responded that they refuse to do this. " Care Credit '' is a misnomer and people need to stop referring low income people to this credit service. They in fact prey on low income people and their interest rates are predatory. They have also charged me at least {$29.00} in fees! I can't get an explanation why. I am asking CFPB to help me in negotiating a lower interest rate and get an explanation why the fees?. I can say my goal is to pay it off as soon as I can and close the predatory account and never use this credit service again. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2022, i attempted to place an order with jcpenney online, an ad stated to apply without hard inquiry you can prequalify, without my consent it followed thru with the application to apply by supplying a link which i did not get to in time, i was denied credit without applying fully, my score over XXXX so i don't think i would have been denied, i only wanted to prequalify, get that result and then decide whether to apply for the credit card, i placed the order anyway using another credit card, i would like this hard inquiry removed from all three credit bureaus as i see that a hard inquiry was made by XXXX today
